When i took my BMW to Eurotech it would shift from park to any gear, the slapstick worked, and it would cycle through the gears without any problems at all. When i got it back it wouldn't come out of park without the use of a tool under the shifter, and no matter how long you travel or at what speed it remains in first gear. When I called and asked why all they offered was to bring it back in and opay for another diagnostic and whatever work it needs. I expressed to them that it worked before bringing it in and that the diagnostic made no mention of this problem and verified that there was no work done on the transmission, but the response remained the same. In my opinion they changed some needed parts but created more problems in the process and refused to address said problems without me shelling out more money and did so with no expanation or desire to help me understand without adding more hundreds to the $1400 I had already spent. I am verry disappointed with the service I received and I do not recomend going there to get work done on your vehicle. read more

charged $161.50 for cabin air and engine filter change?! (amazon price for both filters = $33!! ridiculous charged $56.63 for BluDef (home depot less than $20) charged $60.49 for fuel filter (max $30 on Amazon) Nice people but are overcharging for basic work and WAY overcharging for parts. I would give 1/2 STAR but not possible. Dealership = Stealership, EUROTECH basically the same. Went there for years but not any more. Peace out suckers!!! read more

I brought the vehicle here for them to diagnose the issue with the transmission and fix it. The person I made the appointment with knew full well why I was bringing the vehicle in. They did diagnose an issue with the transmission.... obviously... I already knew that was the issue. I was told that they aren't sure *why* there's a problem. They can try a couple of things but there was no guarantee... also that if the transmission needed to be replaced- they don't even do that! So they knew they couldn't fix the problem and charged me $150 just to tell me that. Just bring your car to the dealer. I have receipts. read more

Possibly however telling you they'll take your vehicle in for repairs on payment plan then as nearly as swiftly changing their mind and wasting your time thinking you'd found your mechanic isn't good business practice in my opinion it seems more greedy than real quality on vehicles repairs and servicing rather than holding True to an original agreement so maybe but maybe not read more

They charged me over$200.00 dollars less than their competitor that I had been going to!! Seemed cheaper to take my bmw here for a diagnostic than the dealership. They said it would be a 3hr diagnostic and they still couldn't figure out all the issues with my transmission and told me my radio wasn't working cuz the control panel was blowing the fuse and would cost 2000$ to fix. I ended changing the fuse myself and have had no problems since. And I found out the diagnostic would of been cheaper at the dealership. Plus they kept saying not sure not sure let's try this. Sounds like they purposely don't know what they doin so they can bleed money out of you. Definitely will not be back. read more

Really appreciate this shop!! During a service I asked them to check the suspension bushing on a high mile car. They could have said that most of them were bad, but instead said I only need one. On another service while doing a timing belt, I asked that they change a few hard to reach hoses, they said there was no need, because they were still good. That to me shows integrity. First time customer.. I keep my 05 330ci Hardtop super clean and maintained. Went in for a upper rad hose couple days ago, $175 to replace (not oem). They called said it also needed a fan clutch?? Oook I mean I had to do it even tho there was no proof of it?? My car runs perfect never heats up.. no issues besides the minor leak. I feel like they up-sold me! They said that my fan clutch may need changed soon?? that is my own fault for falling for it I guess. Got my car back, grease marks on my back glass from the inside and driver door glass inside and out around the doors, they adjusted and pulled my steering column out for some reason, I noticed it when I pulled out of their parking lot my stuff just didn't feel the same, they'd messed w both seats also, I mean calm down in there!? Now every time I turn left there's a clunky noise on my passenger side wheel well!??! It's 5:06 a.m and I just can't stop thinking about it and feel bummed out bc I need a good shop to take care of car without feeling like shit afterwards.. now I have to deal w this tomorrow ‍ read more
