Manny Beauchamp 29 years of sales with Windish (this tells me right off something good about this dealership) Manny showed us the inventory that met with our needs and gave us an initial offer with our trade.... Of course this wasn't what we wanted. So began the negotiations (via text & phone) We countered and our offer was accepted. It was too easy. But quite fair. We gave our deposit and set a date for transfer. We arrived and under Mannys guidance we up graded our tow package and had our cameras sealed over.... This all being done while we toured the new rig and did the paper work Thomas in Customer Service gave us a tour and demonstration of all the features of our new rig. He knew his stuff and wasn't rushing through. Next up we met with Sam Kerner Financial Officer. (Now, we all know how this usually goes with sales pitches and up grades) Pleasantly surprised to report that this was hands down the best experience we ever had in a purchase of a vehicle. We did do the added exterior protection and as always we take on the extended warranty..., but without any pressure and with Sam finding us good discounts. Sam is a gem for Windish RV. (Sam also gifted us a gift card for their store) While transferring our stuff from the old to new rig one of the detailing guys (Nate) noticed we had an issue and offered to help us slide our trike over and unload it. He reported that he loved working at Windish. The detail supervisor (name ?) stopped by and reviewed what had been done to prepare the interior and exterior for years of use. Next up was the transfer of our cameras by (forgot his name) He knew what he was doing and had it done in no time and made sure everything worked to our expectations. When we were ready a Service Tech. came out and gave us a demonstration and hands on with our new tow package. (It was a smart move on our part to take Mannys advice) Since we left with our new rig and have been touring Colorado Manny has contacted us several times to see how we were doing and helped us sort out of a few items (like light switch locations and simple items) My wife Nancy and I can not say enough good things about our experience with this Windish RV and have even referred a couple we met in Glenwood looking to upgrade their rig. Just to be on the safe side I called Keith since we've worked together in the past and he's always been prompt, helpful and reasonable. As luck would have it, he was already planning to be at the same storage place in the morning so he said he'd take a look at it. We met and he tested the battery--it was dead, dead, dead. Since I had to have it winterized, he sent me off to get a new battery while he winterized my unit, put the new battery in and it started right up. I was so glad to have saved time and angst or worse, having to tow it somewhere. Unfortunately, he noticed that there was some damage to the wiring which looked as if mice or rats have been taking bites out of it. He gave me the names of some mobile repair people who can fix this... but it was great to be able to get it started. Baby steps and one thing at a time. I highly recommend Keith and as I've said, I've used him several times in the past to fix stuff, winterize / dewinterize my coach, and he always gives me great advice in terms of keeping it in good shape and roadworthy! I asked him how much it would be to have them install it and he said it was free of charge! I was elated! He rang me up and took everything out to her car and installed it in less than 10 minutes. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was very pleased with the quality of the work, the price of the battery, and how efficient he was. I will definitely be returning to this store for all of our future vehicle needs.

Chance identified a miscommunication from Toyota Corporate Communications, sent incorrectly, to my house, while I handled my dad's estate, which informed me of an alleged paint chip recall. However, this was sent to me well after my dad died in 2021, so obviously I assumed it was for my dad's, now my, Corolla, which my dad got in spring 2021, after - per USAA General Counsel - his Prius, was totaled in a November 2020 5-car pile-up, caused by a woman in a Geico Jeep Liberty. Not so. The communication was for the Prius! Chance figured this out, after the location near my house pawned me off, saying they don't do body shop work, and to come to this location. I wasted an entire vacation day, listening to the other location, wasting my valuable/limited time, only to be told that this location also doesn't do body shop work, and furthermore, Chance identified - using the VIN number - that the communication, which failed to list make/model of said vehicle, was regarding a paint chip recall for the Prius! Unbelievable & so annoying / inefficient / disrespectful, proving the importance of proof-reading corporate communications to allegedly valued and allegedly respected customers, such as myself. 2. The location near my house failed to do a proper alignment on my Corolla, when installing snow tires in December 2025, so I brought my Corolla to Chance, for a second opinion, and he solved everything. That didn't sit well with me--it felt more like an attempt to manage optics than take real accountability. I was also offered $10 to leave a review at the end of the job, which raises questions about how authentic some of their positive reviews might be. Truth be told, had they simply extended the $150 as a good faith gesture, I more than likely would have either removed my review, or updated it positively to reflect better customer care and satisfaction. From the start, I was clear that I wanted 20% tint on the front windows to match then rear with 70% over the factory privacy glass (this was based on forum recommendations), but I was pressured to go darker. Darker turned out to be unnecessary, and after the first install, the owner (who was very kind) used a tint meter and confirmed that the front windows were darker than the rears. Despite that, I had to pay for the redo, though he did cover the removal after I pushed for it. Unfortunately, the second attempt had a noticeable craftsmanship issue--gaps between the tint and the window edge--which required a third visit to correct. I also found small scratches but they denied any responsibility, I suppose I'll never know. On top of that, I had to clean significant drips and residue off multiple areas of the vehicle after each visit. Some of those drip marks have still not come off easily and im concerned they have stained, luckily they are inconspicuous. In the end, I'm giving two stars. Sam was courteous, and the final result looks good. But the process felt sloppy, and I wish my brand new car had been cared for with more caution.

This shop is very popular on Rivian and Tesla forums. ***Colorado tinting law is 27% VLT (visible light transmission) on front window if you go lower and get into a car accident, you could be liable~not a lawyer*** They do not accept walk ins. Sometimes you have to schedule weeks in advance but they do solid work. Last time I was in, they were doing a vehicle wrap on a brand new Huracan EVO. Get rich or die trying. 2019 original review. Sam, the owner or manager has over 20 years of experience with tint, clear bra, and vinyl wrap. They did quality work on my new Land Cruiser with tint and bra and stand behind his craftsmanship!
