    We bought our first hot tub at the Kitsap Fair about 3 months ago, and we are thrilled with it so far. Willie, our salesperson, has been fantastic. We have called a few times with questions about the chemicals, and he always takes plenty of time to help us. While it is a smaller tub, it is comfortable and the perfect size for 2. Thank you!

    We've had our SoftTub for 26+ years before it finally died. We will be getting a new tub! Never had a problem and great to use!

I own an Olympic Flair hot tub, and recently about half of the lighting system stopped working. I scheduled a service visit expecting a typical warranty repair. The technician came out, did an initial inspection, and noted some trace evidence of mouse activity inside the cabinet. At that point, he stopped work and the issue was effectively denied as a warranty claim. Here's the problem with that. This isn't about "mice being present." This is about the fact that mice were able to get inside the sealed cabinet of the hot tub in the first place. A product like this, with internal electrical components, should be designed and installed in a way that reasonably prevents that kind of access. The spa has not been modified, moved, or subjected to anything outside of normal residential use. Instead of addressing that root issue, Olympic chose to treat it as customer-caused damage and declined to proceed with repair. That doesn't sit right with me. I've since escalated this because the real concern here is product integrity. If rodents can get into the internal components, that's a design or installation issue, not just "bad luck." To be fair, the technician was professional and easy to work with. The frustration is with how the situation was handled after that point. If you're considering buying from Olympic, I'd recommend asking very specific questions about how their tubs are sealed and how they handle situations like this under warranty. That part of the experience has been disappointing. I'm still hopeful they'll step up and make this right, but as it stands, this hasn't been a great experience.

Olympic sent out a technician who correctly diagnosed the issue. Following this I called Olympic approximately 4-5 times requesting a quote and trying to schedule repairs. Each time, I was told an estimate would be sent within 24 hours which would never come. Unfortunately, it took two weeks just to receive a quote from the company despite multiple attempts on our end. Due to the ongoing delays and the financial impact, we ended up hiring another company that allowed us to order the needed part immediately and came out within two days to complete the repair. Overall, the customer service was quite lacking, and communication and follow up was extremely poor. Based on our experience, we would not use Olympic again

Every time we contact Aqua Quip by phone, text or e-mail, we receive a prompt and helpful response. When deciding which tub to purchase, I explained features that were important to me and concerns that I had. I needed a foot dome to mitigate ongoing podiatric challenges, I wanted strong jets to relax tense muscles from neck to toe. I wanted the latest technology to allow for ease of maintenance. I drive a 20 year old car and it still runs great. I wanted that same life span for my hot tub. While Sundance was not the least expensive option, its expected longevity and extensive warranty make it a wise investment. The delivery was timely, smooth and included in the price. Also included were the steps, the cover and a $300.00 credit for supplies. The jets are so powerful when adjusted to full strength, one has to brace one's self against the foot dome to stay put. We are able to keep the water pristine with the responsive guidance from the dealer and the superior filtration system. The side panels are easily removed to access the quiet and well insulated base. The stereo is fantastic with a booming subwoofer and crystal clear speakers. The colorful lights and waterfall provide beautiful aesthetics. I am able to monitor all aspects of the tub on my phone through bluetooth. The tub actually notifies me by text and e-mail when it needs anything. We cannot speak more highly of the service we receive from Kali and the entire Aqua Quip staff. We have owned our spa for a month and our bodies, minds and souls are soothed and elevated to new heights. To say that we love our spa would be an understatement.
