I was SO LUCKY to find "Events By Robin" to handle my wedding coordination! I was referred to Robin by our venue, the Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach. Robin is extremely professional yet friendly and upbeat. She helped put me at ease throughout the process planning a last-minute wedding. On our wedding day, Robin and her team were fabulous! I was running late after trying to get our kids dressed for the wedding, and she never made me feel overly rushed while still ensuring I got to pictures and the altar on time! Robin and her team have an amazing attention to detail and made sure our ceremony and reception area were set up just as planned! In addition, all of the wedding vendors she referred to us we're absolutely wonderful to work with! Thank you Robin, from the bottom of my heart, for helping me put together my dream wedding in only 6 weeks! read more

Robin and her team are the most attentive, detail-oriented, creative & hard-working ladies! My husband and I utilized their services for our wedding last October and they completely transformed a working barn into a beautiful and rustic wedding venue. I would have been lost (and stressed) without Robin and her teams guidance and support. I cannot recommend them enough, and know that they will make your special day perfect and unique to you. Thank you Robin & team for all that you do - you are truly gifted at what you do! read more

I got married last weekend, and had what is now dubbed a "micro wedding". With just 14 people attending, including my now husband and myself, I thought it would be a breeze to handle the "day of" stuff myself. Flash forward to 3 weeks before my wedding, and even though it was a small wedding, I knew I was still in over my head with the timeline and small day of coordination details. I was going to be the contact for everything for my own wedding! I was starting to stress out hardcore. Enter Robin and Megan to save the day! EBR came highly recommended by my photographer, and I was blessed they had our wedding date available, especially being so close to the day. This was one of the best decisions we could have made. We had zero stress on our day. Robin anticipated everything, and Megan was extremely helpful as well. From the big things like planning the timeline and coordinating the vendors to the little details like bringing cute things to add to my details pics, Robin and her team do it all. I knew we were in good hands when I told all my vendors who my wedding planner was - everybody was like, "oh she and her team are the best!". I totally agree. Not only are they awesome, but so incredibly down to earth and real. Always a plus in the wedding industry to deal with honest, not fake or corny people (in my opinion). Thank you Robin and Megan for taking the reigns on the day and making me feel extra special and spoiled. Never have I had the luxury of not lifting a finger on a special day, and as much as I like being helpful, it felt good to know I had a fantastic team helping out. You will not regret working with Robin and her awesome team. No matter the size of your wedding, you need someone to help out and run the show and these are your pros! read more

Events by Robin was amazing to work with. I will start by saying I was a high maintenance bride. I had a pretty good ideas of what I wanted and needed someone to help me make my vision come true. EBR 100% did just that. They set me up with their vendors they knew would give me what I wanted. They were committed to keeping an open line of communication with me (something that I struggled with at different points with vendors that I had picked on my own) and on the day of the wedding I handed every little detail over to Brandi (one of their lead planners) and was able to enjoy my wedding day! The money I saved with the vendors that EBR set me up with more than out weighed the cost of hiring EBR for what they call a month of wedding planning and a mini design. But to be honest they did so much more than that. 6 months before my wedding they were sending me vendor lists and setting me up on apps to help me manage what I needs to get done before my month of planning began with them.  This plan worked best for me because I wanted to be really involved. They have different wedding planning services for every bride depending on what your needs are.  Lastly. If you want to have fun at your wedding you have to get a wedding planner, period. And if you are going to spend the money on getting a wedding planner, Events By Robin is worth the investment. read more

