I purchased my Softub at the fair 3 years ago, and have been so thrilled with it I literally can't live without it. It has been in for service twice in that time (under warranty!) so it didn't cost so much, and I bear in mind that any appliance running 3 years straight in inclement weather will have a need to be looked at. Eric at Evergreen has addressed my unit each time and has done a very thorough job making it practically brand new again. The diagnostic proceedures he follows are concise, and may I assure everyone considering a SoftTub, these folks will have your back completely. I'm delighted with the service department at Evergreen! Also, the new website shows you simple maintainance and upgrades on video, and the supplies in the showroom are a joy to explore (bought a nifty beverage tray and some fragrances that enhance our experience.)...the delay in getting my unit back from service is typically 1-2 months, but is well worth the initiative and thoroughness in keeping my investment running in top condition! I love this review potential! Bad businesses are done for and the good ones can flourish! Evergreen Softub is in the super duper category. They are responsive on the phone; I like to actually talk to someone. In this automated era it was refreshing to get a live pwerson over and over. They are ultra knowledgeable; immediately Erick, the resident Softub guru, knew the amperage of the motor, the type of specific wet end on the pump, the control unit's specifications, and the empirical life span of the unit I was considering. Everything he said was verifiable and 100% accurate. I'm a Softub oficiando having been a service guy for them years ago, and I would call my self a Softub nerd, too. I'm totally enthusiastic about the brilliance of using the waste heat from the motor to heat the tub. All the people I encountered at Evergreen Softub shared my delight in the product. This is the kind of company that can hold my business for years to come! Thank you, Andrew Hunt read more

My family and I have enjoyed the wonderful benefits of hydrotherapy in an Evergreen Softub for three years. The heat and pulsation from the water jets provide the primary relief for the radiculopathy I experience. Nothing else is as effective as thirty minutes of hydrotherapy. My husband and I use the hot tub daily, and often twice a day, (morning and evening), to relax and reinvigorate, even in sub-zero weather. Our Evergreen Softub is highly popular with my grandchildren as a place to download events of the day or survey the stars at night. Our Evergreen Softub travelled with us when we moved into a new abode and has been marvelously easy to set up and maintain. The customer service at Evergreen Softub has been nothing short of stellar. Thank you Jennifer and Eric! We love our Evergreeen Softub and would highly recommend the purchase of one to anyone shopping for a hot tub. Cindy and Randy Dye read more

I purchased my Softub in 2004 at a trade show in Salt Lake City, and have nothing but praise to say about the product and the people who sell and maintain these amazing tubs! As a Carpenter/Craftsman, a hot tub is a must at the end of the work day, as well as after hiking or skiing. My tub has served me well, but has also taken a lot of wear and tear from the extreme weather conditions that exist along the Wasatch Front. When it came time to have my unit re-skined, I drove it to the closest dealer which at the time was near Spokane a round trip of 1500 miles. Erick was there to re-skin my tub, tune up the mechanics of my unit, and get me back on the road the same day. Him and his staff were, and continue to be friendly, knowledgable, and willing to assist in any way possible. I also purchase my chemicals from them. I would highly recommend Evergreen Softub for any and all of your Softub needs! read more

I have to say we are beyond satisfied with the ENTIRE process of buying our Softub 300. From the initial introduction at the Home Show to talking with Jennifer at the showroom, we felt our needs and questions were answered each and everytime. The entire staff from Jennifer to Danielle to the deliver person who delivered out Softub answered each and every questions and did excellent customer service. Jennifer even met us after hours at the showroom to answer more questions. Made sure we had everything we wanted. Danielle was great with communication and staying in touch with us every step of the way. The 0% financing is a great deciding factor as well. Now to the tub...I mean! Best tub ever. So much better than the acrylic tubs where you never quite get settled in without sliding down in those seats. The comfort of the tub makes us feel spoiled. We are very happy. Thank you all at Evergreen Softub! read more

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Evergreen Softtub. Erick and his team have been so professional from the time of installing our new tub and educating us patiently on its maintenance to immediately coming to our home on two occasions in the last two years to resolve a couple minor issues and going above and beyond to make sure they left the softtub in such a great condition, it felt like a new tub! It is clear the Evergreen team takes high quality service seriously. You don't experience passionate high quality service like this much anymore and too many people take time to post negative experiences. There have to be many others in the area that have had positive experiences such as mine worth taking the time to share my gratitude. Thank you to Erick and the Evergreen team! Truly great service and I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Evergreen Softub in Kent is wonderful! We were very blessed to find Evergreen Soft tub at an event in Puyallup a couple of years ago. My husband and I had talked about owning a hot tub but like a lot of people we didn't know if we could afford one or if we even wanted a large permenant style tub. What if we moved? What about the expense of the tub? Did we really want to spend that much money on a tub that we would never get our money's worth out of? We purchased our Softub and couldn't be happier. It was a great deal and portable too. We have totally enjoyed our tub and would recommend an Evergreen Softub to anyone who is looking for a classy product at an affordable price. The staff in Kent are great and any time we have had questions they have been very helpful and patient with us. We love them. Thanks Evergreen Softub for coming to Kent!!! read more

