I honestly can't say enough good things about Image Dentistry in Moreno Valley. I've always hated…read moregoing to the dentist because I have a really low pain tolerance, and in the past I've had some bad experiences with other dentists around the Inland Empire that honestly made my teeth worse and left me scared to ever go back to any dentists. I was living with pain for a long time because I was too nervous to risk going through that again. But this place completely changed everything for me. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel comfortable. Nancy and Asuzena at the front office are super sweet, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They make everything smooth and stress free, and you can tell they truly care about patients. The dental assistants are just as amazing Victor and Karla always take care of me when I come in, and they are incredibly patient, sweet, and understanding. They make sure I'm comfortable the entire time and always check in on me, which means a lot. And Dr. Tedim I don't even know how to explain how great he is. He is incredibly patient, gentle, and kind. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you feel calm before starting anything. I've had fillings, crowns, and even root canals done here, and I genuinely did not feel any pain. That was something I never thought I'd be able to say about dental work. For someone like me who is super sensitive to pain and already anxious about dentists, this experience was honestly life changing. I finally feel like I can trust a dentist again. Hands down, this is the best and cleanest dental clinic I've ever been to, and I would honestly say one of the best in California. If you're scared of the dentist or have had bad experiences in the past, this is the place you need to go. I literally recommended it to all my family and friends. Go ahead and book your appointment with no hesitation, but please leave a spot for me lol.

I have been taking my daughter here for almost a year .Back in September 2025, which was her last…read morecleaning, I went up to the front desk to let them know my insurance was changing and when I receive my insurance card I will come in and update my information. The woman at the front desk told me I could just text them the information because it's "much easier" and so I sent a photo of the front and back on November 10, 2025. Fast forward to March 2026 I receive a missed call and voicemail from their office telling me that her insurance is terminated and do I have any other insurance? When I went into the office, I asked if they had my current insurance info and they still had my old insurance in the system. I asked Azusena (the lady at the front desk) how could that be..she said, "let me go into the texts....oh it looks like we just didn't download the images." Well now we've done x-rays and are ready to be seen by dr. Ted Im who we've never seen before so I thought he would at least look into his patients files before seeing them. He was surprised to see that my daughter wear Invisalign (thank you dr. Larson-Riverside specialist!!) and Dr. Im went into a ten minute lecture with an upset tone about how she needs to wear them everyday or her teeth will be messed up, she needs to brush better, maybe I should get her a water floss so she can be more consistent. So I asked "does she have cavities?" Because in my mind there must be a reason he's saying all this and he's response was "nope, no cavities " and then just walked out. After he walked out his assistant Karla said she would be doing the cleaning and used red toothpaste. As she's cleaning she is shaking her head and smacking her teeth like she is upset. She looked up and asked me if my daughters gum bleed a lot because she is seeing a lot of bleeding. I said that all I saw was the red toothpaste...she goes "well yes it is red but I am telling you she needs to brush better- there is too much bleeding" After that, I didn't even bother to make another appt. From the front desk not updating what only took ten minutes to verify (and that's upsetting because that would've been $357 charge straight to me) To the Dr. and assistant just being rude for no reason.

I had a very disappointing experience at Moreno Valley Modern Dentistry…read more I went in for what was supposed to be a routine teeth cleaning. After spending nearly two hours in the office, the only thing that was completed was X-rays. Instead of getting my cleaning, I was told I needed approximately $4,000 worth of crowns and root canals. I have dental insurance, and after checking with my insurance company, I was told my estimated out-of-pocket cost should have been around $1000, not $4,000. Because of this huge difference, I called the office and simply asked for documentation explaining the treatment plan and costs so I could review it with my insurance company. Unfortunately, the customer service was just as frustrating as the appointment. The representative initially didn't understand what I was requesting. Once she did, she said I would have to come into the office to pick up the paperwork because she could only print it. I asked if she could print it, scan it, and email it to me, but she repeatedly insisted that "the system wouldn't let her," even though printing and scanning are two separate processes. There didn't seem to be any effort to help or offer an alternative. At that point, I had lost confidence in the office and asked to cancel my cleaning appointment. Instead of helping me, I was placed on hold and no one ever came back. I hung up, called again, and someone answered immediately and canceled my appointment without any issue. Overall, I left feeling like the focus was on selling expensive dental work rather than providing the preventive care I originally scheduled. The lack of transparency with the pricing and the poor customer service made me decide to take my business elsewhere.

