The worst experience I've ever had with any type of service-based company. Started off with a guy named George being so disrespectful and rude to me, talking to me like I'm an idiot. Rolling his eyes, short with me, condescending tone - just because I was dropping off my car? I don't know how this guy has a job. George - if you don't like your job, quit! Then! They never call or text me with updates. I'd call, get a date to pickup my car then I'd call before picking it up...oh we need another day. This happened for TWO WEEKS. Twice a guy who answered the phone kept cutting me off saying they'd call me, even though he didn't take my name. What sent me over the edge, I called for an update (because they don't call or text like they claim they do) and a guy said yea it's ready, come around 5pm. I return my rental car then go to Eurotech to get my car and they said it's not ready! Maybe another week. WHAT?!?! So, apparently one of their brilliant employees gave me the update for another car. Not mine. I'm sitting there with my infant in tow, no car, and these people have the audacity to brush it off like it's no big deal. Then I had to beg Enterprise for a car, which took a long time because I didn't have a reservation - they were actually amazing. I finally went to get my car, when it was really ready, the receptionist was rude all of the sudden! Wtf did I do? I never had a bad exchange with her but ok. Cherry on top - they said I can return my rental with them, they have a deal with Enterprise. I said I don't want to drop off with them on a Friday and pay through Monday. They said no, you won't have to pay three extra days, we'll tell them you returned it on Friday. I checked in with Enterprise the week after and they said Eurotech said I returned it on Monday. So they took it out or did whatever with it for three days, expecting me to pay for it. Enterprise was great and didn't charge me because Eurotech lied. This place is terrible on so many levels. The people lack intelligence and social skills. The owner needs to clean house. read more

Make sure to carefully document the exterior and interior of your car before trusting and handing over your car to this body shop! I took my car in to repair my car's rear bumper and when I got it back, my driver seat headrest had obviously been adjusted and was very loose (broken). I understand that the techs need to adjust the seats/headrest to comfortably drive/move the car around the lot but it seems that they're not handling their customer's cars with care. I texted one of the staff the very same day to bring it to their attention and was told to drive down there the next day so that they could have a look at it. The next day I drove down there and met with the manager (Alex Meza). He tried convincing me that KIA has poor quality headrests and refused to believe it was possible that my headrest could have been damaged while in their care. He then tried to prove his point by damaging my passenger seat headrest anchors, making that one loose as well (I regret not recording that). I told him it was unnecessary to do that, to which he replied in a frustrated manner "Relax man, i'm not going to break it". We then argued back and forth about who's fault it was but ultimately it came down to my word against his. My headrest was NOT in this condition when I checked it in. He says it is not even possible that the headrest could have been damaged while in their care. So, because I didn't carefully document the exterior and interior of my car, I have no proof and will probably have to accept the loss/damage. What had started out as a great experience turned into a nightmare after they had received my payment. This had me upset because: 1. Since they understood the problem and weren't going to accept responsibility for it, why would they tell me to spend my time and gas driving down there and tell me in person than over the phone? (I had texted them the pictures beforehand and was still told to drive to them) 2. The way the manager (Alex Meza) handled the whole situation. It was weird and uncomfortable. He was being very rude and confrontational about the whole thing. He was barely listening to what I had to say and made it point that a mistake or accident was just not possible while in their care. He damaged my passenger seat headrest to try to prove a point about the quality of KIA headrests. Lesson: carefully document your interior/exterior so if scumbags damage your car while in their care and won't take accountability for it, you'll have proof. I would not trust these folks with my car ever again. read more

I've now been to these people for a3 time two of the times it was my own fault for the damage on my vehicle and as always, they do a wonderful job fixing it for a reasonable price. They are very honest people in fact, I just had some work done and I would never have known it, but they overcharged me for some parts and sent me a check today for those parts that tells you how honest they are. If your car has any body damage, definitely take it to these people they are great. read more

