I visited Dr. Thomas' office and saw Dr. Haro. I had severe back pain and was flat on my back. I also had on going trouble with one of my toes. Dr Thomas is AMAZING! I have been to several different chiropractors around the country and Dr Thomas is by far the most thorough and effective chiropractor I have ever met. Even more important, he worked on both of my kids to help them stay adjusted properly. My daughter is 3 and she was having some random bed wetting issues for a week and after Dr Thomas adjusted her she didn't have anymore problems! My 1 year has also seen Dr Thomas several times specifically after hitting his head and Dr Thomas did an awesome job realigning him which helped him sleep better. Dr. Thomas is an amazing practitioner. He has worked with me for 3 years for a variety of ailments, including carpal tunnel, recovery from a broken elbow, and general neck/back pain. He is professional, kind, and friendly. He always spends an adequate amount of time with me. Dr. T is as good as it gets for a caring, funny, logical, knowledgable, walking the walk chiro healer. Dr. Thomas is the best. I am a dental hygienist and suffer from upper back and neck issues. I was deathly afraid of chiropractors until I met and used Dr. Thomas. I went to Dr. Thomas when I was 7 months pregnant, barely able to walk because of extreme pain in my left side. I had tried everything from massage to yoga, but nothing helped. There are not sufficient words to describe how wonderful Dr. Thomas is - I can honestly say that I think he saved my life! I had recently moved to Pacifica and was in desperate need of an adjustment, and mean desperate! I have four small children who were at that time ages five and under. Keeping my back properly aligned is a lifeline in being able to care for my children as I have a history of periodically zapping my lower back. As I was new to the area, I had no babysitter. I still cannot believe this, but Dr. Thomas and his entire office staff welcomed me and my four small children with open arms for each of my adjustments!! Dr. Thomas and his staff were incredibly caring and supportive of me and my children during our visits. In fact, one of my twin babies literally screamed and cried through the whole adjustment and Dr. Thomas hardly seemed to notice. He just continued my treatment in his calm and supportive manner - he didn't even bat an eye. In fact, he assured me that he did not mind the crying and encouraged me to focus my mind on my badly needed treatment (as the adjustment did not take very long) and block out the crying for just a few moments.
