I honestly can't say enough good things about Image Dentistry in Moreno Valley. I've always hated going to the dentist because I have a really low pain tolerance, and in the past I've had some bad experiences with other dentists around the Inland Empire that honestly made my teeth worse and left me scared to ever go back to any dentists. I was living with pain for a long time because I was too nervous to risk going through that again. But this place completely changed everything for me. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel comfortable. Nancy and Asuzena at the front office are super sweet, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They make everything smooth and stress free, and you can tell they truly care about patients. The dental assistants are just as amazing Victor and Karla always take care of me when I come in, and they are incredibly patient, sweet, and understanding. They make sure I'm comfortable the entire time and always check in on me, which means a lot. And Dr. Tedim I don't even know how to explain how great he is. He is incredibly patient, gentle, and kind. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you feel calm before starting anything. I've had fillings, crowns, and even root canals done here, and I genuinely did not feel any pain. That was something I never thought I'd be able to say about dental work. For someone like me who is super sensitive to pain and already anxious about dentists, this experience was honestly life changing. I finally feel like I can trust a dentist again. Hands down, this is the best and cleanest dental clinic I've ever been to, and I would honestly say one of the best in California. If you're scared of the dentist or have had bad experiences in the past, this is the place you need to go. I literally recommended it to all my family and friends. I have been taking my daughter here for almost a year .Back in September 2025, which was her last cleaning, I went up to the front desk to let them know my insurance was changing and when I receive my insurance card I will come in and update my information. The woman at the front desk told me I could just text them the information because it's "much easier" and so I sent a photo of the front and back on November 10, 2025. Fast forward to March 2026 I receive a missed call and voicemail from their office telling me that her insurance is terminated and do I have any other insurance? When I went into the office, I asked if they had my current insurance info and they still had my old insurance in the system. I asked Azusena (the lady at the front desk) how could that be..she said, "let me go into the texts....oh it looks like we just didn't download the images." Well now we've done x-rays and are ready to be seen by dr. Ted Im who we've never seen before so I thought he would at least look into his patients files before seeing them. He was surprised to see that my daughter wear Invisalign (thank you dr. Larson-Riverside specialist!!) and Dr. Im went into a ten minute lecture with an upset tone about how she needs to wear them everyday or her teeth will be messed up, she needs to brush better, maybe I should get her a water floss so she can be more consistent. So I asked "does she have cavities?" Because in my mind there must be a reason he's saying all this and he's response was "nope, no cavities " and then just walked out. After he walked out his assistant Karla said she would be doing the cleaning and used red toothpaste. As she's cleaning she is shaking her head and smacking her teeth like she is upset. She looked up and asked me if my daughters gum bleed a lot because she is seeing a lot of bleeding. I said that all I saw was the red toothpaste...she goes "well yes it is red but I am telling you she needs to brush better- there is too much bleeding" After that, I didn't even bother to make another appt. From the front desk not updating what only took ten minutes to verify (and that's upsetting because that would've been $357 charge straight to me) To the Dr. and assistant just being rude for no reason. read more

It's really too bad what has happened to me with this dentist? I should say that after 18 years I was treated terrible, I guess I just didn't have enough teeth in my head to worry about it anymore as I was a cash paying patient, After having to have two partials made because the first one was too high didn't fit right, the second one tore up my mouth and couldn't be fixed, what's your first clue when the teeth have to be shaved down and shaved down and shaved down to try to get them to meet right. . He was upset left the room, that was it, so out the door I go and haven't gone back. In the beginning, I really loved his office, especially in the other location, he had a great team. Some came with him to the new office but many did not, you might say a lot has happened in 18 years. I have found a new dentist, after x-rays she came in and said, you have a very large hole in the anchor tooth for your bridge. I ask if she thought the old Dentist could've seen it a year before and she said," oh definitely" he had to have seen it. It's that large. I said it doesn't hurt, she said that's cause it's a root canal, the bridge I'm speaking of, and the anchor tooth was his work to begin with, anyways, to say the least, I feel like saying shame on you, Ted. read more

I've been with my dentist for several years we moved to moreno valley and needed to find a great place close to home. I was driving to tustin cause that's how awesome my dentist was . It was draining driving to and from and working during the week, it was hard to find a nice place and when you fewer the dentist it adds to the anxiety. I went to two different dentist and didn't like it much, my husband came to this place and said they were good so i tried for myself. The dentist was gentle, and welcoming which means slot to me. Went in for the first time today. I had pain due to wisdom teeth and Dr. Im recommended me to see oral surgeon. Alice reached out to my insurance at the time of my visit to get referral approved. My friend told me about this dental office and I called to see if they take my insurance. Cause times are tough and I cant afford to pay. I was excited about making the appointment, since they have great reviews on google. Being new to the area and needing my teeth checked out i told myself " it's time girl!" The office overall is very clean, Dr. Im was very professional and friendly. He explained to me about the need for caps and why I needed them. My previous dental experience has been you have a cavity , fix it, and here's your bill. The Dr and hygiene guy explained to me everything i needed and why. Learned about bacteria, tooth grinding, and caps. But despite having a good experience, the office girl Rene when I called her was very rude and unprofessional with me. My daughter had fallen of her bike at the park and injured her wrist. I had to reschedule my appointment to take her to the hospital. She responded by " next time give us a 24 hour notice." A "notice!!!!" I told her I have to take her to the HOSPITAL. WTF my daughter fell. I am on not sure if i wanna go back to the office. We had a great first experience! My daughter is 2 and they were very gentle and sweet with her. She enjoyed her first time at the dentist. At the end, they gave her a goody bag with a tooth brush, timer, stickers and a certificate to Shakey's.