A couple months ago I (2012 VW Jetta) got backed into at a parking lot. There were a few dents and paint scratched off on my passenger side, rear panel and bumper. Fortunately the person who hit me claimed fault and their insurance AAA recommended Eurotech as one of the locations to get repaired. I arrived around 4:30PM on a Friday (30 mins before close) and was promptly served with great energy from the front desk (I apologize as I forget the lady's name) and ultimately Carlos. My temperature was checked, there were plexi glass up, and hand sanitizer available. A really clean place overall. Carlos walked over my car with me and explained the steps necessary to ensure a safe and full repair. The following Monday I dropped off car and was also fortunately allowed an Enterprise rental (great service btw) through AAA. Initially the repair was supposed to take six business days, but Eurotech did a thorough assessment and found internal damage that I obviously would never have found. This extended the repair by an additional two days. They updated me promptly and of course I accepted (granted I wasn't paying for it). A few days passed and I continued to get texts, emails, and even calls (plus voicemails) about the repairs. I called once more when I was supposed to receive my car by Friday of the week, but they still needed time to repair it. Of course I'd rather have quality work than rushed, potentially damaging, service and so I obliged for an additional business day (aka Monday because they aren't open on weekends). Carlos informed me they needed this additional day so they can make sure my car was aligned - can't argue with that you know! When I got my car back, the bumper was replaced and the side panel fixed. Plus they washed my car and shined my tires! I'm no car expert, but I know my car well enough to know it rides well and of course looks better now. Eurotech even assured me with some warranties for the service they provided. Can't beat that! TLDR - Great service, even greater people - Consistent and early communication - Will come back if I have problems again - Will recommend to family and friends read more

So we call Kevin the manager is a A$$hole if you are a woman he treats you with disrespect and acts as if you know nothing. When he told my daughter the plate still wasn't in she asked for the Kia consumer affairs number he said he doesn't have it!!! This is a lie because they have given it to us before. Then he had the audacity to hang up on my daughter when she confronted his lies..... she called back and got Lesley on the phone and SURPRISE SURPRISE SURPRISE THE FREAKING PART IS THERE!!!!! But when I called KIA consumer affairs magically all the parts were there in a week!!!! The inside of the lift gate didn't match the outside of the paint Given a crap story " oh we don't put the pearl coat in the inside" after looking at the car the pearl coat is ALL around the car. I was sent here by my insurance company. The inspector took 5 min to look at my car and told me it would be hard to say the damages until they look at it closer. I left with my car and waited for the next step. After a week, I find out the claim was closed. His report was nothing like our conversation. I'll never be back here. We have been here several times and received good service but something has changed. It's been 6 months since our last service and this time the staff has failed to bill insurance properly and as a result we are out $250 and we can't even get someone to return our call. Mercury insurance has attempted to have this shop resubmit the proper supplemental paperwork and nobody appears to care. The office staff is uncaring and incompetent. This is no longer a mercury body shop and is now a "body shop of choice" making it easy for me to choose somewhere else going forward. Don't use this body shop unless you are ok with overpaying and then being IGNORED. read more

