I have found that once I retired no one really cares about my wellness or injuries that works within the federal system so I sought out Losang. However Losang was more than willing to share his time, teachings, and even his spiritual guidance to help me learn Ayurveda and even my wellness. This speaks so highly of his character and compassion. He has spent hours on the phone with me understand of Ayurveda and for this I will always be a student, patient and friend. Thank you Losang Jingpa!

I've been treated by many alternative medical people over the last 25 years or so. My problem with…read moremost is that they lack a serious scholarly familiarity with their own discipline. For example people who practice yoga but have only read a few pop books and taken a brief certification class. This has turned me into a skeptic. Dr. Kreuzer is clearly a devoted scholar and knows more about ayurveda than almost any other practitioner I have seen or investigated. Look at his credentials. Because of the rare experience I had with Dr. Kreuzer I felt compelled to share my experience after reading the hatchet-job review below, because doctors who care as much as Dr. Kreuzer should be supported not attacked. I myself have studied ayurveda casually over the last 10 years or so and eventually did panchakarma with Dr. Lad who is one of Dr. Kreuzer's teachers. I loved Dr. Lad and when I saw Dr. Kreuzer I could tell he had the same deep love of scholarship and service. Michael charged me a very small amount, around $200.00 I believe, and gave me over two hours of very concentrated attention. Then a few weeks later I called him for another appointment and he told me that a highly esteemed Indian doctor would be visiting soon and that I should come and meet him, which I did. That meeting turned out to be a entire room full of medical people who gave me an amazing amount of care and advice. The doctor from India gave me a book he had written which I still consult from time to time. My experience with Dr. Kreuzer is that he is devoted to his healing practice and does it not for money but for love (as corny as that may sound), and because of that its hard to understand the hostile review below. I know that if I am having a health crisis and I see a doctor and he is not 100% perfect I can be very very hard on that doctor! Because I am so desperate and have such high hopes and deep needs. I can exaggerate even the slightest slight into a full blown denunciation in my mind, but I would never then put it out there into a public condemnation! I just looked at his reviews of other establishments, almost all are one star!

I experienced relief after my very first session with Gaya. I've now been seeing her for about 8 months, and my doctor ordered a new set of scans. I got the results yesterday, and there is clear improvement. I've never experienced such immediate, lasting, and profound results with any provider before. Gaya has also helped me with the more mundane things that pop up from time to time, like headaches and back pain. She also unblocked my ear once when I was sick and had to fly the next day - I did not know acupuncture could do that! The acupuncture experience itself is lovely. Gaya is empathetic, patient, and uplifting. She provides information on herbs and dietary/lifestyle changes that keep me balanced and healthy between sessions. She explains what she is doing, and I never feel rushed. After she inserts the needles, she offers a short meditation with aromatherapy and a dream pillow, and she can strike the gongs in the room before she leaves. I always say yes to everything and leave feeling peaceful and at ease. From a practical perspective, Gaya is an excellent communicator. It's easy to schedule appointments with her, and she is responsive and reliable. Gaya is such a talented provider as well as a kind person. I am incredibly grateful to have met her.

Sachi's teachings gave me the foundations to explore Ayurveda. Some of her teachings I use daily include dinacharya (daily self-care practices), knowledge of spices and herbs, yoga practices, and the 6 tastes for Ayurveda cooking. I later reached out to Sachi directly with a personal conflict about practicing and teaching yoga as a South Asian American. Her empathy, guidance, and knowledge pushed me forward on my journey. She recommended courses, books, materials and practices to help me understand the roots and vastness of yoga as-well as my own true nature. I could not be more grateful and aspired by Sachi who has been an amazing mentor & teacher in Ayurveda as well as in my personal path. I would recommend her for mentorship without any doubt as she is truly one of a kind!

Her presentations and trainings are invaluable and she makes them easy to understand and teaches us how to relate them to ourselves. I later decided to work with Sachi one-on-one through her Foundations of Health program. The one-on-one work help me take the ayurvedic knowledge I was introduced to and implement that into the lifestyle changes I wanted to make. About a year later I was having a minor health challenge. (Minor in the sense that it wouldn't kill me, major as it required major changes to my diet and environment.) My western medical doctors told me it could only be treated by conventional medicine and that there was no "holistic" or "natural" way to treat the condition. So I contact Sachi for advice, she changed my life, she pointed me in the direction I need to go. The information she gave me was exactly what I was looking for. The changes I needed to make were radical to me because I am a total foodie and love FOOD! So in the beginning, I was very sad that I was going to be restricted from eating some of my favorite foods. Sachi worked with me throughout this process with compassion and understanding and that made a world of difference. After I removed foods that were causing inflammation, I felt better and I didn't really miss them as much as I thought I was going to. I am incredibly grateful to Sachi, I reversed my condition and I could not have done that without all of her support.

We made soup, a romesco sauce, an appetizer with dates and almond butter and cashew milk! It was very informative, professional, fun and hands on! Kim shared recipes with me that are incredibly easy to prepare and that elevate ordinary fare to something special. She introduced me to greens that I have overlooked for years. I have long thought of myself as a great salad maker and yet Kim elevated my salad game. It can feel vulnerable discussing eating habits and diet. That said, it's easy to talk to Kim. She is encouraging and very thoughtful about the suggestions she offers. I came away with several new recipes to try--and was inspired to do so right away--as well as a newfound sense of motivation around cooking. Kim followed up with an incredibly detailed email on what we discussed. I got a lot of value and really enjoyed my experience with her. If you're looking for a generous, gracious ambassador to offer you new perspectives on the sometimes dizzying world of eating/cooking, I enthusiastically recommend Kim.