I do not even know where to begin with Robin and her team. If I had to do this all over again, Robin would be the first person I would book. Even if I were to get married in a park, backyard, or the venue I booked, I cannot stress enough how important she was to me and my wedding. Not only did they execute my perfect wedding, they enhanced the vision I had in every detail and aspect I could dream up! Robin is such a wealth of information and the most important resource I had while planning my wedding. She helped get me focused in the right direction and gave the best tips and tricks for keeping me within my budget too. On the big day, it was so nice to have my family and wedding party ask her questions and for direction instead of me for a few hours, and Robin took care of it all. But most importantly, she somehow handles it all with the biggest smile on her face. I swear the world could burn down and Robin would have you believe you're beautiful and this is the best day ever! My guests were raving about her! My other vendors love working with her! She was more than a coordinator, she became family. And that extra step totally made the difference between our wedding and other weddings we've gone to. Even guests who couldn't quite figure out why our wedding felt so much more fun knew that the people involved made the extra noticeable difference. And how could I forget on how flawless she executed the groom's gift! I know I made it a little complicated, but Robin handled it with perfection and it was such a hit for my husband and his groomsmen. Oh and she made sure that we ate! She even brought out the cocktail hour food to us which was so thoughtful. Of all the weddings I've been in myself, this was a first. Seriously, she took care of us the whole day and helped keep us on schedule to get the most out of what mattered to us. Plus, look at her amazing work! It really speaks for itself. She has such a creative eye and pays so much attention to detail that I trust her fully with any event. read more

Man, what can I say to sum up the impact Robin made on our wedding.. "Not able to do it without her"... "vision came to life"... "a friend as well as a wedding planner".. We had a Pinterest board and I had personally made an excel chart of what I thought we needed for the wedding of our dreams. What no one tells you about wedding is that there are not a ton of BIG decisions, there are hundreds of "micro-decisions".. Organizing all the vendors, contracts, payment schedule, timeline, seating chart... I couldn't keep up with it. Robin is fantastic at what she does and she always answers the phone and/or shows up with a smile on her face. Nothing is a "big deal" for her and she is good at making recommendations while not telling you what to do. Without going into too much detail, Robin saved my a** more than once, fixing problems that I made when I thought I was helping out. I was the GROOM, so I shouldn't have been doing so much anyways (what do I know) but she was able to realize my wife's vision and match the perfect vendors and people to make it a success. We are SO happy with how everything turned out. There isn't a single thing I am dissatisfied with (outside of my aunt-in-law pissing herself on the leather couch - $75), and I would recommend Robin and her gang of vendors to ANYONE near her in socal. Thanks for making the single most important day of our live's so far absolutely magical! read more

Events By Robin did such an amazing job with helping my vision come to life on the day of our wedding!!! Danielle was so on top of every little detail and is extremely organized. We hired Robin and her team to plan and coordinate our daughters wedding and they were amazing. Robin is extremely organized, knowledgable, creative and easy to work with! My daughter had a lot of great ideas and Robin was able to build on her ideas and put together a beautiful wedding and handle all of the details and it went off without a hiccup...during COVID. Her and her staff were extremely flexible and navigated all of the obstacles and challenges that have been imposed because of the Coronavirus without reservation. Robin and her staff put together a wedding and reception that was beyond our expectations and it allowed the bride and groom and everyone involved to truly enjoy the whole experience! I just had robin for my wedding this past weekend! She is so awesome! All my vendors complimented her with the best timeline for our wedding! She's very sweet and very easy to work with. She responds quickly and knows how to get rid of problems quickly. We were having some issues with our string trio and our florist, but she easily resolved those without causing any stress on us. Unfortunately, robin wasn't available the day of our wedding but she brought in her assistant Marcella to help us. Marcella was there for us at any moment and set up our reception room perfectly. Robin definitely has a great team! read more

Hire this team!! Hiring Robin was one of the best decisions we have made. She was recommended by our venue (Newport Beach Country Club), and we completely understand why. She's super familiar with the industry and connected us with so many fabulous vendors. After seeing the amazing job Robin did with my sister's wedding, there was no other option for me when it came to planning my wedding. My sister and I had vastly different styles, but Robin and her team understood exactly what we were going for and designed completely unique but equally beautiful weddings for us both! I was one of those brides who knows what they like, but didn't quite know how to put it all together. Every conversation and email with Robin put me at ease. Her creative eye and knowledge of the industry were HUGE assets to me. I had absolutely no concerns going into my wedding day and was so glad to have Robin on the scene to keep everything moving flawlessly. Robin is extraordinary! After seeing all the beautiful photographs in her portfolio of the weddings and events she has planned, I knew she would bring to life my wedding vision. I interviewed quite a few wedding planners before I spoke to Robin and they were all very nice, but something was missing. The second I spoke to Robin for my consultation I KNEW I had found the perfect wedding planner. The sheer idea of planning my wedding on my own was beyond daunting and she made me feel so at ease and so excited to enjoy every second of the journey. I was so impressed with how wonderfully creative she was at getting perfect all the details for our day; she was also so incredibly organized with budgeting and keeping me in the loop. Michael and I decided to have a tiny intimate affair and went the styled elopement route with only 12 guests. Robin brought our romantic, elegant, and whimsical wedding to life and it was magical. She went above and beyond every step of the way and we are forever grateful. I cannot wait to hire her again for all our future parties and celebrations. And of course, here's hoping the next event she plans is our baby shower!! read more

