    Brought in my vehicle for the second time due to having some issue on my vehicle: Quality of repair= A++ Customer Service= A+ Older Gentlemen Customer Service= F Timely repair= D Ms.Rojas has made this experience a pleasant one for me she has always kept close communication with me throughout this entire process. The quality of work at Eroutech is excellent!!!! I would refer this repair shop to anyone, for future repairs I would definitely use Eurotech again. Thank you Mrs.Rojas

    Loose driver seat headrest

    Make sure to carefully document the exterior and interior of your car before trusting and handing over your car to this body shop! I took my car in to repair my car's rear bumper and when I got it back, my driver seat headrest had obviously been adjusted and was very loose (broken). I understand that the techs need to adjust the seats/headrest to comfortably drive/move the car around the lot but it seems that they're not handling their customer's cars with care. I texted one of the staff the very same day to bring it to their attention and was told to drive down there the next day so that they could have a look at it. The next day I drove down there and met with the manager (Alex Meza). He tried convincing me that KIA has poor quality headrests and refused to believe it was possible that my headrest could have been damaged while in their care. He then tried to prove his point by damaging my passenger seat headrest anchors, making that one loose as well (I regret not recording that). I told him it was unnecessary to do that, to which he replied in a frustrated manner "Relax man, i'm not going to break it". We then argued back and forth about who's fault it was but ultimately it came down to my word against his. My headrest was NOT in this condition when I checked it in. He says it is not even possible that the headrest could have been damaged while in their care. So, because I didn't carefully document the exterior and interior of my car, I have no proof and will probably have to accept the loss/damage. What had started out as a great experience turned into a nightmare after they had received my payment. This had me upset because: 1. Since they understood the problem and weren't going to accept responsibility for it, why would they tell me to spend my time and gas driving down there and tell me in person than over the phone? (I had texted them the pictures beforehand and was still told to drive to them) 2. The way the manager (Alex Meza) handled the whole situation. It was weird and uncomfortable. He was being very rude and confrontational about the whole thing. He was barely listening to what I had to say and made it point that a mistake or accident was just not possible while in their care. He damaged my passenger seat headrest to try to prove a point about the quality of KIA headrests. Lesson: carefully document your interior/exterior so if scumbags damage your car while in their care and won't take accountability for it, you'll have proof. I would not trust these folks with my car ever again.

    My car got hit while I was at work, went through State Farm and was familiar with the name. Took my car in, and they did a great job. The four stars is only because when I got my car back one of the tail lights was out...which they will fix because it's under warranty. I would absolutely come back (hope I never have to )

    This shop caused multiple areas of damage to my car and I would not return…read more The damage was never disclosed to me, not when the work was completed, not when I picked up my car, and not when I paid for the repaint job. I only discovered it once I got home. When I confronted the shop owner, Pat, he admitted to the damages but communication from that point on became challenging and more difficult than it needed to be. There were long gaps without his response and at times the tone felt dismissive or unnecessarily tense, which made the situation even more stressful. I've made many attempts to work with Pat to find a fair and reasonable solution. To this day, I'm actually still waiting for a reply to my last message asking again to discuss a reasonable solution. After repeated non-responses and apathetic communication, it became clear that no compromise would be reached. The only option he is willing to offer is the one solution I clearly stated I'm not comfortable with: bringing my car back this same shop that damaged it in the first place. Given the damages my car received from 5 Stars Automotive, my hesitation is understandable. I even tried to negotiate a different solution by providing multiple repair estimates from other reputable auto shops and he responded by calling this practice "dishonest" (very ironic, I know). I'm leaving this review because I believe it's important to be transparent about my experience. I put my trust in this shop to restore my car's appearance, but instead I'm forced to deal with additional damages they caused.

First, my insurance company recommended Cerritos Collision after I was rear ended and the experience was amazing especially with their respect for my time. They made the entire process easy and seamless. Then recently, I had issues with my windshield wiper and with everyone my husband spoke with who was quoted approximately $600, at other body shops and dealerships, I decided to independently purchase parts and just called Cesar Rodriguez at Cerritos Collision. He said, "let me take a look" and when we arrived, he said it would take two minutes and he would not charge for his time. I was shocked and amazed at his expertise but more so with his generosity and kindness. He recognized my vehicle from the previous body repair and said, I appreciate your thinking of calling us to make another repair. Without question, in the future, I will be returning with any one of our four vehicles to Cerritos Collision. Thank you Cesar and Cerritos Collision!

Avoid this place!…read more I'm not even sure how many different ways they screwed up or what blunders these idiots must have made along the way to be able to take 6 weeks to put in a rear windshield on a 2018 Tundra. One of the most accessible and popular trucks in America and they just keep telling me it's back ordered. I guess that's shop talk for 'we are morons and didn't actually order you windshield yet, we screwed up and can't figure out how to order a part so instead of taking any responsibility we're just going to lie and string you along for 6 weeks'. There is a Toyota dealership across the street from these guys by the way. I wish it stopped there but it just gets worse... they text me on week 6 to let me know that the battery is now dead and they are not going to pay for it. Which is apparently shop talk for 'We wanted to double down on our carelessness, so we left your battery to completely drain while your truck sat in our shop for 6 weeks'. The battery was fine when they got it but to make me feel even worse about getting railed by them, they hand me an invoice for the battery showing that they paid $145 from the dealership across the street but are charging me $196. The best part was while this guy Chris was handing me this, he tells his cashier not to send me the survey because I would probably just leave a bad review! I mean WOW! Who does crap like this? The final coup de gras at the end was when they tell you they are also charging you 3% to use your credit card. Do not ever, ever give these people your car. They get their jobs from insurance companies and don't give one single f about you or your car.

    I was referred to Craftsmen through my insurance. I wish I had done more research beforehand. I had…read moresome front damage to my vehicle because of unexpected debris impact on the freeway. The repair to the bumper and lights were fine, but whatever they did to my tire has been progressively problematic. A few minutes after driving out of the lot, my tire light came on. I didn't know then that this would be the first in multiple times of contacting and returning to Craftsmen get it checked, having to keep my car there (so needing to get a rental) each time, and having it returned with them saying the issue had been resolved. I ended up having to get the car checked three times, and every time I'd get the car back, the tire light would reappear within my commute. Finally, I got fed up -- and they must have too because they ultimately said the issue wasn't their responsibility. The girl literally told me to go to my "usual body shop or mechanic" to get it checked out. That's when it made sense: my insurance had already paid them out, and I already paid my portion, so they didn't need to offer any additional service to me. I wasn't worth the time or the headache. I understand that Craftsmen is referred by several insurance companies, but if you have other options, you'd probably be better off elsewhere. Obviously, I hope I don't have to get my car fixed again, but if I do, I wouldn't go back. Pretty disappointed by the quality of work and the service.