Still to this day I'm making payments on stuff I shouldn't have been charged for. Now they set me up on a treatment plan and I called my insurance and come to find out they were charging incorrect codes and over charging me by like $1,000. They are just trying to get money out of patients. Do not go there ! Something that was only supposed to cost $300 was being charged for $1,300+!

I had to pay for sedation out of pocket, $140. The nurse expressed to me sedation is recommended, so I got it. She said dosage is based on weight, age, etc. I got two doses. One, while waiting, one before I went back. Did not feel anything. Told them I didn't feel anything. He said "I promise it's working". I mentioned to them I have a high tolerance for meds and I would need more or a stronger dose. I didn't receive anything else before they started. What helped more than anything was the numbing shot he gave. I had an infection on one side so he gave extra numbing stuff and it was fine. But mind you before I went back, I saw a teenage boy walk out of there after sedation with two people having to help him out. I'm a grown ass woman in her 30s and I know I weigh more than the boy I saw. He too also had a tooth taken out. They told me to lean on my friend but I was fine. I ended up walking myself outside, to the car, up and down my stairs after just fine by myself. Only good thing out of this was I took a lovely 3 hour nap. It was a fast process when you get back there. Once you get enough of the numbing shot there is no pain. I could have done without the sedation and just numbed the heck out of my mouth which is essentially what happened. The process was fine. I'm more upset that I wasted $140 for nothing. Dr. Dickey said if I didn't get the sedation i would have been uncomfortable, but I was uncomfortable, told them as much. So to save myself from wasting another $140, I will not be going back for my bottoms.

I came here to have a crown put on my tooth. When I came and they put a temporary crown on the man that put my crown on, didn't put any kind of temporary glue or anything like that on my temporary crown 15 minutes after leaving the crown came off. I had to come back to the dentist so they could put it on and the guy told me. Oh I probably should've put some cement on it. So this time he cemented it down. Told me I wouldn't have to worry about the temporary coming off the very next day when I was eating something soft I ended up swallowing the crown. I had to request time off from work just to be able to go back to the dentist and when I went back to the dentist, they said oh well you'll be fine without a temporary crown. You don't need it after all. Finally today come back to have my permanent crown put on. The dentist fumbled with my permanent crown twice, dropping it down my throat, where I almost swallowed it twice!!! Then joked about it!! This place is ridiculous. They do absolutely horrible work.. not to mention the conditions of the office. The office is filthy. The floors are filthy and stained equipment is dusty and dirty. I will never come back to this place ever again and would recommend everybody to stay far away.

We live near Lake Arrowhead but will make the drive to Moreno Valley for him. I will warn you though, none of my visits have ever been less than 2 hours so I would plan for 3 hours just to be safe. Lots of waiting, so come with a fully charged phone. If you plan for the time frame, then the wait shouldn't be a problem. I believe it takes a while, because Dr. Feliciano is very thorough. He takes his time with each of his patients. He is a dentist who I 100% trust. He isn't just after getting your money or raising the costs with unnecessary procedures. He is very personable, he will write down details about you so that he can ask you at your next visit. Dr. Feliciano will also hand me a mirror to show me what he's referring to while explaining what I need. I find this to be really transparent. I've never had another dentist literally show me what they're doing or why. I've also noticed that when he has to use a needle to administer anesthesia he will simultaneously add pressure/wiggle to the surrounding area to make it less painful. It's a small gesture but it just shows that he cares. He's also very knowledgeable and if you really care to know he will explain in depth. His staff also sends updates via text so it's really convenient. They are also very friendly. I hands down recommend his office to anyone.