First and foremost, I must say, Robin is a Godsend!!!! I have heard some stories about wedding day disasters. Stressed out brides, everything under the sun going wrong, and just all out madness. I am a control freak, i can admit that, and I don't enjoy giving up control, but Robin made it so easy! Not one detail went overlooked, from beginning to end. She was so easy to work with, we collaborated and bounced ideas off of each other, and she used her experience in the wedding world to make everything come together seamlessly. I never felt like I was bothering her with my change order emails, or questions. But I also understood that she is BUSY and has a lot going on, but she never made me feel like that. On my big day, theee most important day, she made sure everything was absolutely perfect. Every detail was exactly how I had imagined it. She made sure no one stressed me out, and took care of everything that I didn't need to see. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to be my right hand in planning my wedding. Thank you, Robin!! read more

Dear Robin, I've been waiting for the chance to sit down and email you, finally. That plus I'm at a loss for words in regards to you and your crew and everything you did to make September 5, a magical day. It was absolutely stunning, beautiful and dumb founding. I couldn't believe I was walking into my own home. You transformed it into a wedding wonderland and we couldn't have asked for more. Your girls did some amazing clean up and arranging of the furniture and rentals perfectly. Those girls are gold don't let them get away. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the miraculous outcome that day. I don't know how you do it but you are certainly in the right business. I loved everything and believe me I noticed every detail, not a step was skipped and this wouldn't have been possible without you and your crew. I'd really like to give them a tip, I thought of it that day but it slipped my mind when you were leaving. Can I mail it to them or shall I send it to you? Whichever you prefer please let me know. Robin your services are worth every penny, you went above and beyond for us. I know you will thrive in this career. Your diligent and respectful attitude will take you far. Words cannot describe my sincere gratitude for all you've done. Monica truly loved it all as well. One does not realize all the details that go into an event such as this until they go through it. Those details are what made the perfect magical day come to fruition. Once again thank you, thank you, thank you. Fondly, Cathy read more

THE ABSOLUTE BEST PLANNER. You will not regret working with Robin and her team. Made my wedding amazing and was there for all my moments of stress and indecisiveness. My husband and I had our wedding at Hotel Seven4One and Robin was the planner working with them at the time. My husband and I had no idea what we were really doing so being offered the option of having a wedding planner was something we definitely were happy to have! From the first moment of contact, we immediately felt so reassured and eager to get planning!! I got the pleasure of working directly with Robin from day 1 of our wedding planning after securing the venue. She is very hard working and professional. After securing our location, we got an email from her and her team about what to expect. From there, Robin was always on top of planning and scheduling, and letting us know what our deadlines were. She is available by all means of communication (phone, text, but preferably email!!) Email is the best means of communication anyways so you can refer to it faster when you need to! :) She responds very quickly, I never had to wait more than 24 hours for a response! Robin helped with all aspects of our wedding planning. She met up with us initially to get a feel for what we wanted, provided us with a list of vendors to choose from (but also let us know we could choose whoever we wanted even those not on the list), and then helped to set up communication with them. She was also great with letting us know general price ranges and what was the norm so that we wouldn't get overcharged. She helped us set up our budget and made a wonderful spreadsheet so that I could rest assured I wasn't overspending. (I know, I probably could have made one myself..i actually even tried but since I was all over the place and stressing out I couldn't get a nice and organized one made) It was extremely helpful for her to help make one because she even allocated money for each category so I was able to budget my money more effectively. Towards the end of the planning and nearing the wedding day, Robin was really a great lifeline to have. She was able to handle my indecisiveness and guide me to making the best decisions. She was also accessible to help out in times of stress and on the day off the wedding she made the day go by seamlessly. I am DEFINITELY going to use Robin for any future events I may have and I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HER and her team. She is seriously the BEST!!! super professional, easy to work with, accommodating, friendly, hardworking, plus all other positive adjectives you could possibly think of. read more

