I went through several companies & estimates before deciding on Everclear pools & a grateful I did my research. My pool was old & needed a lot of work to rejuvenate it. Chris Boyer helped me with the decisions of what I needed without over selling me. Once the work started, it went exactly according to schedule & within two weeks I had my pool completely looking & working like a new pool. I highly recommend this company. read more

After reviewing numerous proposals, we decided to go with Everclear Pools. Eric and his entire team did a fabulous job. Heather provided wonderful customer service, she is very patient, her product knowledge and design expertise was beyond epic. Once the project began, Eric was completely hands on. He explained the process step-by-step, and was present for each phase of the job. He worked hand in hand with all his contractors and together they orchestrated a product beyond our expectations. He's knowledgeable in all aspects of his job and can answer any question with ease & confidence. Although the project is complete, they are still available for any questions or concerns we have. After researching several pool companies to get quotes, Everclear Pools was clearly the winner. I remember when Heather, the pool designer, showed up to our home on our consultation day and it was a sprinkling, windy and cold day and while we were doing a home walk through, I noticed that she was so efficient and professional and started measuring the backyard right away. Heather left such a positive impression on us and is the perfect example of who you want to have working for your company. She was friendly, personable, responsive, and helpful. She made the process from beginning to end seamless and painless. After all the design part was done and permits were pulled, we had the pleasure of working with Eric. My husband had a great experience interacting with him and he was always reliable and responsive in keeping us up-to-date with the project which we appreciated. Even after the project was completed, Eric continues to be a helpful resource for us whenever we have questions about the pool, especially being first-time pool owners. He even looked after our pool right after it was done because we had to take a emergency trip and he made sure the pool was clean and properly curing. Moreover, he even taught my husband on how to maintain the pool so we wouldn't need to hire a pool cleaner which has been great. Eric goes above and beyond and is such a professional and is compassionate with his clients. It's rare to find a company nowadays that provides aftercare to clients once the project is completed, but Everclear Pool is there every step of the way. Building a pool can be a very expensive and stressful process, but we wouldn't have done it with any other company than Everclear Pools. We absolutely LOVE our pool and recommend it to anyone whose interested in building a pool! Thank you so much, Heather and Eric! read more

Everclear Pools has been amazing, and so has everyone involved in our project. We had sat down with a few other companies but we felt this company was best for us. The enthusiasm that was shown to us while we talked with them was one of the biggest selling points. Our family not only wanted to get this done for a decent price, but we usually like to hire people who enjoy what they do because we feel like the job will get done better if the workers actually enjoy the work lol Anyways Heather was fantastic and answered all of our questions and went out of her way to make sure everything was just right, and Eric has been great too he was the one that oversaw the entire project. He didn't get frustrated with my hundreds of questions and he did his best to make sure things got done in a timely manner. They completely transformed our backyard and gave our family our dream backyard!! We can now say we are living the dream!! Thank you guys! read more

Vince was awesome, kept me informed of there base price for pools, arrived on time for the appointment to my home, even text me before hand to see if it was still a go for our meet at my house. He was beyond professional, respectful, and listened to what we wanted. Kept his word when he would have the design for me, roughly a week later I received it and we emailed back and forth. Again nothing, but courtesy and respect from Vince. Despite not going with his business I would say I'm glad I asked for an appointment, because literally out of 8 businesses that came to my home only 4 were considered honest, professional, and no bs realistic with estimates and returning calls and getting the design to me. read more

My wife and I used Everclear Pools for the second time recently. We enjoy working with Eric as he makes the pool building experience manageable. Eric was patient with any changes we proposed and he explained anything we were unsure of during the process. Eric also made sure to try and explain any problems that could arise during the building process such as hitting caliche during the dig which unfortunately we did. The best part of working with Eric and the reason we selected Everclear for our second pool was because of his honesty and fairness. Eric stands behind his word and he delivers what he promises. He has told us both times he won't be the lowest bid and he won't be the highest bid, but in our opinion he is the best value! If we were to build another pool in the future, we would not hesitate to chose Everclear Pools again! read more

We have known Eric now for over 3 years. We had spent months researching pool contractors in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. We had a newly built home and the builder was pushing for us to go with a particular company, but they were not very responsive. We had several other bids for building our pool but ultimately decided to go with Eric at Everclear. Eric is a highly professional pool contractor who just happens to be fair and one of the most honest people I have ever met! That kind of combination is noteworthy in the world of pool construction. It's a difficult business with multiple sub-contractors but only a few who do the quality of work I was seeking. After listening to others who were building their pools at the same time, I can say that we, without a doubt, made the right decision. Eric was the easiest person to work with during the design and construction process. We had even made changes after the contract was written, but Eric was super flexible and accommodating. Not only did he build our beautiful pool, but also our outdoor bar/BBQ area. He never accepted payment for anything that wasn't completed. This was comforting after hearing nightmare stories. Worth noting, is that Eric doesn't just build your pool and say, "Goodbye." No, he is there for you for any follow up pool needs. One of our pool lights went out and he arranged to have it replaced. We didn't have to do a thing. He has done my pool filter cleanings numerous times and most recently did an incredible job acid washing the pool! The pool looks like it did on day 1! He took the time to remind me of some maintenance tips and always has our best interests at heart. Eric is a busy guy, but you can rest assured that he will always return that message and make sure your needs are met! I wouldn't hesitate to use Eric again if we were to build another pool. I can say that Eric is not just my "pool guy", he is a true and dear friend! Thanks for your amazing service and top notch attitude! read more

