I called Attic Advisor and Nick came out to give me an estimate. He told me exactly what they would do and showed me photos of previous jobs they had done that looked similar to my situation. I was so impressed with Nick's explanation and professionalism that I decided to have Attic Advisor do the work. On the appointed day, the crew arrived right on time and got right to work. They put up plastic to protect my walls and laid down plastic on my stairs to protect my carpet. They actually created a plastic lined tunnel where they could take the debris straight out to their truck without it blowing all over my home. I had fiberglass batting and blown-in insulation that they removed. They vacuumed out the attic thoroughly. I was provided with photos taken before, during, and after the project was completed. The old insulation was removed, all holes and cracks in the floor and walls were sealed up, they used a fogger to remove any contaminants, and then they installed new fiberglass insulation. My attic looks great!. Nick was very patient and kind throughout the process from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. I feel so much better knowing that my attic is now spotless and sanitary. I highly recommend Nick and Attic Advisor!

The first quoted me an absolutely ridiculous price that would have cost an arm and a leg. The second guy offered to do it for cheap but he couldn't figure out the issue so he just disappeared and never showed up. Kevin and Milo came in and had to clean up the mess left by the previous contractor, then thoroughly tested all the zoning, dampers, and zoning board to actually diagnose what was going on. Not only did they figure out the real issue, they fixed everything completely and at a very fair price. On top of that, Kevin noticed my thermostat wasn't functioning properly and replaced it on the spot, explaining exactly why it was causing problems. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows this stuff inside and out, but what I really appreciated was how he explained everything in a way that actually made sense. No pressure, no sales pitch -- just honest options, estimated costs, and pros and cons for each path forward. And a huge cherry on top: they cleaned up extremely well afterward. Given the mess that had been left behind before, this really stood out to me. Everything was left neat and organized, and they made sure the area looked better than when they arrived. After discovering that our attic was improperly ventilated and had been accumulating mold for several years, we hired them again to the do the clean out and mold remediation up there. Again, their work was on point for price, extremely professional, and beautifully done.