I was fortunate enough to have EUROTECH repair my BMW after being hit by an asphalt truck. Their staff and body shop was incredibly organized and professional. They updated me every step of the way and also gave me a heads up on things that could actually prolong the repair process; ie waiting for parts, and approval from the insurance company, etc. I appreciated the extra information as I wasn't quite sure of the process. Took my car for repair damage due to a collision,the front of my car was hit by another and my parts where scattered all over the intersection, first thing their manage asks is "where are my parts?" Like if my concern at 11pm the day of the accident would be to collect my destroyed parts then he says that because prior paint had been used on my vehicle they couldn't help me, funny took my business elsewhere to another certified shop and they had no problem, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! 2 stars "Meh. I've experienced better" First of all they were efficient and the work seemed decent but I have to dock points for lack of communication followed by poor decision-making and followup behavior. My normal experience with other auto body shops like Service King is that they strive their best to make the car the way it looked before. In the past, when a service rep was unable to find a certain part on the market, they at least consulted me about what comparable replacement to use, and I was actually okay with downgrading my parts since at least they consulted me first. I'm a reasonable person. This was not the case with L. from Eurotech. My car had black toyota emblems both front and back and she decided to replace the front one with a silver scion emblem without asking me. I think a normal person would think, Hmm isn't it ugly to have mismatched emblems in the front and the back? When I picked up my vehicle, I politely asked if she couldn't find the same emblem as I had before and she she rudely brushed aside my concern with "No." I ended up having to call back later to insist that they at least order me a silver toyota emblem so i wouldn't have 'scion' in the front and 'toyota' in the back. They acquiesced, but refused to spray paint it black for me even though it would have taken only a few minutes time on their part. As a result I had to spend an hour removing the tightly affixed old emblem, painting the new one, then putting it on myself. Through all of this not a single apology, not even a "sorry for the misunderstanding" Lastly I note that this shop does 'the bare minimum'. At other shops the techs have always did some touch up spray painting on tiny damaged areas, free of charge. I noticed they didn't do any free touch up painting at this shop. It's not something to dock points for but if you're paying to have work done why not go somewhere better? Overall a very mediocre experience. *EDIT: L. later reached out to me and fixed the emblem. I have had two negative experiences with this business. The 1st time was in June of this year. I had some repair work done that called for my front bumper to be removed. When I went to pick up my vehicle they had performed additional work that I did not approve and charged me $125 more than the quoted price. Fast forward to earlier this month when I heard a rattling noise coming from the front of my vehicle. I scheduled an appointment to take my car back to Eurotech but the day of my appointment my check engine light came on and my vehicle was running really rough so I took it to the dealership because it's still under warranty. I called Eurotech to let them know that I wouldn't be coming in and they told me that my appointment was for the previous day. Apparently I missed calendared the appointment. In any event, the dealership charged me $350 to take off the front bumper and do an inspection. Come to find out that Eutotech neglected to replace 11 clips near the wheel wells. I called Eurotech after hours ( which was when I was notified by the dealership) and left a message to let them know and did not receive a response. I called Eurotech again on October 26 when I picked up my vehicle from the dealership. I explained what happened. The person named Bob who answered the phone asked what I want them to do about it. I told them that I wanted to be reimbursed for at least part of the $350 I spent. They asked me to bring the vehicle in. I took the vehicle to Eurotech today. They took my keys and drove it around the back. A few minutes later, the female staff member who took my keys returned with a male employee/manager. He immediately said that he was not going to pay me $350 and proceeded to lecture me on taking my car to the dealership. I explained to him that I never asked for $350 and that I took my car to the dealership because the check engine light came on and my vehicle was not running well. He again proceeded to try to lecture me on how dealerships work (over charge) and how I should not have let them take the bumper off. He was extremely rude and was very defensive in handling the situation. He never asked me what happened or what I was expecting. I have never been treated so poorly at a business and will definitely not be taking my vehicle back there ever again. After all that, they paid me about a fourth of what I spent at the dealership. read more

The Geico app was simultaneously synched as well to keep track of the process. Scott the Geico adjuster was punctual, friendly and both he and Carlos of Eurotech emoted trust. I love Eurotech! Initially, I was a little reluctant because I chose this repair shop based off a Triple A recommendation instead of a family/friend referral like I usually do. However, I could not be more satisfied and content with my results! I got into an accident on a Monday and went by that same day to get an estimate for my bumper/hood reparations. I made an appointment and went back that Wednesday to drop my car off. From what I've heard, repairs usually take weeks and Eurotech had told me they needed a week. So it seemed fair. BARELY TWO DAYS later, Kevin (I think he's the owner) had notified me that my car was ready and even offered me a complimentary Uber ride there! Thanks to a very attentive and helpful representative (Delfina) who listened to my needs, Eurotech was able to finish my reparations quickly and called me as soon as it was finished! My car looked like it was fresh from the dealer again, brand new parts were installed and I just fell in love with my all over again. Not only was the body work and paint job impeccable, but they even washed my car and cleaned/vacuumed it completely from the inside! It saved me so much time and trouble.
