This company installed the windshield for me then I had to go back because there was a water leak a tiny pebble hit the windshield and cracked it right after then they charged me $50 to open my door not fix it and I left thinking it was fixed and then don't want to return my money Save yourself the trouble find another shop. read more

Dealer was paying to replace my windshield so the dealer chose this shop for me. After replacing the windshield checked the car and it looked ok. On my way home I found few issues and found more when I arrived home. - Left and right Sun-Visor Clip broken. - Sensor cover for windshield sensors damaged. (Wont cover the sensors properly) - One of the connector on the windshield sensor is broken. - Lane departure monitoring system no longer functional. (Sensors are located in the windshield) I gave them a call on my way home. The person in charge told me that I should've told them about the problems before I left. I think they did a very good job covering up their mistakes. Because I was not able to find the problems right away. Worst experience. I did not go back to fix the problems because I do not trust them. I rather pay and get it fixed by someone else even if they are willing to fix for free. read more

Trying to find a windshield that would fit my 2018 Wrangler was proving to be difficult. The couple places that could help me needed a week to order the windshield and their price was high. I contacted Eureka Glass hoping to get something done a little sooner and I wasn't disappointed. They fixed a bust-out window in record time, and on a Saturday when so many other places were closed. Professional staff. Their prices are a little less than average - I paid $120 for the glass and install. They did a pretty sloppy job with the vacuuming. I'll need to re-do that myself. Was in the process of just getting a quote, was at work & not sure of the price. I made that clear, I was still asking questions via email. They were already on their way to the WRONG location before I said yes or no. They called me 3-4 times after I already emailed that I wasn't at location and not sure. I was busy working & couldn't answer, only email, when I got the third annoying call, I told him no. He was very pushy, then sent me a snarky email about "wasting his time and gas." Seriously? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in yesterday, 10/6/2018, for a windshield repair. I had a chip in my front windshield smaller than the size of a quarter. I called before I came in to make sure it was a nice price, in which the guy told me $40. I go in & he comes out to fix my windshield. My significant other & I watch him as he starts. Literally 10 seconds later, he looks at me "uhh". I see that I now I have a crack, the length of a dollar bill on my windshield!!!! He tells me that now I will have to get a replacement. He tells me that he can take $40 off of my bill. I came in expecting to pay $40, not pay more than that. He gets on the phone with someone & then proceeds to tell me that he can take $50 off, in which I would pay $120 instead. I notify him that it's not fair that I pay for the damage he just caused to my windshield. We discuss the issue for an hour. He was still trying to get me to pay $120. I ended up leaving with a more damaged windshield. read more

This place is worst , I had a lot of glass repairs over the years and never had any issues until I had them worked on my truck , they did a lousy job that cost me a lot time at their shop, 4 times and my windshield still leaking. , talked tthe owner and he's response was is nothing I can do for you take somewhere else and don't comr to my shop anymore . Now I have to sue this company and try to get my windshield fixed . Don't recommend it to no one , unprofessional and treat customers with altitude , don't believe me try to give tgem a call and you'll know what I am talking about . This has to be the worst place of all time. To call them a business would be giving them a compliment that is undeserving. I was first quoted $120 if I brought the vehicle to the shop, I was unable so they came to my business which raised the price to $180. The two workers show up late and poorly dressed for what a "professional" should be. They proceeded to remove the cars windshield and once removed then notified me that they would not warranty their work. Feeling duped as they no had me bent over a barrel I called the owner who began to yell, scream, and curse at me about how if I asked for a $1 discount that we would just tell his guys to leave, I asked him to stop yelling at me and he just started screaming for me not to be "smart" that "smart" wasn't going to work. Not sure what that means. Upon going round and round with these jokers I asked them to place my old windshield back and leave. They then broke my current windshield that had about a 8 in crack in it and is now spidered across the entire thing. WORST PLACE EVER. I happily paid $40 more with another company and would do it again and again to never speak with these A-HOLES again. read more
