And Dr. Blackmon is one of the best at what he does. Every visit so far has been painless and that is uber important to me! I am a chicken when it comes to dentist work. I was living with pain for a long time because I was too nervous to risk going through that again. But this place completely changed everything for me. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel comfortable. Nancy and Asuzena at the front office are super sweet, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They make everything smooth and stress free, and you can tell they truly care about patients. The dental assistants are just as amazing Victor and Karla always take care of me when I come in, and they are incredibly patient, sweet, and understanding. They make sure I'm comfortable the entire time and always check in on me, which means a lot. And Dr. Tedim I don't even know how to explain how great he is. He is incredibly patient, gentle, and kind. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you feel calm before starting anything. I've had fillings, crowns, and even root canals done here, and I genuinely did not feel any pain. That was something I never thought I'd be able to say about dental work. For someone like me who is super sensitive to pain and already anxious about dentists, this experience was honestly life changing. I finally feel like I can trust a dentist again. After spending nearly two hours in the office, the only thing that was completed was X-rays. Instead of getting my cleaning, I was told I needed approximately $4,000 worth of crowns and root canals. I have dental insurance, and after checking with my insurance company, I was told my estimated out-of-pocket cost should have been around $1000, not $4,000. Because of this huge difference, I called the office and simply asked for documentation explaining the treatment plan and costs so I could review it with my insurance company. Unfortunately, the customer service was just as frustrating as the appointment. The representative initially didn't understand what I was requesting. Once she did, she said I would have to come into the office to pick up the paperwork because she could only print it. I asked if she could print it, scan it, and email it to me, but she repeatedly insisted that "the system wouldn't let her," even though printing and scanning are two separate processes. There didn't seem to be any effort to help or offer an alternative. At that point, I had lost confidence in the office and asked to cancel my cleaning appointment. Instead of helping me, I was placed on hold and no one ever came back. I hung up, called again, and someone answered immediately and canceled my appointment without any issue. Overall, I left feeling like the focus was on selling expensive dental work rather than providing the preventive care I originally scheduled. The lack of transparency with the pricing and the poor customer service made me decide to take my business elsewhere.

I came here to have a crown put on my tooth. When I came and they put a temporary crown on the man that put my crown on, didn't put any kind of temporary glue or anything like that on my temporary crown 15 minutes after leaving the crown came off. I had to come back to the dentist so they could put it on and the guy told me. Oh I probably should've put some cement on it. So this time he cemented it down. Told me I wouldn't have to worry about the temporary coming off the very next day when I was eating something soft I ended up swallowing the crown. I had to request time off from work just to be able to go back to the dentist and when I went back to the dentist, they said oh well you'll be fine without a temporary crown. You don't need it after all. Finally today come back to have my permanent crown put on. The dentist fumbled with my permanent crown twice, dropping it down my throat, where I almost swallowed it twice!!! Then joked about it!! This place is ridiculous. They do absolutely horrible work.. not to mention the conditions of the office. The office is filthy. The floors are filthy and stained equipment is dusty and dirty. I will never come back to this place ever again and would recommend everybody to stay far away.

Let's face the facts: -Most dentist offices in California are not even dentist offices, they're Retail Stores with really bad salespeople, who are only interested in swindling money from you and your insurance company (this is why insurance prices go up). They bring people in with perfectly white, straight teeth, then tell them their teeth are bad and try to sell them procedures that aren't necessary. They lie to you about your insurance covering you for the procedure, then you get stuck with the bill (true story with my wife at another dentist office that is part of a chain). This place is not at all like that. They don't try to "sell" you anything you don't need. I had x-rays done, with a check up and cleaning. I was in and out in 45 minutes, so I could get on with my day.

I came to the dentist here and hoped to get an exam and advice on if I had a cavity or something. The receptionist was helpful. They took an x-ray of the tooth but found no decay. The dentist tapped on my tooth and then after just that told me I needed a root canal. Wha? He hadn't really checked it closely. I had a root canal once before, and at that time the dentist had shoed me a black spot at the root of the tooth that showed up on the x-ray, that was the infection. Looking at the x ray, there was no black area at the root like that. They left me sitting there for about 20 mins while the front desk ladies were supposed to talk to me about payment. I got tired of waiting so I went to the front to just ask so I could get on with my life. They gave me a choice, said that they could open the tooth and treat the infection for $100, or get a root canal and crown which would cost $1000, and offered me a credit card and payment plan. I said that we didn't have the money but I would check back. I got a second opinion and that dentist, after a thorough exam, found no infection or any need for a root canal at all. She said I have cracks causing sensitiv ity but not in need of a root canal. I'm not sure what was going on here but I will not be back. I recommend another dentist.
