I know this location can get hectic, so I decided to make an appointment where I mentioned I have a $20 off of oil change. Received a confirmation email with another coupon in it, all right!!! I learnt something new. Please try yourself! Saving money is crucial these days. I drove in, I am sure we all know how their system works, was helped right away, stayed in my car. Upon checking the oil, I have been told that it looks nice and clear, but it is a bit low. This young man told me he will not change my oil, and figured out that I will need a coolant change. Never had one, usually you do not need one until 100.000 miles, my car had 114.000 miles. Supposed to be a $125 but with coupons and kindness I paid much much less :) I looked up how much that cost at other places, found prices between $200-$400 and also a long wait time. It was still done in 10 minutes. I am so grateful for him and makes me happy that people who really care are still around. We have been getting our oil changed here for years, never been disappointed. This time was no different! Honked as leaving (sign of a satisfied customer) and the coupon I got for oil change is still valid. Life is good and Take 5 as well!

I am a DIYer and I replaced my own cv axles, after that my transmission stop engaging so i took my…read morecar there. they charged me $180 for diagnostic and they pointed out i had the wrong parts, so i replaced my cv axle with them and what followed was a grind noise that they ridicularized me saying it was my fault, i swallowed it dry because i know i got the wrong part from the start and i let it go. After a month the grinding noise was too much and i noticed my brake bracket was completely loose, so I took it there again. Result: they charge me for the missing pin it was on my car from the start, i declined, so they say something like 20 years of experience tried to dodge from parts of the inspection, put the pin back in 5 min (most likely my own that was sitting there for a month) and someone drove the car like a crack head to test drive(i saw when i was leaving, they saw me they did not hold back neither), and gave me call gave me back the keys no words about damage on the wheels, tires, loss of wheel balance, absolute silence. Tried to call after do expose all issues and hang up on me at first then manager called me then i lost it when i realized he is also the owner and central part of the disregard for this place because i pointed out personally to him all issues that needed to be addressed. What a disgraceful customer experience, halfass service, awful professionalism, ludacrous price with a tone of disrespect all along. Have a second professional mechanic handy before you go there

He continuously goes above and beyond to help. I was recently on a road trip with my not yet 2 year old daughter and husband when we experienced some mechanical issues. I reached out to Carmon and he explained what was happening and helped my family get home safely. Furthermore, he then educated us on how to prevent it in the future.