Big Thanks to Eric and the Everclear Pools team. My pool/spa is amazing! The colors, design and workmanship are what I had hoped for. Eric taught me to use the controls, maintain the proper levels, and maintenance that was needed. He came back several times to check on the pool. Wouldn't change a thing about the project. I recommend Everclear Pools to anyone for a new pool and spa in the valley. read more

This review is long overdue. ERIC and Everclear pool was by far the best experience i could have ever asked for. My wife and I purchased a home with a large yard. We want to a pool but heard all of the horror stories of going through the build process. Eric met us at our home, listened to our ideas, jotted down some notes and our budget. About a week later I received a computer generated rendering that was absolutely perfect. It far exceeded my expectations considering our budget. We met with Eric once more to discuss all options and accessories. He kept our bottomline in mind the entire time. He suggested a few things here and there that would make pool meet our wish list. Once we discussed the price and payment options I knew he was our guy. No crazy upfront demands. He kept on schedule, accepted payment during our prediscussed plan, and checked on the progress during the entire build. We ran into some minor issues with some back ordered tile, but Eric jumped all over that issues and resolved it instantly. That calmed our nerves and reassured us that things would ultimately workout. Once our build was done he didn't just accept the final payment and run. Eric took the time to go over maintenance with us. He also swung by while we were out of town and ensured everything was operational for us. Besides Eric being amazing, our family now has an incredible place to spend their summers. Our dogs have an awesome place to cool off anddddd most importantly we stayed on budget and within our deadline. Dont go through the stress of an owner builder or even bother using anyone else. I did shop around and received multiple quotes. None of them compared to what we received from Eric. Just look at the photos and you'll see how the renderings compare to the final product. read more

Heather came out very quickly to give me the proposal. She was fantastic setting everything up and designing it for us. Great communication! Eric was there through the whole construction and was awesome start to finish. We had a few changes and he was very helpful in changing everything. We have never built a pool/spa before so it was nice being informed through the process and all of the steps. We had a lot of contractors installing separate things and they were able to schedule perfectly to not overlap working on the same days. I had horrible experiences with other contractors and just to even get a bid was impossible. Eric and heather were as quick as possible with everything. We love our new pool/spa. Thanks Eric and Heather and Everclear Pools!! We will recommend you to anyone we know building a pool/spa. We love our Oasis!! read more

In Dec I believe it was I had this company come measure and give me an idea how we could put a pool in my back yard. Well waited 2 weeks and no call or email on a price. I assumed when I said my Budget was 35,000 that maybe they didn't want to waste time. read more

I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. My husband and I decided to put a pool in our backyard this year. We contacted several pool companies before we decided on Everclear Pools and I am so happy we did. Eric is amazing starting with pool design until long after the pool was finished. His design was amazing and fit our yard exactly. We were told construction would be from 5-8 weeks and we were done in 5 weeks. They were in communication during the whole process and made sure we were happy with every step of the way. Upon completion Everclear continued to check in to make sure we were happy with the pool and will be returning to put the salt in for us. You will not be disappointed with your decision to go with Everclear and I highly recommend them. You won't find a better, more attentive company. read more

Back in February 07, 2018 I wrote an email to Eric saying that my fiance and I were in the process of gathering quotes and wanted to get a spool done in our backyard. Eric reached out to me within a reasonable amount of time and told me the Vince will be reaching out to make an appointment. Vince ended up making an appointment for 1 pm on a weekday. The day of the apoitment itself Vince calls at 11 am saying he is going to stop by at 12 instead of 1.I never answered the phone he left a VM I got a little annoyed at this just because 1. I got woken up to him messaging me once and calling twice. 2. I work a late swing shift and do not usually wake up until after 12 and my fiance works graveyard. Even though I didn't answer he still decided to show up at 12. Thankfully at 1130 I decided to get up and get ready just in case he decided to show up at 12 without my approval. Even though I was irritated already at that time with Everclear professionalism and the fact they can't honor an apt time I was thinking if they give a reasonable quote I'll still consider them. Vince came out took some measurements said that he would get back to me within two weeks but it's now March 11 and I still haven't heard from them. Everclear's lack of professionalism is upsetting. read more

What can I say that has not already been said about this company. Erik has built our second pool for us. He is conscientious and very transparent and constantly kept us up to date with the pool's progress. He has great subs who were very courteous to our neighbors. His people are thorough and hard working. Erik is a great contractor and manager in that he keeps on top of his subs and makes sure they get to the job on a timely basis. The work they do is splendid. He designed our pool with a great water feature which included a grotto, waterfall, and slide. It is spectacular looking and will bring us much pleasure for many years. Having dealt with multiple contractors of varying types in my own business I would put Erik and Everclear on the top of my list of go to people. He is reliable and a straight shooter. He will give you know surprises and his projections for completion of his projects is pretty exceptional. Erik, listens to what you want and works hard with you to provide both great service and the finished product you want. Before you check out any other pool contractor in Vegas I urge you to check our Everclear. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. read more

GrandSlam! Eric and The team at Everclear Pools build us the pool of our dreams! We first met Vince who came to our house to take measurements. Very friendly and took notes on what our vision of our pool was. A few days later he presented us with very realistic drawings. We asked for minor tweaks and he was happy to do so. They helped with financing through trusted companies, which was super easy and within 2 weeks we signed a contract! Eric, the owner stepped in and orchestrated 100% of the build! He was super helpful and guided us. His crew is world class, they were meticulous about their work. Even the piping that was to be buried under ground was laid beautifully! Tile is perfect, spa is perfect, I've looked and absolutely can not find anything wrong, even cosmetically wrong with our pool. Absolutely no gripes anywhere... We asked for a few upgrades and Eric was very up-front about the extra cost so there was no surprises at the end. We built our dream pool and love it.