Where do I begin, Robin and her amazing team were simply the best. I wasn't too sure where to start when planning our wedding or if I even needed a wedding planner but THANK GOD we found Robin. I can not thank Robin, Danielle and Brandi enough for everything they did for us for our wedding. Not only did they execute the perfect wedding but they creatively went above and beyond to create a vision that left me and my husband and our guest speechless...we were all in awe! Robin organized all our vendors - and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE VENDORS were so professional, gracious and so so so kind to us and I think it's because of the amazing reputation Robin has. Robin helped/organized all aspects of our wedding from the vendors, to the vision, to the seating chart. Whenever I felt stressed or worried about something she was always available for a quick phone call and sorted out everything I was worried about. Robin was on top of all the planning and figured out all the quotes to ensure we got the best price. She is a wealth of knowledge that allowed me to make informed and confident decisions. I never doubted myself on a decision when I got advice from Robin first. Robin made me feel so welcomed, calm and that secure feeling. Never in my life (because I'm a control freak) have I had that feeling that I didn't need to worry about something UNTIL I met and worked with Robin. Robin constantly gave me that "I got it this" notion and not only did she deliver she knocked it out of the ball park! My husband and I cannot say enough about how amazing Robin and her team were... If I can give any future bride advice... it's to hire Robin! read more

We could not have be happier with the Events by Robin team as our coordinators for our wedding. Robin, Brandi and Danielle went above and beyond to make our big day a huge success. When our original venue canceled on us three months before our wedding, Robin and her team were instrumental in sending us a comprehensive list of venues that were available. Once we found a new venue, they were fantastic at helping coordinate with our vendors to make it a seamless transition. A big shoutout to Brandi and Danielle who helped navigate some of the challenges/ road bumps on our wedding day and made me feel so relaxed and confident that it would all get handled. I was able to fully enjoy our special day and be in the moment. The whole Events by Robin team was organized, professional, responsive, fun, sweet and kind. Pick Robin for your wedding coordinator and you're guaranteed to be in good hands. From initial contact, Robin was professional and approachable. Her eye for detail is impeccable! She ensured to hit every one of our details that we mentioned on our first meet and it was obvious to all of our guests. Even over a month after our wedding our guests are still raving about our wedding and I'm sure a lot of that is because of Robin. The day truly went off without a hitch. I wish I could replay the day of our wedding over and over as it was truly magical. It's hard to believe people get married without a coordinator as I relied so heavily on Robin. Everything was touched by her expertise...the flowers, the linens, the desserts (donut wall), the DJ...the list goes on. Robin makes sure no stone is left unturned. One thing that is true testimate to Robin's character and level of professionalism is how she has handled a situation with one of our vendors. Even over a month after our wedding Robin is still there, in our corner, making communication with our photo booth guy (which by the way, was NOT her recommendation....sadly, it was our suggestion and has turned out to be our one and only regret). During our wedding, Robin had to (unfortunetly) involve the security team at Rancho Las Lomas as our photo booth attendant brought an unwelcome guest with him. This guest ended up being escorted off of the property as her attire and presence was an eye sore. You want to know when you realize you picked the BEST coordinator? When the dust settles and your able to sit back and go "holy cow, our wedding was PERFECT". We never knew until 3 days after our wedding, that this unwelcome guest was escorted off of the property. Robin made it happen quietly and professionally, because Robin is a class act! Robin has truly gone the extra mile to ensure we are taken care of in this particular situation. If you pick Robin as your coordinator, you will not regret it. read more

