Had a great experience with this team, we had a couple of onsite visits to work out a strategy for my installation because it was non-standard (outside and several feet away from the power box). It felt like a good partnership where we discussed my options and price implications and we were able to get a solution I'm super pleased with. One of the breakers in the box for the charger was faulty and they came and fixed it right away next day. I have never had a customer service experience this excellent! I phoned and set up an appointment, only to find out that I was calling the wrong EV Guys. This one is located in Seattle, and I live in LA, where there is another company called EV Guys1 Nonetheless, Behrang spent a great deal of time with me explaining the process, telling me he'd be happy to provide an estimate so that I would know if my LA estimates were comparable. He gave me great advice, in addition, and a lot of support. But the REAL sterling moment was when he texted me AFTER my LA installation to find out how it went! Unbelievable. They did an outstanding job installing a Tesla Universal connector aside with a 120V outlet. Kyler provided some recommendations for future upgrades, that I appreciated so much and we will take in count. Highly recommend! Requested a quote last Thursday, got a call same day to go over details and installation options/route. I think they could have done the install the next day, but I had to order a wall charger, so they did install on Monday. They showed up right on time, did work efficiently and super clean install, and were happy to answer questions. I had a great experience working with EV Guys on installing a new level 2 charger on the exterior of my house. From the initial quote request to completion, they were very communicative and collaborative. For example, I was struggling to explain the location I wanted - so Behrang (the gentleman that helped assess and coordinate the service) said we could pop on Facetime to look at things together; this helped greatly. I also had quite a few questions on location options and he was very helpful in making multiple suggestions where he shared the pros and cons and provided cost estimates for the multiple ideas same-day.
