I went in to fix a scratch and dent to my rear quarter panel (see photo). It was a difficult job, not because of the damage, but because my car has a satin/matte finish custom paint which requires perfect matching to not look off. Anthony gave me a really fair price compared to the many quotes I gathered, and I got my car back in less than a week. I've had a few fender benders in the last few years. I've been hit by other drivers. Don't ask me why... have been sideswiped, rear ended, in any case. Meanwhile I had a claim opened up with my Insurance for a recent accident that I was in. So I had them do it all in one shot. Victor made everything so easy for me I didn't have to do a single thing. 5 Star in all aspects. Super great customer service. Amazing repair work - made my car look like new again. Great pricing. The repairs were done right and quickly. Recently I had the misfortune of hitting an "alligator" (semi-truck tire tread) on the freeway. Pretty scary! Luckily, thinking the damage wasn't too bad, I was able to drive away safely. Boy was I in for an awakening. From the time of the initial estimate to the final repair, my experience with Chuck and Francisco was nothing short of excellent! They were very accommodating in the how quickly I could get my vehicle into the shop. Upon initial inspection, it didn't seem too bad of a repair. I was advised that my car would have to be brought in to get the full scope of the damage. They went through it in fine detail and got back to me in a timely manner. To my surprise, it was a lot worse than I thought. They discovered quite a bit more damage. I am so happy that they were so detailed in finding all the issues that were wrong. They fixed all the damage right and pretty quickly. My car looks like new! I definitely feel safer know that all the damages were found and the repairs were done right! I brought my Honda Pilot into Vision Collision Center and asked Francisco if he could fix my rear license plate that someone tore off the whole license plate. He immediately said yes and said it would take 90 minutes and $60 to fix. After I took my car to four places and everyone gave me a song and dance including The dealer at Honda World Downey that it couldn't be fixed. I would have to order a whole new back bottom hatch door costing tons of money. Francisco was clever and fixed it so nobody could ever take off that license plate again. My most recent incident left me with having to replace my front bumper. (Some guy backed into my parked car).