I've battled with the idea of writing a review because every time I sit down to write, I'm flooded with negative emotions and tears. I am writing a mini-version of my original intention as to not dwell on all that went wrong. Our venue, Seven4One worked together with Robin to offer day of coordination. We opted for full coordination but many months after booking, Robin didn't seem to realize we had already purchased the package. She came off extremely friendly, well spoken, and professional, however, her delivery of what she promised as well as what was expected and outlined in her description was absolutely sub par. In a nutshell, she forwards you google documents for YOU to complete and a alleged "secret preferred vendor list" that is also available online. Finding amazing vendors (Paul Fenner Florals, Priscila Valentina Photography) were the best parts of our wedding. We met with her a total of 5 times, 2 of which we requested. She seemed disinterested in the details of our wedding until about 3 months prior! She often made things seem casual, and had a very "of course we will do that" attitude! In the end, these are just a few of the things that were her responsibility that were not fulfilled: 1. When the venue was not cleaned after rehearsal the night before, I called her the morning of our wedding, and she never called back! She just showed up 4 hours later around noon. 2. She had never objected to a loveseat being rented for pictures, but the morning of, the site manager told us they could not bring it to the suite. I would have never rented it, had she given any inclination it would be a problem. 3. Piano was brought and set up at ceremony not reception (the groom pointed it out) 4. No one asked guests to stand up for the bride walking down the aisle (she assured us it would be done) 5. The flower pedestals were in the wrong position for the ceremony 6. The guests were not told to enjoy champagne at the ceremony site for 45 min prior to coming to reception site; therefore guests were cramped into venue (watching awkwardly) while my family and I took pictures. That was by far the most stressful part as I had allotted one full hour for pictures to ensure quality. 7. She did not ensure seats were filled in the back row therefore late arriving guests never got a seat (something else she assured us she would take care of) and many others... In conclusion, I know that her maternity leave/newborn son had everything to do with her apathy concerning our wedding. I hear her assistant is very good and I wish I would've hired her instead! My husband had to take over full communication with Robin because I couldn't fight back the tears of disappointment. In the end, she was the most lackluster part of my wedding, please go with another coordinator for your special day. Love, A Disillusioned Bride read more

Wow!! Robin and Brandi made our day!! Robin began by helping us plan a wedding for my daughter and son-in-law in Med school. We had to take into consideration family from New Mexico, friends from all over the US and all without the bride and groom. Details, details, detail!!! She was there whenever I called, emailed or texted. She helped on keep on a very tight budget and we had the best recommendations for DJ's and decor. She worked incredibly well won the venue people and the day of the event, kept all of us relaxed and everything went off perfectly. Brandi was amazing as well and we would definitely hire them again. Can't say enough. More than 5 star rating!!!! read more

Allison W. from Events by Robin did an amazing job at our Seven4One wedding! Robin is seriously the number one best thing I spent money on for my wedding. If you're looking for a wedding or event coordinator--HIRE HER! I promise, you'll wonder how you ever lived without her. Not only is Robin such a sweet and pleasant person to work with, but she was there for me every step of the way through months of wedding planning. She put together a full budget breakdown for us, recommended and met with vendors, provided advice with contracts, secured rental orders, and was endlessly available through phone and email. On top of that, she put together an absolutely gorgeous and elegant 'tropical chic' event design for our ceremony and reception. Robin perfectly captured our aesthetic and was so much fun to work with, going over design and decor options based on my pinterest wedding theme board. Robin also helped with our Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner, and ran everything on the day of the wedding, making sure it went as smoothly as possible--taking care of anything I needed as it popped up. I can't thank her enough for making our wedding one of the most wonderful and enjoyable days of my life. read more

Events by Robin was one of the best decisions I made in the wedding planning process! I had a long engagement, and Robin was so sweet in supporting me throughout the whole process. When I was struggling to make a decision or get some aspect of the planning done, she was honest about what would work well and reassured me that everything would work out perfectly. Robin herself is so creative and has a great eye for design, and the ladies on her team really live up to the excellent standard that she sets. The day of our wedding Events by Robin handled EVERYTHING, and went out of their way to make sure everything was as stress-free as possible. The day of my wedding I don't feel that Robin was not very kind, she didn't seem to put much effort into my wedding. I know she is talented but I was under the impression that she didn't take my wedding seriously because her services are included in the package. Instead of checking the updated schedule she printed an outdated one, making it hard to do the walk through and there were no reserved signs on chairs for my family members which was upsetting because it took me a long time to figure out where they would be sitting. read more

