Well we thought we had a simple water leak, so I emailed Everflow Plumbing and got IMMEDIATE assistance and they came out and assessed the situation it ended up to be much worse than we thought. Because the pipe from the meter to the house needed replacing and the current pipe we had was NO MORE ALLOWED, so they replaced it with the correct pipe and rerouted it around the tree and ended up digging under our house about 50 Ft. I believe so that our LR floor would not have to be destroyed They did an awesome job, and it ended up being 2 leaks and I believe 4 days ( mostly digging) God Bless them all. But they were perfect, affordable, and courteous!! If we ever have any other plumbing issues, I will definitely call Everflow Plumbing!!!! read more

We called Everflow Plumbing because the pilot light on our hot water tank wouldn't stay lit. They came over quickly but didn't have the part needed to make the repair. First visit $225. After I received the part from the manufacturer they returned. In the process of installing the part they damaged another part, which they also didn't have. They left, picked up the second part, returned and completed the repair. I was charged a total of $487.50 for labor for a job that would have taken an hour to complete had they had the parts. They also refused to bill the manufacturer for the needed part under warranty, making me pay for the part and seek reimbursement from Rheem. Based on my experience, Everflow Plumbing does not stock parts resulting in repeat service calls allowing them to charge labor for each visit. I recommend you use a plumber that stocks parts eliminating costly repeat service visits and labor charges. read more

Dylan J came out on Christmas Eve during the freezing cold of Dec 23-26 2022 in Dallas. The fact that we could find someone during this time when pipes were bursting all across DFW was amazing. What was really great about Dylan was he had to deal with some residents of our condo that did not speak any english. They are from Taiwan. He was able to communicate with them through a translater on the residents phone. He was very thorough. He took pictures on the outside of the complex were there was ice covering two units. He was able to detect where the pipe burst inside the walls. He even added insulation over the pipes when he was done that wasn't there before to prevent it from happening again! I can't thank him enough for his professionalism, not to mention working on Christmas Eve! read more

I have had this team out to my house 3 times in the past week. Most of the plumbers were nice enough, but there is one bad egg, DAMON, which happens do be the supervisor. He yelled at me disrespectfully on the phone and was just completely disrespectful. I will have to pay more to have another crew come out, but it is worth to not have to be treated and spoken to like that anymore. Damon should not be working in any type of authority position where he needs to speak with customers. Choose a different company that wants a customer for life. read more

I used this company for my slab leak fix. Upon dig up they asked for extra $1000 increase due to extra chipping needed. During the work, their crew damaged first good hot water line, then a good cold water line. They also refused to give extra warranty for the repaired damages their crew made. I feel very bad on them. When talked with their office, they said for slab leak, increase the quote during the process is normal for them. Be careful when using this company. read more

We called them out for my hot water heater they went and got the part the code was saying was wrong he replaced it and it didnt work so instead of doing the next part the guys boss said we needed a new heater (ours is 5 years old still under warranty) so they charged us $150 didnt fix it. We had asked them to fix the next part the boss called my husband the next day and told him rudely i dont know why you dont replace the whole thing. So we called someone else they came out fixed it in a few minutes and charged us $150. Which should have been the next part to replace. I dont understand what the problem was why they didnt want to fix it in the first place but i dont appreciate they took my money and didnt follow through on their job. read more

My 16-year old water heater finally died yesterday (07/09/2017) evening, it looks like it was rotted out in the bottom. Several people in my neighborhood have used and recommended EverFlow Plumbing, so I called them and told them what was going on with my heater. Since it was 16-years old, they recommended replacing the entire unit and we get the replacement installation scheduled for today (07/10/2017). Few minutes after talking to them, I noticed water leaking badly from the water heater into the kitchen floor. So, I called them again and asked what I needed to do to stop the water flow. They walked me through what needed to be done and got the water flow stopped timely. I was grateful for that. The techs, Charlie and John, arrived at my house much earlier than the appointed time, which was great. They removed the old water heater and all the lines, installed the new water heater and put in new lines including a pan under the water heater. They were so efficient and expert in what they do. They gave me the information I need to know about the new water heater. They clean up everything. I was very impressed and will highly recommend this company to anybody who will need plumbing services. read more
