Parking was super easy and the salon suites were sooo easy to find!! which made everything stress-free from the start. The suite itself was perfect!! Super clean with the cutest lighting and decorations that instantly made it feel relaxing and cozy. She even checked my scalp with a microscope first to show me how much buildup I had, which was really interesting and helpful. She started with peppermint essential oil and a face mask, then gave my scalp a deep scrub that felt incredible. The massage was so relaxing, and she also massaged my face!!! Truly a Magical Experience I received a gift certificate for a session at Pamper and Peace for my birthday, and as someone who absolutely loves getting my hair washed, I was so excited--especially after seeing the trend blowing up on social media. From the moment I arrived, the studio was adorable, calm, and incredibly relaxing. Ms. Nguyen greeted me warmly and began by examining my scalp. She gave me helpful feedback about its health and offered a few tips on how to maintain it. She then led me into her private space, making sure I was completely comfortable. Just a heads-up for anyone booking: the instructions ask that you remove all jewelry and your shirt for the service. As someone who's a bit anxious and doesn't love undressing, I wore a tube top--and it worked perfectly! She was still able to massage my neck and shoulders, and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. That said, she was extremely respectful, and there was a privacy screen available if you do choose to undress--so you'll never feel exposed. That was just my personal preference. Ms. Nguyen also made sure my belongings were stored safely and offered extra pillows under my knees (I'm tall, so that was a thoughtful touch). Her attention to comfort was exceptional. Now, the session itself--absolutely spectacular. My package included a "mini facial," but it was in no way mini. It was a full 30-minute facial, and everything from the ambiance to the products she used was top-notch. The scents were light and pleasant--not at all overpowering. I wear lash extensions and had a new set scheduled for the next day, but she was still incredibly careful and mindful of them. The scalp massage was pure heaven. I came in with high expectations, and she exceeded every single one. My only complaint? The hour flew by way too quickly! Honestly, I could have stayed all day. If you're considering booking an appointment--do it. Especially if you're a busy mom like me who rarely takes time for herself, this is the perfect reset. (Hint hint, husbands: they offer gift certificates!) Ms. Nguyen even blow-dried my hair afterward and gave me a sweet thank-you gift of chocolates. If you're in the Menifee, Murrieta, or Temecula area, Pamper and Peace is a must-visit. I'll definitely be coming back. I told my husband that if I could, I'd be there once a week! read more

Super nice and friendly girl who did my head spa treatment. The space is pretty small, you're kinda close to another person also getting a treatment, but they have dividers. I felt rushed out at the end. I was shown my scalp upclose on a camera in the beginning. After I was finished, I was sat in a chair right next to another woman who was shown her scalp again after the head spa to see the difference. I didn't receive the same experience, they just blow dryed my hair and asked me how I will pay. Felt disappointed given the amount I paid, especially since I paid extra for the pamper treatment. Make your appointment. Seriously. Like, right NOW!! I saw these Japanese Hair Spa places trending all over the gram (I don't TikTok), and have been wanting to try it for quite some time. As luck would have it, I fell upon the IG of Pamper n Peace Head Spa and saw they are currently running a special for their grand opening. Get 20% off your package choice until June 15, 2024. This was the perfect time for me to pull the trigger, as it is my birthday month! =) I texted the number on their IG profile, and communication was fast. I then got a reminder text on Sunday, the day before my appointment. I arrived 2 minutes past my 10 am appointment, but O'Hannah was able to do a quick analysis of my hair and scalp. I've seen some pics online, and I will say that some are not pretty, lol. I won't lie, I was scared to see what mine would look like, but I also had a good feeling about it. I was so relieved to see that my scalp didn't look like the ones online with all the flakes and product build-up! From a young age, I've always been keen on my hygiene from head to toe. Thanks, mom!! Lol O'Hannah (I hope I spelled that correctly!) said it's oily, but in overall good shape. I have a whole routine with my hair, as I do with my skin and nails. I put in a scalp serum and rubbed it in the night before, so maybe that's why it was oily. I can't tell you all my secrets, but obviously, my hair and scalp routine are on point! Anyway, the experience was phenomenal, and I would love to make this a monthly treat for myself! Ladies, I suggest wearing a bandeau style or strapless bra. You're gonna want to enJOY every minute of the face, neck, and décolleté massage, trust!! The facial was so nice, and my skin felt baby butt smooth afterward. You WILL have product all over, including your eyes and lips, so I would suggest no makeup. She does a great job cleaning it all off. The hair and scalp scrub had me sleeping comfortably - almost too comfortably that I had to stop myself from snoring!! LOL Every part about the experience was pure bliss. The only time I felt uncomfortable was for a minute when the hair dryer started to get too hot near my neck, but I let her know, and she turned it off. It was on a timer and about to turn off, anyway. When the process was over, I was sad to go, but it felt like it lasted more than 75 minutes! O'Hannah proceeded to dry my hair, offered me some water, and sent me off with a little gift box. My hair wasn't completely dry, but it was dry enough where I was satisfied with it. I was worried it would not be a good experience because I read reviews from another similar place on Rancho California (so don't go there)! Come here instead. O'Hannah is super sweet and has the most gentle hands. I can't wait to come back again for my next treatment! Gents, some of you might not even have hair, but I would suggest you come in, too. It's truly exhilarating! The prices are competitive and there's a lot of parking outside. Find Pamper n Peace inside the Sola Salons in Murrieta.
