I've been tanning here for quite some time now, (at least two / three years) the store is always clean as well as the beds. The girls are helpful, & happy to help and answer any questions you may have. Yet, at the same time I don't have to dread getting a sale pitch every time I come in which is beyond lovely. Most of the time I come in i don't ever have to wait for the bed I prefer. even the very few times I have had to wait the girls are super on top of it and make it go as quickly as possible. I love coming to the murrieta location. Madison has been a dream to explain the difference of the beds in a way I now understand how they work. I've been going to the Temecula location for years and they shut down during covid. No one ever explained the beds to me and the science behind using them. Different beds do different things. This review should have been done a while ago. This is my second time here. The first one was just as great. Lauren was so helpful. She explained in great detail the differences between spray tanning options. I always have a hard time understanding all the things with spray tans but she took her time to explain it all. She also took me back to the room and showed me exactly how to stand in each position for the spray. Everything is also so clean and neat. I felt good and comfortable there and confident leaving! At the beginning of this week I did the 7 days for $7 deal for new guests, since I had never been to an iTan before. I had come in once previously to this week to get some information, and while I was there was given a full tour and rundown of all the amenities they offer. This week I mostly used their spa services, a little sun tanning, and ended the week with an airbrush spray tan in preparation for my cruise next week. Early on in the week I mentioned that I was going on a cruise, and Sam who was working at the time took a brochure and wrote a full guide on what services to do this week to get the best tan possible. I was so impressed! She had even gone through the brochure and jotted down what each service was good for and put her recommendations. (The Beauty Angel and Hydration Station are AMAZING by the way!) During the week I most frequently saw Molly, the store manager. She was also amazing. You can really tell that she leads by example and was always helpful, kind, and had a smile on her face. Molly was also the one who did my airbrush tan, and I was so impressed!! She made me feel comfortable during the entire airbrush and the tan looks amazing. My skin looks totally sunkissed and glowy, not orange at all! Altogether, I'm extremely impressed with the entire staff here. Everyone was always kind, happy, and sweet when I came in, and the facilities were always spotless and ready for guests. This week I felt truly pampered and special thanks to the staff here. I was deciding on becoming a member here or at perfect tan and today the girl who was at the desk made me decide with perfect tan. Without even saying hello, right when I walk in she almost yells "mask! Do you have a mask?" There's no one inside and they have clear protectors. I tell them I just had a baby and had to take a negative covid test. "Sorry we need you to put a napkin or something in front of your face" she says. Anyways long story short, won't ever be coming back just because of that annoying chick with a power trip. read more

The ladies that work at this location are wonderful. Always nice and helpful. It seems they have a lot of maintenance issues with the building and beds. Often times the features on the bed aren't working. The air conditioning in the building didn't work a few times over the summer. There used to be music in each room and it just stopped working and they have never fixed it. Staff is great. Tanning is fine when it all works correctly. read more

Lauren helped me out the other day and She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I work outside all day so I'm always wearing long sleeves and jeans. I'm very disappointed I been coming here for years but I had to cancel my membership because they won't let my 7 year old sit in waiting room ?????!!!! I'm a single mom I work 12 hour shifts in corona so the only time I can tan she is with me . Every single tan place in town allows me to bring her . I now go to perfect tan which is way way cheaper and they offfer my daughter a place to sit any where inside !!!! I was paying 100 a month plus products here to be treated this way ? I was a member here for a long time for the spray tan only, then they tried to upsell me to include more services, I had never tried any other services so decided to try the tanning beds right away did not like it and wanted to stick with Just the spray tan version. When I tried to just go back to the membership that I had I could no longer have the price I was paying before it was automatically $10 more per month and all I wanted to do was try another service to see if I liked it. Because of that, I canceled my entire membership and my daughters membership as well. I think if you want to upsell people you should let them try it before without making them commit to a higher rate. read more

So I usually go to the itan on Clinton Keith which have been very good, but when I went to unfreeze my account I did it at the Winchester location. The girl there told me I was going to pay half on the date I went in and the other half on the 1st of the month, since it was already almost the end of the month. This was not the case because much more money was taken from my account, so when I went in with my concern trying to get refunded the extra charge, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Lexi the employee said that the other employee who told me that was wrong, and there was nothing they could do. I just wanted to get my money back that was charged in addition to my membership, but will be finishing the month at Clinton Keith's location and canceling after that. This was extremely upsetting, because I would have never agreed to pay half the cost of a membership for 3 extra days. They charged me more than they stated they were going to and aren't willing to make it right. Lexi told me that I should've known, after I had told her many times I definitely didn't know considering the worker who helped me with the membership told me something completely different. She also said she doubts her workers did that after saying they probably just got it wrong. It's just bad business and i'm writing a review because I saw some others had the same issue and I don't think individuals earned money should be taken due to a company's mistake. read more
