We wrote the deal, signed a lengthy sales agreement and terms & conditions documents and made a down payment. The problem arose scheduling the delivery date. They only deliver Tuesday and Thursday in my area. As both days are rush days at work. I would have to schedule 7 or 8 weeks in advance to cover my absence. Not having any family near, new to the area and elderly neighbors. I didn't have anyone to tap for help. Additionally, there would be multiple appointments for delivery, setup, electrician, orientation... I was shocked when I was told it was Tuesdays, Thursdays or nothing. This got me to thinking about warranty and service work if required. They don't do delivery, provide service or do field work on weekends, period. Sadly, I canceled the order today. I'll have to wait 2 weeks to get a $3,900 deposit refunded. Finding dealers selling comparable product, that deliver on Saturday, once that refund arrives. I'm spending $19,350 elsewhere. I miss the days when companies were in the business of serving the customer. I work hard to earn my money. A business should work just as hard if they want some of it. Rebuttal for Don and future customers: Don, the only way I am wrong is if your employees misled. Friday Kenneth told me multiple times, only Tuesday or Thursday delivery and setup. That same afternoon Kenneth contacted the store manager and verified, only Tuesday or Thursday. Shortly after that Kenith called the Service and Supplies Department. However, he got voicemail saying Service and Supplies were open M-F, 8am-5pm. I have 3 emails, copied here, on Olympic letterhead, reaffirming only Tuesday and Thursday and no weekend delivery availability. One even shared that Kenneth had relayed the information to you to share how customers felt about delivery options. As a fact you are not the only hot tub company doing service on Saturdays. On Saturday 1/17 @ 11:45 a service person for a major dealer, (they have more stores than Olympic) came to service the tub I currently own. He arrived in a company truck, wearing a company shirt and jacket. Sounds like he works for that company. I will concede one point. I made an assumption about service. If the voicemail says the Service and Supplies Department is open M-F, 8am-5pm. I'll take their word for it. It seems to me I gave you a chance. Even a weekend to figure it out. If that's your best to take care of me. How did you make it 30 years? Not pushy, great follow up, great communication. The team that delivers and sets up the tub was amazing. They even came back to my house and moved the hut tub for a second time at no charge. They set it up, showed me how to use it. They clearly go out of their way to give you a white glove experience from start to finish which makes sense when you consider hot tubs are a big purchase. Regarding salt water vs. non salt water, if you go online or go talk to a bunch of hot tub sales people, you won't know what to think or who to believe. I'll share my 2 cents having owned my salt water hot tub for a month. My two cents, get a saltwater tub. Unlike a non-saltwater system, I don't need to regularly test the water and add Chlorine accordingly. Instead, I use a test strip and if the Chlorine level is low, I just push a button on the hot tub and it adjusts to the perfect Chlorine level. If a bunch of people use the hot tub over the weekend, I just push a button and it adjusts to the perfect level. My tub is always at the perfect level, never too little or too much Chlorine. I'm slightly oversimplifying but not by much. It's a simple and easy system to use. And the salt water is good on my skin. It's well worth the added expense IMHO. Updating my review after 2 years: I've had my hut tub for two years and I still love it. Highly recommend a saltwater system. The chemicals are always perfect and if they need a slight adjustment, it's the push of a button. Also, I still get white glove treatment from Olympic Hut Tub, even after two years. It's very clear their approach isn't to make a sale and be done with you. They clearly go out of their way to make the ownership experience as good as possible.

I am 6'3" and I get to stretch out. We don't need many weak jets. It has maintenance jets and the big one that serves our purpose just fine. Since then I have had multiple leaks patched, a motor replaced, and a control panel replaced. I do the routine maintenance myself (chemicals, cleaning, jet replacement) but I call Poseys for everything that requires opening up the outer shell. Poseys is a small family run business, so when I phone I know to expect that I may need to leave a message, but they usually return the phone call within a day and when they do, I know I will be speaking with the company directly, not a switchboard. Their communication has always been clear, their manner professional, their prices lower than MY estimates, and their work reliably good. Twenty-three years ago I purchased the right spa for my health needs: the right size and shape, the right jet placement, and thanks to Poseys I have not had to replace that spa with a newer model that lacks the features I value. As for Poseys, I just hope their family business continues for as long as I own a spa, because that's the company I want for repairs.

The truck arrived over an hour later than promised but clock started 1.5 hrs earlier than promised. When truck got to the new house they said it was going to be 4500 not 2700 because it was a lot of things and it was a 3 level home. That was never stated anywhere in the contract. DO NOT TRUST THEIR ESTIMATE, it is not true!

Fantastic experience with Hansen Brothers! We are moving to Spain in a few days, and needed to…read moreload out quite a bit of furniture, memory boxes, heirloom china plates/dishes. Estaban and Key showed up promptly and friendly. We had worked with Nicole ahead of time to get an estimate, who also was fantastic. What was surprising is the care they took for every item. We had pre-packed all the boxes, but they inspected each one, and if there was room, they placed crumpled paper in the voids to make sure the items were safe. For the furniture, they wrapped EVERY item in at least two-three layers of crumpled paper wrap to protect the finish. For the loose items we didn't trust ourselves to pack, they came with all the materials to make sure they were packed safely. They were courteous the entire process, and after NINE hours of moving the finished and looked exhausted but satisified with a job well done. I should also mention some of our furniture was HEAVY (like Piano heavy) and they bravely and skillfully navigated those challenges with mental and physical strength! In a couple years once we find our new place in Spain, they already have all of our goods CUSTOMS ready! We just need to call them with our location in Spain and a few months later our goods will show up in the same condition they were picked up in. I will come back to review once our items arrive in Spain, but I have no doubts in Hansen brothers as I used them 20 years ago for another significant move, and also had an amazing experience then. We are SO lucky to have a company like this (around for 130+ years!) to lean on for the REALLY hard job they do - at affordable rates.
