    We bought our first hot tub at the Kitsap Fair about 3 months ago, and we are thrilled with it so far. Willie, our salesperson, has been fantastic. We have called a few times with questions about the chemicals, and he always takes plenty of time to help us. While it is a smaller tub, it is comfortable and the perfect size for 2. Thank you!

    We've had our SoftTub for 26+ years before it finally died. We will be getting a new tub! Never had a problem and great to use!

I own an Olympic Flair hot tub, and recently about half of the lighting system stopped working. I scheduled a service visit expecting a typical warranty repair. The technician came out, did an initial inspection, and noted some trace evidence of mouse activity inside the cabinet. At that point, he stopped work and the issue was effectively denied as a warranty claim. Here's the problem with that. This isn't about "mice being present." This is about the fact that mice were able to get inside the sealed cabinet of the hot tub in the first place. A product like this, with internal electrical components, should be designed and installed in a way that reasonably prevents that kind of access. The spa has not been modified, moved, or subjected to anything outside of normal residential use. Instead of addressing that root issue, Olympic chose to treat it as customer-caused damage and declined to proceed with repair. That doesn't sit right with me. I've since escalated this because the real concern here is product integrity. If rodents can get into the internal components, that's a design or installation issue, not just "bad luck." To be fair, the technician was professional and easy to work with. The frustration is with how the situation was handled after that point. If you're considering buying from Olympic, I'd recommend asking very specific questions about how their tubs are sealed and how they handle situations like this under warranty. That part of the experience has been disappointing. I'm still hopeful they'll step up and make this right, but as it stands, this hasn't been a great experience.

Olympic sent out a technician who correctly diagnosed the issue. Following this I called Olympic approximately 4-5 times requesting a quote and trying to schedule repairs. Each time, I was told an estimate would be sent within 24 hours which would never come. Unfortunately, it took two weeks just to receive a quote from the company despite multiple attempts on our end. Due to the ongoing delays and the financial impact, we ended up hiring another company that allowed us to order the needed part immediately and came out within two days to complete the repair. Overall, the customer service was quite lacking, and communication and follow up was extremely poor. Based on our experience, we would not use Olympic again

    Marshall from Olympic Hot Tub in Tacoma is the man you want. His buddy Tab Birdsell is also great…read more I want to start off by saying Marshall was super patient and answered all my questions. I was between jacuzzi and Hot Spring tubs and Marshall was great with making sure I got the best deal and quality tub for my needs. As a seasoned combat vet my body has some issues with it and he made it easy to decide what was going to take care of my body over the long haul. He got me a reasonable price and was able to sweeten it up with a cover lifter and took care of the delivery fee for me. I know this wasn't a typical sale, but I do appreciate the honesty, integrity, and patience Marshall showed me. I'm super stoked on the team that will be taking care of my tub in the future. Delivery was easy as it gets, they were a good team. I had some weird anomaly within the hot tub control panel at first based off previous model of the Hot Spring Relay, but the new 2025 model is slightly different and ended up being perfectly fine. I honestly found my experience to have been smooth, quick, and reliable. I look forward to owning and using my new Hot Spring Relay for the next 20-30 years. We have had terrible communication with Olympic Hot Tubs many departments etc. customers service, scheduling, the actual delivery company, a technician department, water scheduling department. They just blame the other department and pass us along. Initial 2 week shipping delay, with ZERO communication from Olympic we called frustrated. They said it would be here the following week, it was, with still terrible communication poor scheduling but it arrived BROKEN has a crack in the front panel and missing parts. We cant use it while we wait for them to bring the parts. Again they scheduled us for someone to come out and bring the parts. NO SHOW NO CALL. some department dropped the ball again! We are still looking at our empty broken hot tub. We are still struggling with Olympic Hot Tub's lack of concern and lack of communication.
