    The lights above the door should be green and the entire left half of the house is out

    This product is horrible! We got these lights 16 months ago and in that time we've had sections of them stop working on three different occasions. Now today there is a row of four or five lights that are white (they should be green) and the entire half of the house beyond that point is out. $2,500 for lights that essentially lasted two Christmas seasons. What a scam!

    100% buyer's remorse as I stare at all my neighbor's surrounding homes with amazing CUSTOMIZED GOVEE lights at a small fraction of the price we are saddled with. For as much as this costs, there is no comparison to the features that GOVEE lights offers. So many regrets on not reading up on reviews of this company which it all seems to be a sham about upholding their promised warranty. ONE WEEK in and we are already having issues with the app and have to reboot our system. Anything I try and do in the app is not possible, but don't worry, it may be available in a future update, what a joke. From the moment we signed our contract with Matthew Heinz, regional account manager, we were promised 1 of 9 install dates BEFORE Thanksgiving if we paid an extra $2k. We reluctantly agreed until a week later when we were called to schedule and it was AFTER Thanksgiving and of course AFTER we paid our 10% deposit of $1200+ after going back and forth with a couple employees, they were able to get someone from LA to come out install the week before Thanksgiving. Super grateful to Alec, he was prompt, communicative, professional and worked hard by himself so definitely 5 stars for him. Then we receive a bill for the full amount a few days after installation, nearly $11k due in less than a week. This was after Matthew Heinz had said we were able to finance as an option which is the reason we even decided to go ahead with this company even though we tried to cancel after the whole scheduling issue. Had to chase down a couple people again to get that settled, what a pain. Nobody ever checked in on us, asked us how we liked our lights, the job, if we were satisfied, NOTHING. I guess once they tie you down with a contract and get their money, you don't matter anymore. Seriously disappointing, don't recommend at all. Very expensive lesson learned!

    Really enjoy our light installation. We turn them on for holidays, birthdays and when our hometown team wins! So glad we don't have do get up on the roof at Christmas anymore. Now, fun lights year round!

    Blue set up lights stuck on 2nd story. Tech support too busy with new installs to make service call

    Reported issue with 2nd Story Everlights install week before Thanksgiving - white lights stuck on wouldn't turn off. (See pic 1.) rest of lights wouldn't turn on. Was told they were too busy on new customer installs to send out a tech to troubleshoot the issue. Got TEXT support week after Thanksgiving. Reset the 2nd story. The result turned on the blue lights, basically stuck on set up mode. Made the problem worse. Was told I needed a tech to come and troubleshoot this issue. I Asked for holiday tech support for an existing customer. Was told my ticket was in the cue. Then crickets from Everlights. No communication from Everlights about anything ! We spent the WHOLE HOLIDAY with half second story stuck on (see photo 2) ! It's still been "crickets" from Everlights with any information about when they could schedule a service call on their install I would give Everlights on sight tech support an "F Minus". It appears all they care about it servicing new customer installs not providing ANY SUPPORT, for existing customers experiencing technical issues ! Signed Seething in San Diego ! ! !

    This company does not appear to have workers dedicated to warranty work. I have had my lights installed for about a month. 2/3 of my lights are out or turned blue. I have been waiting for over a week for repair work. Still no ETA on repairs.

    Where do I start? I've had my Everlights for approximately two years now. While my installation experience wasn't the best, it wasn't bad enough for me to initially raise a complaint. When I first signed up for the installation, the Everlights installer canceled my appointment, even though I had taken the day off from work, which meant losing 24 hours of PTO--a big deal for me. Despite this setback, I decided to go ahead with the installation. The installation was eventually done on a day when I was working and not at home. For $3,500 worth of lights, the job wasn't as clean as I had expected. I decided to move past it, even though I was disappointed. To add to the frustration, I lost my cash discount because I couldn't pay in cash since I wasn't present during the installation. This resulted in an additional $100 charge. However, it wasn't until recently that I experienced Everlights' true customer service shortcomings. I referred a friend as instructed, as confirmed by an email from the area manager. Yet, the company went to great lengths to deny the referral incentive. I received text messages stating that I didn't qualify due to strict tracking procedures, even though I provided a picture of the email, which clearly stated that simply sharing the contact information would qualify me for the referral bonus. At this point, it's not even about the "reward" but rather the poor business practices Everlights follows. I'm sharing my story so others are aware and prepared for similar issues. I'll attach the email I received for transparency, as I expect the company to claim, like they often do in other reviews, that I was in the wrong.

    I've had my Everlights installed on the house a little over two years all of a sudden they stopped working and then half of them started working, and then there are others that are different colors all on their own. I've tried everything to get it to reset unsuccessfully. I've tried contacting the authorized agent that install them Colin Castle he won't return phone calls. He won't come out to meet with me and check my issue. I would not recommend buying these lights go with any other company other than Everlights. They have terrible customer service.

We came for the lavender event. However, we stayed three hours shopped for gifts cards, the finest chocolates, and even found some wild blueberry jam. All of this walking around, looking at the numerous selection of roses they offer as well as lavenders. We had to stop into the farmhouse for lunch. This is the most amazing garden in Orange County's We always cherish our time here, winter spring, summer or fall .

We went Mother's Day weekend and the parking was horrible. Save yourself the headache and just valet your car. We walked in by their restaurant. They have carts available for you to use. The roses were hella expensive; $100 and more for a medium sized pot. They do offer a wide range of fruits and vegetables reasonably priced (~$8) and a variety of different types of flowers were scattered throughout the garden from small to large pots (~$10 - $40's) The garden was designed nicely with small shops offering decor and gardening tools/pot. They were way overpriced imo. Overall it was fun to walk around and see the different variety of plants and flowers. I would rather go to Lowe's/Home Depot or home goods for pots and decor though.
