We ran into a few unexpected issues during the project, but Young was always upfront about what was happening and communicated his solutions clearly. His recommendations were thoughtful and turned out great. I would definitely use Kay Green again for any future landscaping projects and will happily recommend them to family and friends!

You never tell someone that's paying you $500 dollars to take your time and do a professional job to go inside. I should have told him to get the F off of my property and hired someone else. I would have been better off hiring men from Home Depot. Totally unprofessional, rushed the job, ruined a couple of plants and didn't give a shit how it looked, even after I showed the owner the damaged plants and all the broken branches only to find more as the branches dried out in the weeks to come. He tells me the plants are delicate, but yet they didn't treat them that way. I will never hire this unprofessional company again and recommend that you don't hire them either. They have plenty of help to do a good job, but refuse to do so. This was a total rip off job to the tune of $500. I'm so sorry I hired this clown to do this job, every time I look at what they did it makes me sick and pissed that I didn't throw them off my property and paid them nothing. I felt the design fee was reasonable ($500) especially if you can plant the items yourself. We asked for a tropical landscape that would provide privacy to compliment our pool and it turned out beautiful. The bright greens she chose go so well with our brick planter boxes that we had installed years ago and against the bright blue pool water. The larger palms were a little out of our budget so we decided to go with a smaller gallon tree hoping they'll grow quickly to give us that privacy. Roxanne is easy to work with and her installers were hardworking, quick, professional and clean! I've never seen a contractor clean up their mess so well, even before the project was completed. Can't wait to update with pics once the plants have filled out.

Despite heavy rains, there was zero pooling; the rain gutters were routed directly into pipes beneath the concrete for a clean, streamlined look. - Smart Home Integration: All landscape lighting and irrigation were hooked up to smart-home enabled controllers for total automation and convenience. - The office staff was very responsive, addressing any concerns or follow-up questions usually within a single business day. Stevensen's Landscaping has performed two different projects for me and I have been very pleased…read more First project was a front yard, "start from scratch" a blank slate so to speak with absolutely no landscaping. I met with a designer first who mapped out cement steps, and beautiful and natural plants scattered throughout the front with a river rock bed. Included a few mounds and boulders. Also was a beautiful arbor that was made and fencing around certain areas of the front yard. I had never worked with a landscaper before, so the only caveat I would say is be sure you are aware of all of the expenses because they add up very quickly. It was a major sticker shock situation. Second project was to build a patio out of existing stone pavers with artificial grass in between for a beautiful design. This project took much longer than anticipated because the wrong size turf was ordered, which was quickly remedied; they did not hold me responsible. What was unanticipated was the tedious job of ensuring the turf was nailed down. The guys on the job were meticulous in ensuring everything was measured and leveled perfectly. With that said, it was another situation of many manpower hours that were not expected. I understand that once a project gets started, it is often unpredictable how it's going to turn out and this was the case here. I am currently in the midst of getting another estimate from Stevensen's Landscaping so I'm sure that tells you that they do great work. Just pay attention all the details of your job and make sure you go in with your eyes wide open.
