We've worked with numerous contractors before and Bill had several nice touches that we've never seen before, including inviting us to another project that he was working on to see certain finishes that we were thinking about using (the homeowners graciously endorsed Bill FYI) and then having a cleaning crew come for a deep clean once the project was completed. Everest Granite just completed the remodeling of our primary bathroom. What an amazing job. I'm attaching pictures of 'before' and 'after' to show the difference. It was an 80s style bathroom with a huge sunken bathtub that occupied too much space, a tiny little shower that hardly allowed elbow room, and ugly brown cavernous cabinets, in which we could never find anything. Bill's design and aesthetic has made our bathroom modern and elegant yet extremely practical. He helped us choose hardware, cabinets, tiles, and paint combinations that not only make the room look like it could feature in a glossy magazine, but it also opens the space up in ways we couldn't have imagined. Consequently, we have a bathroom we dreamt about: a spacious shower, a smart toilet, double sinks, plenty of cabinets with organizational drawers, and so much more. We love our new bathroom. Overall pretty happy with the service. Bill is great and highly communicative. His team does pretty much anything you ask or need them to do. They did make one mistake that led to an extended timeline and re-do but Bill caught it and they rectified it properly. I do wish that they had cleaned up some of the sawdust they left behind inside all the cabinets and a bunch of extra screws that I kept finding lying around. A couple of my drawers were sticking as well but I fixed them myself. The tile and countertop work looks amazing. read more

The owner, Bill, coordinated with me over email and phone for about a week and then came out to take measurements (took about 20 minutes). A week later he sent his team (3 guys) and they demoed and installed the new countertops, sink, and faucet in exactly 3 hours. They all wore masks and were cognizant of the fact that I was stuck at home due to COVID so kept the noise level to a minimum. We live in an older house that had laminate counter tops and was referred to Everest Granite. We are extremely happy with their work and wish they had more reviews on Yelp to build their customer base. Bil came out to meet with us at 7 pm on a weekday night to give us measurements and a quote. Within a week we had our granite counter top installed. They are very accommodating and they give ideas as well if you're stuck on color choices. I asked if they could tear down a tall part of our bar/seating area to make it flushed with the counter top and to give us more counter space and they were able to do the demolition work for us as well! The entire job took only a Saturday and they were done by 5 pm. They are very detail oriented and proud of their work and products. Everest Granite is a family-owned business and provide the best service I have ever received. They were able to work with our busy work schedules and were available for any of our questions. Wow!!! I cannot say enough good things about Everest. My husband and I remodeled a relatively small kitchen with a 25 sq ft countertop. When I say we looked at every place, I mean it. From big box stores like lowes to fabricators and warehouses we saw 8 different places. Everest was perfect for us. The owner is very friendly and helped by giving us a one on one experience. The store is very nice and has a lot of samples on the wall to look at the owner will tell you the prices of them. We then went to the garage next-door that they own and looked at all the slabs we were told the prices for each which was great and then we found a slab and he brought it to the price we needed even though it was $10 more a square foot. From the time that he came out to measure on a Friday until delivery on that Monday was only a weekend and they had it cut perfectly exactly how we wanted it and installed it beautifully. They cocked it and even cut the sinkhole out as well as the hole for the faucet plus they braced the dishwasher. My husband and I took out the countertop ourselves which they were fine with but they offer a much lower than Lowes reasonable price for countertop removal. We did not get charge delivery fee because we are so close to them about 2 miles away. They also installed a new sink which looks great and is undercut with the granite. we were extremely impressed with their work and would definitely recommend it to close family and friends. read more

We were doing a remodel project in our house in Fairfax, VA and we were undecided on how to do the kitchen so we got the services of Everest Granite. The sales rep was outstanding from the beginning to the end. They texted me quite often when we were undecided yet. We had a lot of different granite choices to go with and changed our mind after the original decision. Manager kept in contact with us and was very helpful in getting all the process changed before they came out and did the measurements. A professional guy came out to do the measurements then he returned with another individual to do part of the installation. They were friendly the whole time and did the work very quickly and accurately. They also cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the remodeling was excellent, I can't see any seams. Everest Granite was best bid we received from a total of three bids submitted to install granite counter tops in our kitchen. Bill, the project lead, arrived on time to perform the site visit to develop their estimate. The full scope of the job was to demo two separate counter tops, dispose of all materials resulting from demo, replace two separate counter tops, provide and install sink and faucet. The bid from Everest Granite was received in a timely manner, was detailed yet easy to understand, and ended up providing the best price based on promised services of the three bids we received. When we contacted them to advise of award, Bill advised us to come to their store and personally select the granite from several pieces they had available. Bill was able to schedule the installation in a very timely manner, which was important for us. Based on the fact that he had conducted the survey, I was pleased to once again see Bill on installation day when he arrived as part of the installation team. Accompanying him was a carpenter. I quickly determined that the carpenter was a very skilled tradesman. One aspect of the demo involved dismantling a custom built counter top on a small island. This part of the demo required much more work than anyone expected but there were no complaints from Bill or his carpenter. Later on in the project, Bill brought in a plumber to complete sink hook up. The plumber was as professional as the carpenter, taking time to walk me through operation of the sink faucet, as well as the dishwasher and disposal units that he had reconnected in the install. Incidentally, the disposal was jammed and the plumber cleared it without complaint. The entire job was completed on schedule as promised and the cost was in accordance with their bid submission. Bill was pleasant to work with and delivered as promised. The skilled tradesman he had on his team were professional and knowledgeable. The work they performed was flawless, and they carried out their duties in a calm and quiet manner. The site cleanup was thorough. Bottom line, we received a very nice product, installed as promised, all work done in timely manner and on schedule and at the cost agreed to in their bid, with absolutely no drama....it was a real pleasure working with Bill and his team.
