Despite heavy rains, there was zero pooling; the rain gutters were routed directly into pipes beneath the concrete for a clean, streamlined look. - Smart Home Integration: All landscape lighting and irrigation were hooked up to smart-home enabled controllers for total automation and convenience. - The office staff was very responsive, addressing any concerns or follow-up questions usually within a single business day. Really can't recommend them enough and had such a great experience working with Edgar and his small, experienced team. We requested multiple quotes from small and large landscaping companies before going with Edgar and Endless Summer. We chose Endleess Summer because Edgar was easy to work with, provided transparent pricing (and was one of the lower bids, approx $1,800 less than some of the larger companies that leverage subcontractors), worked up a contract and guaranteed the irrigation updates and sod for several months, and Edgar, the main contractor, either personally did the work or oversaw the work himself with his two longtime partners, which ensured everything we discussed was executed properly and timely. They are fully bonded and insured and beyond that basic requirement they always left the worksite extremely tidy at the end of each day which we appreciate, and cleaned the area thoroughly at the end of the job. The work was done in less than three days which involved turning three inches of soil, installing gopher wire, redoing some of our older pipes and valves, installing sod, new sprinkler heads, edging, weed cloth, drip lines and a few of our drought tolerant plants in the very front. Edgar also came back a few times to ensure everything was growing in well and provided detailed instructions to ensure the sod came in well, it's now been two months and everything is flourishing. As an added bonus, Edgar recommended a couple local nurseries we would have never found without his help, JC nurseries in particular, with locations in Gilroy and San Martin, is a wonderful gem with by far the healthiest decorative grasses and shrubs we've found and super competitive prices, offering free or low cost local delivery. Our kids and pup love our lush front lawn and the neighbors definitely appreciate the upgrade too. We will look forward to working with Edgar again when it's time to upgrade our property line fence and landscape the back! I use yelp but there are also some great photos of their work on Google and they provide free in person estimated for the South Bay Area.

I got a couple of quotes through Yelp, but ultimately decided to go with Kay Green -- and I'm so glad I did. It took Young and his crew about a day and a half to complete the project. I live in a townhouse community, and they were very respectful of the shared space. They did an excellent job cleaning up the carport area they used for their equipment and materials. We ran into a few unexpected issues during the project, but Young was always upfront about what was happening and communicated his solutions clearly. His recommendations were thoughtful and turned out great. I would definitely use Kay Green again for any future landscaping projects and will happily recommend them to family and friends!

They ruined and broke numerous branches while admitting that these plants are very delicate. They rushed the job that should have been at least two hours and finished in one hour. I should have stopped them after the owner told me to go inside and they will let me know when they were done. You never tell someone that's paying you $500 dollars to take your time and do a professional job to go inside. I should have told him to get the F off of my property and hired someone else. I would have been better off hiring men from Home Depot. Totally unprofessional, rushed the job, ruined a couple of plants and didn't give a shit how it looked, even after I showed the owner the damaged plants and all the broken branches only to find more as the branches dried out in the weeks to come. He tells me the plants are delicate, but yet they didn't treat them that way. I will never hire this unprofessional company again and recommend that you don't hire them either. They have plenty of help to do a good job, but refuse to do so. This was a total rip off job to the tune of $500. I'm so sorry I hired this clown to do this job, every time I look at what they did it makes me sick and pissed that I didn't throw them off my property and paid them nothing. I received a call back within in a few hours and Sabas made an appointment with me at my convenience. Sabas was on time, curtious, and really listened to what I wanted. I had been wanting to add on to my bedroom and had met with other contractors but the quotes I recevied were way out of my budget. I mentioned to Sabas I wanted to add on to my bedroom and asked him what he thought it would cost. He gave me a verbal estimate and it was so reasonable so I asked him to give me a written estimate for the shower, floors, and the addition. When I received the written estimate it was very detailed of what was included and in the same price range he verbally provided. I made the decision to move forward and he connected me with a archetect/designer to draw my plans for the addition. The process with both the designer and Cruz Construction was seamless and communication was so easy. As I worked with Sabas and his company over time I added the painting of my cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom, replacing the hardware on the cabinets, replacing a window, and re roofing my home. His employees were kind, hardworking, and reliable. They cleaned up after themselves, were quiet, and did superior work. I have worked with many contractors throughout the years. I have build 2 homes and completely remodeled another. This contractor was far by the best! Due to the amount of work I had done this company worked in my house on and off for almost a year. Sabas was always took my calls and responded to any texts or emails the sameday. He was helpful in picking colors and brought samples to me. Any issues that came up he handled immediately. He has a very calm demeaner, is very patient, and really listens. He has direct employees to do all the work and does not use sub contractors which made the projects go so much smoother and timely. Several of his employees are relatives which was nice as they too were kind, patient, and hardworking. The pride all his employees take in their work really showed. I never worried about leaving my home and them being in it without me present. They were trustworthy, clean, and respectful of my property. I am so happy with the work that was done and how my projects turned out! If you are even thinking of needing a contractor don't hesitate to call Cruz Construction you will not be disappointmented. His prices might be a little higher then some but as the saying goes "You get what you pay for."
