They extremely busy but fit me in their schedule same day. The owner work arrive a test the system and diagnose the problem. Figured out that i had 2.5 days left on my factory warranty and made sure to get necessary part cover under warranty. Made a special trip Sunday night to bring and setup loan window unit until he could get the the parts for the repair. He didn't just replace the broke parts but fixed some off the orginal sloppy install items for no additional charge. They repaired my easy fix, so I give 2 stars, but told me it would be $100 service call or I could sign up for $179 service package they want to lock you into and then come back later and upsell you more costly repairs. He then came back in the house and conveniently changed service call fee from $100 to $165. I've never been quoted a price after work was done and then had it switched. This was only because he thought I would sign up for $179 service nonsense. I'm in sales, I wish I could change my pricing anytime I wanted. Again, seek elsewhere unless you can get Dale back in a uni.

I haven't used their service since 2015 and moved out of state so I thought they must've mixed up my old info with someone else's and I called to let them know they were either being scammed or something was wrong with their system. The person I assume is Macy was very rude and was convinced I was in the wrong by not paying their invoice. She was unwilling to listen and basically decided I was lying from just a phone number. At the end I just told her to remove my information from their system and to never call me again. So beware when you give them your information, they might accuse you of not paying for an invoice from a job that you never asked them to do.

I give Two Brothers a call and the owner get there within 30 mins and get the work done so the tenant doesn't bother me anymore. In addition, there's also one other time where my mom's home AC is not working. I give them a call and they immediately come and get the work done so my mom can have AC for the night. We didn't discover it until 9:00 PM at night but they still get my mom's place within 30 minutes. So anytime from now on whenever I got any AC problem I will give Two Brothers a call since they get the work done quick and most importantly they do not over charge you.

Runs all the time, won't heat or cool my home not to mention the duct they crushed was never replaced. Only got excuses ie: the unit can only cool or heat 10 degrees from the outside temperature. After several service calls that I had to pay for this issue has yet to be resolved. Now paying twice as much on electric bill. Needless to say, I had an issue and did not call them back but today and was told it wasn't wired correctly and that is why it runs 24/7.