After finding Robin on the California Wedding Day website, I knew I needed to give her a call. All of the pictures of weddings and events that Robin has done were STUNNING and exactly the vibe I wanted my husband and I's wedding to be. After my first initial call and meeting with Robin, I knew she was "the one". She listened to exactly what I wanted, (even if I couldn't fully put it into words) and executed. Robin was professional, responsive, calming, and friendly and quickly became like family. Robin took care of all the small details that I would have never thought of and made the planning process as seamless and easy as possible. I kept saying to myself "are we sure we aren't missing anything" because it seemed so easy and flawless. Robin not only went above and beyond, picking up a donut wall, the donuts, napkin ribbons, etc. but drove to our venue in Malibu from Orange County multiple times with no complaint and dealt with the 100 million questions from my family. I cannot say enough good things about Robin and her team and express how much I love and adore her. From the little extras she did to make sure the tables and wedding would be unique and special, to the ribbons on the napkins, to what table linens would look best, Robin knows BEST and you should entrust her in bringing your vision to life, because she will do it bigger and better than you could have ever imagined. Robin gave us our dream wedding! From the very beginning, she was patient, professional, easy to reach, and such a pleasure to work with! If you are looking to plan the perfect wedding in Laguna Beach, but you're terrified of planning it yourself, look no further than Robin Ballard! We worked with her for our big day this past Labor Day Weekend at Seven4One, which is an amazing space that was very intimate for our wedding party of about 90 people. My wife and I felt overwhelming dread about planning our wedding, because we didn't know what we were doing and we also suffer from perfectionist tendencies. We either wanted a perfect wedding; otherwise, we didn't want to have one at all! ;) We had worried about fitting a planner into our budget, but then we found Robin. Needless to say, those budget worries were unfounded. Robin was worth every penny! Not only did she make the planning process as stress-free as possible, she helped us plan the best possible day with our budget. She helped us find great vendors, all of whom were very professional and did an amazing job. She even set up a straightforward "vendor meet day" with florists, cake people, DJs, and rentals so that we could make a lot of our decisions at once. Robin was always available over email and phone with any questions. My wife and I definitely bombarded her with lots of emails, and she stayed on top of everything even while she was busy handling other events. And when my wife and I made a last-minute addition to our plans to include a rehearsal dinner, Robin went above and beyond to not only plan it, but also she designed the decor. We were blown away! The wedding weekend, when it finally arrived, went off without a hitch. It was almost too good to be true, but it really was that good!! We highly recommend Robin Ballard to plan your wedding!!! read more

The wedding venue we selected (the Hilton in Huntington Beach) required to have a day of wedding coordinator. I was given a list of coordinators our venue worked with to pick from. After doing my research on the list of people we could pick from I decided to go with Robin. Robin was WONDERFUL to work with from start to finish! From our first meeting at Starbucks to talk about my desires for my wedding I could tell she was the right pick for us. I decided to add on her month to month checklist which was extra service for an additional cost which was well worth it as it helped me figure out what we needed to be doing to plan/organize for our big day. Robin used Google docs for the month to month checklist which I found to be extremely efficient and helpful. The day of schedule was also done on Google docs so that was great as well. Robin was EXTREMELY helpful with all my questions, offering advise/suggestions and was quick to reply to my emails. She is really friendly and professional. The day of our wedding Robin and her team were AMAZING! Robin always kept me informed as to what has going on, what would happen next and came to my rescue when I needed help with wedding dress. While taking our wedding pictures a wave came and soaked the bottom of my dress. Once back in our hotel room, Robin helped me rinse all the sand from my dress and then started to blow dry to bottom of my dress. AND she sent her assistant to a local store to get eyelash glue as one of my fake eyelashes was coming off and my makeup artist didn't leave me with glue. I can't begin to express my thanks to Robin and her team for all their help. She was a life saver on our big. I can't imagine doing everything needed to be done for a wedding without her help. THANK YOU ROBIN! read more

