I would rate it a zero if I could. I had to take care back twice because their paint job was horrible. Tools left in my back seat. Foot prints on both front and back seat. Scratches and white paint on my rear back door (why were they even in my back seat as that not where damage was) and my car is black. Euro Collision is the best towing company ever Hassan came to my house I was so worried because the radiator had blown. Car was not derivable but Hassan made it all OK he is so efficient his rig is clean and a beautiful red color. He  is friendly capable an expert at everything he does he did everything I just stood by and marveled at what a wonderful job he did do you need a car towed he would be the one to call I also expressed concern to them given it's a low milage impeccably maintained older Mercedes and they assured me they would match the silver paint. They did. They also were kind and friendly and updated me regularly on the status of repairs and it was completed in within their ETA. Based off this experience I'd say Euro Collision is very reputable and customer-oriented. If I needed a tow with a more common car I'd probably refer to them.I HIGHLY recommend them. read more

I can here because of Geico and Euro did a great job fixing my car. They were even done a day before what they originally quoted. My car looks like nothing ever happened! Everyone who works there is also super friendly. I had to have the front left of my car fixed from an accident, so they put in a new headlight. I noticed that the right side looked very old and dingy compared to the new left headlight. I asked Albie (I think was his name) if there was a way for me to clean it myself, thinking maybe he'd give me a recommendation for a cleaner or something. Instead, he offered to take my car back in and see if the other headlight could be buffed clean. He brought it back out and it looks basically new and no extra charge. Euro Collision is my go to body shop. I have used them twice in the past and was SUPER happy with the process. Joel communicated with me daily to keep me up the date about the state of my vehicle. Took my car here after an accident because my insurance recommended it. They were very bad at communicating and giving me updates on my car in spite of keeping it months after they predicted. They left many parts in my car and did not fix interior issues from the accident, I had to do that myself and there are still parts of my interior not properly put back and loose. I can't comment on the quality of their repair work, but they need to do a better job communicating with customers. I made an appointment with this collision shop to get an estimate for repairs on my Tesla. When I contacted them, they said they were busy and they wouldn't be free for about a month to have my car in for an estimate. Given that they generally have good reviews, accept my insurance, and the nearest Tesla-owned collision shop is 30 miles away from me and had even less availability, I didn't mind waiting. Also, this shop is actually listed on the Tesla Web site as a certified Tesla repair shop, and they initially told me when I made the appointment that they do repair Teslas. Fast forward 3 weeks later, they call me out of the blue and leave a message that they'll have to cancel my appointment saying, "WE DON'T FIX TESLAS." Why they couldn't tell me this 3 weeks ago and not waste my time waiting for my appointment, I don't know. Luckily, I found another collision repair shop in Chicago that fixes Teslas and they were able to get me in the next day for an estimate. read more

Had my car brought in there because someone hit the side of my car, nothing too serious, mostly deep scratches. Came here because it was introduced by Alex from BimmerCarCare and my insurance works with them. I was disappointed in the work even though I can see that the person who worked with me tried his best. Pro: The estimator who worked with me is very polite and when the mistakes happened, he was very apologetic and accommodating. Cons: The repairman who worked on the repairs were careless. After 7 days of leaving the car with them, we went to pick up the car. The side logo of the car that needed to replace was not on the side and the scratched side mirror was not replaced. The estimator tried to look for the logo which he had ordered but could not find it too. So we had to bring the car back 3 days later for them to fix both the car mirror and the side logo. This feels like an issue that a simple walkaround would have discovered, before calling us about the completion of the service. read more

If you're looking for a place that neglects customers, does shoddy work and parks $60k+ vehicles out front this might be the right spot for you. After 4 months, 7 visits (2 of which were in the same day) and 30+phone calls, none of which were inbound, I finally have my car back in working condition. TL;DR stay as far away from this place as humanly possible. I was rear ended back in October 2018 and brought my car in shortly thereafter. I was told repairs would take a maximum of 3 weeks. When the date came to pick it up, they stated it was late due to parts coming in late. In mid-December I finally get my car back. Not too big of a deal since I was in a rental, but I did feel a bit bad that the insurance company had to keep paying for the rental due to the shop dragging their feet....not as bad as I'd feel for them a month later. Upon receiving my car I find out the keyless entry and radio no longer work. I was told that it's common for this type of key to give out after 5 years. Quick google search says otherwise and after some back and forth they acquiesce, cover the cost of a new key and state it stopped working due to water damage. For the radio they pretend to adjust some cables, send it back to me and it's still not working. Eventually they arrive at the conclusion that a new windshield is required. The antenna is embedded in the windshield so even though there was no damage whatsoever to the windshield they somehow convince the insurance company to cover the cost of the windshield. I bring this up to the manager, he kind of shrugs and we go ahead with replacing the windshield. It's now the beginning of January 2019 and after replacing the windshield the radio still doesn't work. Turns out there was a box that required configuration which they didn't bother to do. I show up to pick up the car, key is still working, radio works but they forget to attach a plastic cover on the inside of the rear hatch leaving metal and wires exposed. I'm told the part will be ordered and I can come back in 3-4 days. 3 weeks later after daily calls I make it back and am told upon arriving the part doesn't fit. I'm livid at this point and get a call later in the day stating the part does actually fit. At this point I want to be done so I head back and the part finally fits. Full Disclosure: They did cover the cost of the new key and rental while the windshield that didn't need to be replaced was being replaced. They still suck. The End. read more

