She was kind, considerate, and professional in her manner. On the morning of the party; we called to ask if the order was being processed. No one answered which threw me in panic mode thinking something happened that closed the restaurant for the day. Not a minute later employee Jenisis returned my call putting my mind at ease and apologizing for not being able to answer right away. She was kind, sincere in response, had the order ready early and designed, filled and cut each sandwich to our specifications. Everyone LOVED the sandwiches, I appreciated not having to make them myself - which after checking at 3 grocers would have been a higher cost - and enjoyed the day with family. We've been here before for their Friday Fish Fry (which is excellent), so we were looking forward to trying something different. I ordered the Mudbugs (crawfish) only, while my wife ordered the combo with Mudbugs and Meatloaf. The underlying motivation? She doesn't eat Mudbugs -- so I knew I'd be getting a bonus portion. The Mudbugs were cooked from live crawfish and seasoned with a classic Cajun blend. They varied in size but were served in generous one-pound portions. The flavor was fresh, well-seasoned, and exactly what you'd hope for in a good boil. Now, the real surprise was the Meatloaf. My wife loves Meatloaf but is extremely picky about it. I can honestly say she loved this one. After trying a bite myself, I agreed completely. It had a rich, beefy flavor, was moist throughout, and the ends had that perfect crunchy outer crust -- which is always the best part. We also ordered the Jalapeño Poppers. They had a nice crunchy exterior, and the pepper and cream cheese filling was creamy without being overcooked -- a solid appetizer choice. Top Fuel has that fun, laid-back dive bar atmosphere with lots of friendly people just enjoying themselves. It's comfortable, welcoming, and easy to settle in for a while.