On my third 220 Soft tub (first one lasted 16 years, second I bought used ; it was fine I but bought new one in Feb 2024.) Originally my reason for buying the tub was because I could handle the whole thing by myself; no need for electrical installation, just plug it in, and it was easily moveable by just me. The benefits have been outstanding. Jets are great, chemicals are easy to maintain, and it looks terrific, too. My new one was extremely easy to set up. The colors are varied (my new one is taupe), and customer service is superb. When my new motor made a strange noise they immediately replaced it in a very seamless and professional manner. I love that it is easily transportable, too, so when I move I can just take it with me! FYI, I sold the second one on FB Marketplace in one day for exactly what I paid for it 4 years earlier. read more

This is my second review of my Evergreen Softub 300. I purchased it 2 years ago and still could not be happier! Every time I slip into it I say a thank you to Willie who was one of the best sales persons I have ever worked with. He was honest and listened to my needs. Typically I use the tub 4-5 times weekly, but recently I have had SI joint and Sciatica issues and have been in my tub daily. It has been a key component to my healing process. The tub has had no problems at all. It stays hot even in winter 0 degree temps. It was so easy to assemble, literally rolled it in to my back yard and plugged it in. Unlike the hard Jacuzzis, I love the soft seating. I like the tub without the jets, but they work great too! Great way to start my day with a cup of tea! If you are even thinking about buying a hot tub, call Willie! read more

We purchased our Softub at the Puyallup Spring Fair and had the best experience working with William! He is super knowledgeable and fun to chat with. We had been eyeing Softubs and decided that it was time to make it happen. Ship time was about 3 weeks but they kept in touch along the way with updates. Delivery was easy and fast. The driver helped us get our tub set up and went over some of the basics. Once the tub was up to temp (the tease of seeing it all pretty but not ready was tough haha) we took our first dip and instantly knew we made the right choice! If you are considering a hot tub I highly recommend getting a Softub!! If you get the chance to work with William or Alyssa that is a bonus! read more

We recently had a need to have Evergreen Softub repair our motor as the control panel was not working. They were really great to work with. Eric gave me his personal cell number so that he could assist in diagnosing the issue over the phone in hopes that it would not require a shop visit. Once in the shop, Eric stayed in contact with me to let me know when it was done and to make arrangements to get it to us. We knew we needed to actually pick it up, however, Eric ended up having a service call in my area and called to offer to deliver it to me. Now that is great service and was much appreciated on my end. Thanks for providing great customer service! read more

We've had our Softub for about 4 years. The initial ordering/sale was very easy and the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Making sure that we had everything we needed to set up the softub - when it was delivered. I built a wood deck for it to sit on. The delivery and setup couldn't have been easier. The staff at Evergreen has been there for all my maintenance questions and always helpful. Since then Iv added a covered gazebo. Only my wife and I (in late 60's - early 70's), drained the softub, and carried it up and set it on the deck - during the gazebo construction. Then the two of us, carried it down and set it back up. Again, very easy. read more

I have had my Softub since March 2022 and I absolutely love it. The staff has been a joy to work with and have been incredibly responsive to my needs. Everyone I speak to is caring and professional. Any minor issues have been dealt with quickly with excellent communication provided by Evergreen. The tub allows me to perform certain exercises I need for a medical condition, and helps manage my stress. It's been a life saver - literally! I highly recommend the Softub design, and Evergreen Softub in particular for excellent customer service and a caring staff. read more

This is our third Softub. These are the best hot tubs ever. So easy to maintain and they last for years. We inherited our first one in a vacation ski property. It was still running beautifully after having been left out for years in the sun and snow with no maintenance. We cleaned it out and started it up and it lasted for 5 more years. We now own two of these (different sizes at our home and would never consider another brand. read more

After extensive research, I selected a Softub over a traditional hot tub, because I find the Softub's SO much more comfortable and deep to sit in vs the clunky, shallow acrylic tubs that cost twice as much. The Softub is also much better as a mini pool for kids. Evergreen Softub gave me wonderful service, speedy delivery, and they were quick to answer any questions before or after I purchased. Highly recommend! read more

I have a 13 year old Softub 140 and Evergreen Softub has extended its life with some motor repairs. They were extremely helpful with guiding me through the process of shipping the motor. Eric walked me through the differences with operation of the new motor controls. Evergreen is there when you need any questions answered. I am thrilled to have my Softub running again! Thank you so much! read more

We bought our 2-person Softub at the Lynden fair about 4-years ago and still love it today. William, our sales rep was the most personable and well informed person. The Softub is super light weight, easy to care for, and we use it religiously! We've had only one small maintenance issue which customer service helped us through with no problems. One of the Best Buy's ever! read more

We've had our Softub for about 2 1/2 years and use it almost every day! Erick and Jennifer have always been helpful and eager to answer any questions we've had. I highly recommend this product and especially Evergreen Softub to purchase from. Erick and Jennifer are truly down-to-earth people and genuinely care about their customers! read more

I've had an Evergreen Softub for years, first a used one that we needed to replace after 7 years then a new one, and service the pump once. We had a little hiccup a month or two ago, but Eric sorted it all out for us and we still believe that Softub is the best value out there. I won't be going anywhere else for service read more
