Dream Outdoor Barbecue Island Thanks to Plamar USA…read more We recently had Plamar USA install countertops for our outdoor barbecue area, and the results were absolutely amazing. From start to finish, their team was incredibly helpful, professional, and detail-oriented. This is the third job they have done for family and we are happy every time. The installers were not only skilled but also very personable--more like partners in the project than just workers. They took the time to understand what we wanted and made sure every detail was perfect. Their craftsmanship and experience really showed in the flawless finish and the way everything came together seamlessly. What impressed us most was their dedication to making our vision a reality. They were accommodating, patient, and truly committed to delivering a high-quality result. Thanks to their hard work, our barbecue island has become the dream space we've always wanted, and it's something our family will enjoy for many years to come. If you're looking for stone or granite installation, I highly recommend Plamar USA. Feel free to reach out if you have any real-world questions--I'd be happy to share more about our experience. Thank you again to the entire Plamar USA team!

This was the third project they have completed for us, and they continue to deliver outstanding craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service every single time. For this remodel, they fabricated and installed beautiful countertops throughout our home, including our kitchen and multiple bathrooms. The quality of their work is exceptional. Every seam, edge, and finish is flawless, and the attention to detail is second to none. The finished product completely transformed our home. A special thank you goes to Aldrin, who is absolutely incredible. He is committed to making sure every project is completed perfectly and on time, no matter what it takes. During our remodel, at the last minute we added the powder room we needed within 48 hours. Even though they were already extremely busy, Aldrin immediately found time to fabricate the countertop and found someone to remove the old countertop without breaking the existing wall to wall mirror, and install the new countertop so our project stayed on schedule. That kind of responsiveness, problem-solving, and dedication is incredibly rare. They consistently put their customers first. Their pricing is very reasonable, they communicate exceptionally well, they show up when they say they will, and they consistently deliver exactly what they promise. After three projects together, they have earned our complete confidence and trust. If you're looking for beautiful countertops and a company that truly stands behind its work, Plamar Fabrication is the team to call. They never disappoint, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The high standard that Aldrin and his team have set make it impossible to consider someone else.

I'm really happy with the quality of these cabinets. Finally during install Christine supported us when we had some accidents, helped us swap out some materials, and help when I lost some glass. I really can't say enough about these folks, they were so awesome.

We recently completed a whole kitchen remodel using Bay Area Cabinet Supply for our cabinets. I…read moreoriginally planned to reface our old cabinets or do IKEA cabinets with updated fronts from companies like Semihandmade, but ultimately found Bay Area Cabinet Supply to make more sense in terms of pricing, quality and time investment during the planning and design process. I walked through Bay Area Cab's Dublin showroom a few times to confirm they have cabinet styles and colors I liked, and the employees were very accommodating in letting me check out cabinet door samples to see in my actual kitchen. I'm so glad I did that, because the color we originally wanted ended up looking dingy in our northern facing kitchen. We went with their Icy Avalanche color, which is a cool toned grey, and have never loved anything more! The design and estimate process was simple and likely less time consuming than even wading through the IKEA kitchen designer yourself. Chrissy was patient, professional and very knowledgeable and made sure every detail was handled to perfection. She even hopped on the phone with our contractor a couple times to make sure every measurement was exactly correct. But her excellent customer service really came into play after our cabinets were delivered and we discovered an issue--due to a slant in our kitchen floors that weren't accounted for in our original measurements, our crown molding wouldn't fit! She and her sister, who heads their other branch, redesigned and supplied a new molding quickly so that our remodel wouldn't be too behind schedule. And if that wasn't enough, when my contractor mis-installed a drawer, Chrissy replaced the broken pieces for me immediately. For just the customer service level alone, I'm so glad I went with Bay Area Cabs. There are already so many small things that can go wrong in a kitchen remodel, and I was so glad to have the cabinets be headache-free! Finally, the quality of the cabinets is amazing. We've been in our new kitchen for about 6 months now and are happy to report that all our cabinets, drawers, shelves and doors are working perfectly. We're so happy we chose Bay Area Cab Supply for our kitchen and hope this review helps more people find out about this awesome family-owned company!

Continuation of Priscilla's review since yelp limits characters:…read more We requested multiple times to speak to someone else in order to escalate these issues. However, the project manager kept disregarding our requests. When we finally were able to speak to the pm's supervisor, the supervisor wasn't even aware of our situation. After bringing him up to speed, the supervisor agreed that the work wasn't up to standard. We kept insisting they bring in someone with the workmanship to fix the shower tile and grout issues. They finally agreed and scheduled the new contractor for the following week. The evening before he was to arrive, we get a message that he couldn't make it, and the work was again delayed another week. The new contractor fixed most of the issues but wasn't able to salvage the shower floor tile. We requested a credit for the shoddy work, and they initially refused saying it was a matter of preference and not a workmanship issue. After another few weeks of back and forth, they finally agreed to credit us a small amount. We're still waiting for that check in the mail, which I'm sure we'll have to follow up on after we return home from vacation. The full timeline of the project was 12 weeks. They knew we lived in a one bedroom one bath. We were left without a toilet for about a week and a half, and without a functioning shower for 10 weeks. They made no effort to make up for the inconvenience or even try to prioritize any of the issues we kept bringing up.

At the start, everything was nice and smooth. Very responsive during the free consultation, pre-order, and the days leading up to the kick-off. Once I put down my payment and the wait began for the cabinets to be delivered, Karen would disappear for days on end. Good luck getting her to pick up the phone or to call you back. She would text ONLY. She picked up the phone once and that was because I had my wife call from her phone. Karen had promised that she would quote me for a broken drawer. Weeks went by after all of the cabinets were installed, and I was never given a quote. She texts out of nowhere saying she needs the full payment for the drawer do she can order it. Seeing how unresponsive and flakey they've been, I wanted to give 50% now and 50% once the drawer is installed. She avoided responding. She finally texts after 4 days, 4 texts from myself and my wife, and 2 voicemails, saying that they are so busy that they can't take on my project. What a joke. The work was shoddy - I'd give 2/5.
