Any other acai places will ask you as you move down the line what you would like as you are building your own bowl. They ask for your base, any granola, fruit and toppings well I was just asked " what would you like " with no sort of order. It was probably my mistake but there was no sort of service that I didn't add granola and missed some toppings. It's nice to have the people working there guide you on what to add to your bowl. I came in this morning and received the worst customer service I have experienced at an Everbowl. We paid $13 for a bowl and when my daughter asked for more base, the guy told her no. He proceeded to make the bowl how HE wanted. What is the purpose of paying an additional $2 if you are not able to make the bowl to your liking. This has never been an issue at any of the other locations we have visited. This person has no customer service skills. It's too bad that the location that is the closest to our house has chosen to hire such low level employees. read more

I've been waiting to try this place. I ordered the Blue Lagoon. I wanted to substitute acai for the pitaya, but I didn't realized until after I arrives at home, that she didn't make the switch. She also forgot to add the coco love. I wasn't in the mood to deal with traffic so I just ate it the way it was. The pitaya wasn't very flavorful. Luckily the strawberry, pineapples & shredded coconut helped. So I'll make sure to check my order the next time. The store is nicely decorated and has several grab & go items. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked through the door, although the server was helping someone else. I went here after seeing a movie and I did not expect it to be worthwhile. However, I was proven wrong very quickly as I went inside. As the inside had the very sleek design with wood. Which is definitely an interesting color palette for a place like this but it fit. The lady that was at the counter was also very nice, we asked her a couple questions about the place and how her job and she seemed very happy to be there. I could tell she was a bit bored though as not much traffic comes through there due to it being a new shopping district. The acai bowl itself was AMAZING. I didn't even know what acai was before this but i tried it and it tasted amazing. I didn't get blueberries on mine but the strawberries, bananas, and granola all play a part in making the texture feel amazing. The only complaint I have is about the pricing but acai (a berry) is WAY more expensive than other berries. So, if you're looking for a fancy treat that does have some health benefits. I'd definitely recommend trying this place out. read more
