When I went to wear the clothes they were not even clean. I brought this to their attention and decided to give them one last chance and they waited til after I dropped off and called me up saying that they were refusing to clean the clothes and I could pick up. Living in Red Bluff, seems we only have 2 real dry cleaners and clothing altering places. This place is right near the Raley's I go to, so convenient in that way. Easy parking and no big line or anything to worry about. I just needed a pair of jeans altered by making the legs a few inches shorter. Easy alteration ... plus I suck at sewing! Reasonable pricing and wait time. They are easy to communicate with and are clear on the service requested. That's what I like, a professional service whee you know what you're gonna get and no weird surprises. If I need more stuff altered, I'll come here ... and go to Raley's at the same time!

I needed it hemmed so i didnt have much of a choice. My dress was chiffon so i did hear that that fabric was hard to sew. Oh well, needed it anyway. Came out to about $200 just for my dress.... I came here thinking it was reasonably priced but boy did i make a mistake choosing this dress. Also paid for my daughter's dress to get taken in. It took about 3 weeks and i picked it up the day before the wedding. So when wedding day came, i noticed it looked like there was no adjustments made on her dress. More than an inch of extra material and to me, it looked the same as when i brought it in. Again, had no choice so she wore it. But i spent over $300 in services and it was a bit underwhelming. I do want to add that my dress was done excellent and even if it was "difficult to deal with", it was very well hemmed. I probably would not return because it wasnt the closest to me, and the experience was just alright. Not terrible, but not the greatest.

I like their new software system which alerts you via text message or email when items are ready for pick up and I'm personally shocked about the bad reviews and the hate, I believe this is a wonderful establishment. They told me they have recently made some changes in staff, computer system and procedures, and It has been a long transition but I had such great experience here, I can see the changes were for the good. I just recently moved to the area and I will be joining their free pick up in delivery service as well. I already have my express bag!

The only thing the manager called me about if seeing if I would change my review. We dropped off our clothing for a wash and fold. The website was clear, stating they separated the laundry, the result was not the "kase". Washing and drying everything together, which led to all the whites being turn blue and destroying a Lingerie set that my wife bought in France. (Side note, this was her favorite lingerie set, that she bought after battling breast cancer. It meant the world to her!) "Jesse" (guessing spelling) was amazing and deeply apologetic and did his best to fix the issue and tried to put me in touch with the manager. She is a complete joke! She could not do the simplest of jobs, contacting the customer, and finding a timely solution. Over a month went by, I kept calling the store asking for a response. Finely, I talked to the manager and she offered 30% (based on it was 3 years old) with proof of a receipt and not even willing to refund the service. We didn't have a receipt as it was purchased overseas and we were in the middle of a move to Sonoma county. She FAILED TO DO HER JOB! Leaving my wife with a distort lingerie and a broken heart. The manager could not follow up with most of the calls, leaving me to call her and the shop repeatedly to get a call back. This has not be resolved and recommend NO ONE USE THIS SERVICE FOR ANY REASON. I will be happy to update with any resolution but right now it's been 5 months.