First, you need to speak to 2-3 receptionist asking the same questions before you can speak to someone who knows any details about your car. Second, I received a text saying it was almost done and that it would be finished by tomorrow. I never received another text after that. I had to call for updates everyday. Last, they said I would be getting my car at the end of the work day 2 days after it was suppose to be done. They said "someone is picking up your car right now." I called later same day and they said no one came. My question is where is the guy who left already? read more

My car took weeks to get repaired and wasn't ready by the date they gave me, they claim to have enterprise there but I was late to work because the lady for enterprise was late that day and they weren't ready at my appointment time, ran out of gas after picking up the car a few blocks from Euro collision, when I called them to tell them I was stranded they said that I brought in the car with low fuel and then I signed the paperwork saying that that's how the car came in when in fact I just signed entry paperwork and was freaking out because my rental car wasn't ready on time. I left my car with 20 something miles still in the tank... stalled out .6 miles from Euro collision and when I called them to see if someone could bring me a thing of gas they acted like I was insane... the work looks great but not worth the hassle I went through. read more

I got into an accident from a bumper collision. My car was not too badly damaged but I need it to get fixed. I talked with my insurance and they said to come to this place and we'll work from there. I took my car here and after two weeks, they got my car looking good as new and honestly they did a pretty good job! The only thing I will say though is that my steering wheel is not aligned and center properly and it is off centered to the right by a couple of degrees. I wish they were able to fix that. They do give you a 90 day warranty which is nice so if something does happen you can bring it. read more

So here is my update after the repair! BEAUTIFUL WORK!! I had a lot of damage done to my car after the accident but now it looks brand new again! I am beyond please with their work and their keen attention to detail. They were so nice to fix a ding that was on my car before the accident and I didn't even have to ask!! I had to use Euro Collision in the past when someone damaged my car and I knew they had done good work. So I went there by choice when I had scratches on my car. The receptionists were both very helpful, pleasant and efficient. Additionally, Joel was amazing. His explanation of the plan and his customer service and fact he called when additional work was needed was awesome. And he worked hard to get my car done in one day. (There was an extremely rude women who came from no where and was in the office with the rental car people saying my complete face covering hard plastic shield that was registered for plane flying and no one has had any issues with besides her she ran out to make a scene to tell me to put on a mask that then didn't cover my eyes and was less safe.) She almost made me not want to return. But since everyone else that mattered were amazing. I will continue to send people to Euro Collision. I smelt the shadiness reeking from him I would not give them my car you'll be overcharged and they hr labor prices are insane the have to many front desk staff to pay. Which is way he wants to charge me for a new quarter panel. I said no I wanted it sanded and painted. He couldnt give me a estimate. Bush League and shady. Dropped car off on Nov. 11th. By February, it was still not fixed - they said awaiting one part - and I called to say I wanted to get it anyway because we needed it. They said I couldn't, and told me it wasn't driveable (which was a lie). Fast forward another month - still virtually zero communication or updates about the missing part - and we said no we need our car back now. They still didn't want to give it to us, and then when we forced the issue they tried to charge us the amount for the full work that HAD NOT BEEN COMPLETED. I have never had this uniformly terrible experience with a mechanic or auto shop before. Reading other customer reviews, it seems like little to no communication and sketchy business practices have been common. Also, the repair is still not done. We kept our car in the shop for nearly four months, had a rental car for about 5-6 weeks and the insurance ran out for that so we returned it. I don't mind taking the train, but the communication and customer service from this place is awful. read more

Do not take your car here unless you want them to lie to your insurance company & keep your car for 2 months. I went to check on my car after one month & they barely did anything to it. The estimator Gabby then lied & said that it'll be done in 2 weeks, called the day before my pickup day just for Gabby to say two more weeks. And no one had the common decency or professional to call and tell me or my insurance about the repair extension . I had to call them. Also, I only saw 1 mechanic & at least 20 cars. So two months and almost $15,000 of charges.I knew then that they were a insurance scamming auto body shop. I have to continue to rent another car to get back & forth to work. Do yourselves a favor and take your cars elsewhere bc THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE & KEEP YOU CAR FOR MONTHS! This is a great establishment. Their estimator/claims manager, Gabriella, did an excellent job and made the process as smooth as possible. They consistently went above and beyond in helping me get my car repaired in a timely fashion. The original estimate was quickly done and passed along to my insurance company. We were able to schedule the repair for as soon as the parts came in, and I was kept informed of the progress. The car was ready a couple of days earlier than expected, and that worked out really well. Additionally, the staff stayed late when I was driving in from the northern suburbs.
