They all worked hard, efficiently and thoroughly. The job was done very satisfactorily and on schedule. And I was charged just what I was quoted. I don't do this often but if and when I need to do it again I'll definitely call this company. PS: I just went up to the bathroom they cleaned. The sun had come out since they left-I was astonished-the bathroom shown! The bathtub gleamed!! Our house is 40 years, we've been in it for 35 years and this bathroom has never looked like this before today...WOW!

I had a few concerns about my ability to communicate effectively with Sara since I do not speak Spanish. I reached out to their references and quickly found out that I had found the gem of cleaning services in our area. All my fears were put to rest after making the calls. I really enjoyed the entire process from start to finish because of the communication. I think it's important to create a relationship through effectively communicating ones needs, wants and fears. When they came to my home to do the deep cleaning they were on time and prepared. Upon entering the home Sara and her employee went right to work while Itsel and I confirmed the details. I felt at ease to go about my day without micromanaging or trying to help. This is my first time hiring a cleaning agency, so I was cautiously prepared to assist. I could not believe the attention to detail they had, their experience really shows. Im looking forward to them coming into our home in a week. I just relieved to have found a reliable cleaning agency that meets my high standards.

It's surprisingly affordable, especially considering inflation right now. The prices are standardized, so no waiting for a quote. The cleaning teams are very nice ladies. They do a good job and are fast. They did some extras like cleaning a few dishes in the sink, which I was not expecting. The best part is the extra, personal communication from the owner. They text you a reminder the morning of your cleaning. They also text once the team arrives. And they text you later to see if you are happy with your cleaning. They were first recommended to us by our previous management company and we have retained them as our cleaning crew since. They are very professional and really care about maintaining the standards at our property, and we've had virtually no complaints from the tenants since Property Pleasers took over from the previous cleaning crew. Karen is very punctual and extremely dependable, and her crew are highly responsive to sudden occurrences such as spills, unexpected dirt build-up, etc. Unprompted, they even address the removal of graffiti on the exterior walls of our building (unfortunately a frequent occurrence in our neighborhood) either by clearing the stains from the walls or otherwise painting over the affected areas. As an added bonus, Karen also ensures that all lightbulbs in the common areas are replaced as well whenever necessary. Basically, we've been very happy with Karen and we count on Property Pleasers to keep our property clean and tidy at all times, without worrying about having to supervise or make sure that things get done.