After finding the perfect venue for our wedding at Seven4One in Laguna Beach, Ca., I was relieved to meet and acquire Robin as our wedding planner and coordinator. Destination weddings can often be difficult to pull off, but with Robin's help it seemed so easy. First off, when meeting with Robin she really took the time to get to know me and asked direct questions to help come up with the perfect wedding design for our reception and ceremony. To get the ball rolling, I loved that Robin wanted to see my Pinterest boards that I had been working on. As a bride to be, Pinterest boards can easily get out of hand. Robin helped me pull out the most important elements that I wanted and also helped me narrow down my designs so that my visions really came together. Once the design was set, Robin was so helpful in setting appointments with vendors, going over contracts, and even sending me linen options via email. This was helpful, because I didn't always have the time to commute and see things in person, but I was still able to pick what I wanted and Robin finished up the rest. I loved that Robin was available for questions and very easy to talk to whenever I has any tough choices to make or if I wanted her to attend vendor meetings with me. I also loved that she went with me to finalize our linen and rental orders. She worked with our venue location a lot and that was very helpful in determining what would look best for the space. Robin made sure all the little details were taken care of and she can make anything happen. I love that she thinks outside the box and can really come up with some amazing ideas and designs. The surprise confetti cannon truly made my night...FUN! With her expertise, passion for her work, ease of communication, and professionalism Robin really made my visions a reality. On our wedding day she was amazing with making sure everything pulled together and even took the time to come and check in with me several times to see how I was doing and checked to see if I needed anything from her. Thanks to Robin our wedding day was seamless and perfect. Our guests still comment about our wedding design and how much fun our wedding was. I would recommend Events by Robin to brides with 100% confidence she will make your visions a reality. read more

Seriously, Robin is the BEST! I planned our Laguna Beach wedding from Seattle and couldn't have done it without Robin. I never once worried that Robin wasn't on top of any detail, big or small. She is everything I wanted in my wedding planner - personable, reliable, proactive, calm and easy going (when I needed some calming down haha) and extremely trustworthy. I put 100% of my trust in Robin since I was planning from a distance and was honestly blown away at how beautifully everything came together on our wedding day. I always trusted Robin's advice and her stylistic eye for the ceremony/reception and was amazed how every detail we had talked about via phone calls and emails was executed perfectly, if not better than I even imagined. Any time I needed anything or had any questions, Robin was always offering to hop on a call or would email me back so fast, it really made the planning process stress free. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding planning process and not have to worry about one single detail on your wedding day, do yourself a favor and hire Robin as your planner! It was the best wedding decision my husband and I made. read more

As a wedding DJ I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Robin and the rest of her staff at Hotel Seven4One. Everything about the venue is awesome, from the beautiful ocean views, ultra cool boutique hotel design, delicious food, and most importantly, the wonderful staff. I work with event planners on a frequent basis, and Robin is definitely one of the best around. The DJ + coordinator relationship is such a important component to having a successful wedding, and Robin does a fantastic job of being extremely professional, detail oriented, and a absolute pleasure to work with during the planning stages of the wedding, and most importantly the day of the big event. Robin does a fantastic job of keeping the pace of the wedding running smoothly and sticks to the timeline to make sure that the couple's special day is flawlessly executed. I always look forward to working with Robin because I can always count on her to do an amazing job!!!! read more

Robin was our wedding coordinator at Hotel Seven4One in Laguna Beach at the end of January and we could not have pulled off such an amazing day without her! Seven4one is a unique venue and you're able to customize everything from the menu to drinks to all the rental furniture which is one of the reasons we loved the venue but can also be overwhelming. Thankfully Robin helped us or we would have had no idea what to order or what we would work with the space. She helped us bring our vision to life and we could not have been happier with our rehearsal dinner and wedding day. When we told the vendors we were working with that Robin was our coordinator they all told me how much I would love working with her and they were right! Being based in NYC, the first time I met Robin was at our rehearsal dinner but I felt like I already knew her from all the calls, texts and emails. Robin was very responsive, sweet and helpful and was respectful of our budget. I highly recommend Robin--she is professional, knowledgeable, sweet and will help you execute your vision and navigate through the wedding planning process! Thank you Robin! read more
