I been going with this dentistry since last year of February and now .I have to say they will answer all your needs, waste no time making you an appointment and all about getting the job done. The place is very clean, elegant and quiet. The woman at the front desk are very friendly, respectful and answers any and every question you might have. Like today I went in for my wisdom tooth and right after I left Renee leach gave me advice on, if my teeth is bleeding still to get a cold tea bag put it on my tooth and swallow my saliva and it will stop, also she wasted no time in making my appointment to come back. I basically learned a lot from her today lol. Dr. Tim is a fantastic professional doc who cares deeply about his patients. He makes you feel comfortable, have convos with you and if your scared or nervous he distracts you and boom your finish. Right before I got my wisdom teeth pulled he made sure I knew what I was getting done and made sure that I was okay. When he was pulling it he was talking to me and talking to my parents. Tbh it was very quick I couldn't believe I was done not even 15 seconds. Right before I left him and his staff made me wait for 2 minutes before I leave changed my gauges for me and read me the instructions gave me gauges to take home. Looking for a wonderful, caring dentist? Well look no more, I highly recommend Dr. Ted Im at Image Dentistry. He is very professional, kind, caring and has marvelous best bedside manners I have seen in a while. His caring personality transcends into his work ethic! The staff (Renee) are very professional, kind, courteous, and caring as well and go above and beyond for their patients. Usually the doctor is nice and the staff not so nice but let me tell you not at this dentistry. The staff is amazing not only with me but I've witnessed it with other patient's in the lobby. Such an amazing place. I've never been to great at going to the dentist because of the pain and discomfort from the work being done on my teeth. I've always avoided the dentist till now! I actually make it to my appointments! . Renee front desk is such a nice person, also makes you feel welcome. Dr. Ted was the first to work with my teeth and let me tell you....I felt no pain!!! The dental hygienist Mishel is by far the best! The whole time working on your teeth, he makes you laugh, plays music, he jokes around, especially about his previous job across the street (it's a joke). I am very particular about the dentist that I go too. In all those years Dr. Im has been the very best by far. There is no comparison for his excellent abilities. My whole family has been coming to Dr. Im for many years. He is very gentle and knowledgeable and puts you at ease. The staff is friendly and knows all the patients by name. They make it easy to make appointments. Everything is always neat and clean. When we come in with our family of five we are usually in and out in an hour or so. Yesterday I took my seven year old daughter in for her first filling. She was very nervous about it. When we left she said it was "kind of fun," and she hoped she would get another cavity! I am from AZ and was just passing through on vacation. My crown fractured and was sharp and tearing at my tongue, I needed to see a dentist ASAP. I stopped at this dentist and within 1 hour they had me in the chair fixing my crown. It took like 5 minutes to fix temporarily so I can go to my hometown dentist.
