I own a 2008 BMW 750Li and it needed a new abs module. Naturally I went to BMW only to see what was wrong and to see if my extended warranty would cover the repairs. Of course it didn't so to fix it BMW wanted close to 2k, so I shopped around. I tried sending the original module away three times to only have it come back defective still. I decided to have eurowise take a look to get the problem resolved. After researching and getting a quote I new exactly what part I needed and new I could get it 60% cheaper, than BMW and I did. I worked with Dylan and Steve at the front desk who decided that after purchasing the module myself they would put it in and recode the car completely for around 165.00 for the recode and an hour of labor. I ended up all together paying literally 60% less if not more. Dylan and Steve were great to work with, super friendly, understanding, truthful, and accepting the idea of purchasing the part myself and have them put it in and recode. Logan, their BMW specialist is so nice and very good with these European cars, very passionate, and honest as well. I will continue to take ALL my business to eurowise for all the reasons above and many more, including how nice their shop is, very clean, neat, organized. Not only in the waiting area but in the shop itself. This place is wonderful! Oh my gosh, they are awesome! I bought a used 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse 9 years ago and I had been fortunate enough to not need any major mechanical work on it since I've had it. Unfortunately, that changed this past month when I realized I needed a new clutch - which seemed very expense according to the online research I had done... I didn't have a mechanic and I wasn't even sure where to start...I've heard countless stories of mechanics who take advantage of customers and since I am not the most "car-savvy" girl, naturally I was a little overwhelmed. I debated even trying to fix it at all - some told me that replacing the clutch was a death sentence and I'd be better off just buying a new car. I wanted a professional opinion, so I asked friends for a trustworthy mechanic and called around to at least 5 other places. Lucky for me, my boyfriend mentioned Eurowise. Just recently (this past week) had my Audi A4 in the shop due to my temperature gauge rising when the vehicle's a/c was turned on and my brakes screeching with light braking.They confirmed that the screech was not the brakes and that the brakes were in great shape (just got those replaced elsewhere a couple of months ago). The staff showed integrity and great product knowledge. All repairs were conducted quicker than expected and was followed up with once the vehicle was available for pick up. To sum it up; these kind folks completed the necessary repairs and even informed me of necessary future repairs with a time frame as to how soon I should get them completed. My only recommendation would be if they could be more detailed in explaining what was completed and why in layman's term (since this field is not my cup of tea). If you own an Euro that is not under warranty and you take it anywhere but Eurowise you are making a massive mistake, especially if you own a bimmer. The BMW mechanic, Craig, takes service to another level, especially if you know nothing about cars. Every time I think of having to take my car to the mechanic, I cringe. These guys actually make it enjoyable. They will educate you if you take the time to listen, sometimes feed you, and give you ride to anywhere nearby! They are also located close to the light rail which is incredibly convenient. They will treat you like they know you! Not many mechanics, let alone businesses still run a company like Mike, the owner does Eurowise. Do not be stupid like me and think you are getting a deal at a mechanic you know! I've used Eurowise numerous times and have been more than pleased with the service, knowledge, and staff, each and every time. I have an unusual vehicle with more quirks than I can count. Not only are they good at what they do, but have been reasonable on price, and have even advised me against having certain repairs in trying to solve some odd issues unless all other avenues have been tried as they felt those avenues would be costly and not likely to resolve the issue. Because I normally do my own work, I feel I have a good idea when someone knows their business and is fair. I believe they are both. Great prices and great service. These guys know their BMWs from my first experience there with new struts, springs, subframe inserts and tires. They seem honest and were beyond my expectations with pricing. In addition they also inspected the vehcile while it was in getting new struts and found an oil leak which was repaired under warranty at the dealer. They provided me the pictures of the leak so I could get the dealer to cover the service. They also did a great job installing my tires and getting me a very competitive price from Tirerack. I recently went to the Eurowise located on Kenley Ave. (The Compound) to have service done on a 2003 Montero. Alex (The Service Advisor & Shop Manager) was extremely helpful. He figured out the problems we had with our brake lights, and also fixed issues we had with our spark plugs and a leak in our valve caps. He was responsive and helpful while we were there, and communicated with us while the car was in the shop. He really went above and beyond to work with us on pricing the service, and I would definitely recommend Eurowise on Kenley Ave. to anyone looking for specialty and routine service on their cars. As a female its hard to go to car repair shops and not feel like your getting screwed because of the general stereotype and when i called Audi they treated me like i was a idiot so i found EURO WISE on yelp and tried calling them after being invited in for them to look at my car they treated me like they actually cared i was very satisfied with the service. I love that they talk to me like they care and don't talk down to me i have been back 4 times now for routine maintenance and they let me know of any thing concerning to them. I've been going to Eurowise for help with my '03 Porsche for maintenance and general repairs for two years now. They have always put my needs first and gone above and beyond to complete the job right and in a timely manner. The people working here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't know about cars but my husband does, he just doesn't have the time to do the repairs himself, we have dealt with Euroeise 3 times now , they certainly know what they are doing but I think their prices have gone up too high, it used to be competitor against the dealerships such as BMW (that's what we have ) but now, what's the whole point of picking this place or the dealership ? Both places have almost the same prices so I don't see the bargain anymore or benefit of taking it a "local repair shop" read more

Honestly I couldn't be more happier how their team treated me. I'm not the type of person to write reviews but the amount of attention they took on my car deserves it. I got my car lowered by them and they offered me a pretty decent price to get them install compared to other tuning shops in Charlotte. They helped me out and looked out for me. So glad that eurowise is in my home town! Since their first year in business they have provided me with any service on my cats that o have needed. I've had a clutch replaced there, cooling system in my e36 done there, all my brake work, suspension redone, rebuilt my VANOS, and just about every dang oil service as well. We have been Euroswise customers and fans for several years. It is nice to have an honest, high quality shop in Charlotte that does great work at rates much more affordable than the dealer.
