I trusted their judgment and went through with the fillings. After the procedure, I began experiencing tooth pain that I never had before. When I returned, I was told the fillings were done incorrectly and that they needed to be redone. That was extremely frustrating, but again, I trusted them. Fast forward about a year later -- I once again went in with no tooth pain, and once again I was told I had cavities that needed to be filled. After those fillings, I am now back in pain again, repeating the exact same cycle. It's concerning to me that I repeatedly come in without pain and leave with ongoing dental issues. At this point, I've lost confidence in the quality of care and the accuracy of their diagnoses. Dental work is expensive, invasive, and not something patients should have to redo due to mistakes. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

After spending nearly two hours in the office, the only thing that was completed was X-rays. Instead of getting my cleaning, I was told I needed approximately $4,000 worth of crowns and root canals. I have dental insurance, and after checking with my insurance company, I was told my estimated out-of-pocket cost should have been around $1000, not $4,000. Because of this huge difference, I called the office and simply asked for documentation explaining the treatment plan and costs so I could review it with my insurance company. Unfortunately, the customer service was just as frustrating as the appointment. The representative initially didn't understand what I was requesting. Once she did, she said I would have to come into the office to pick up the paperwork because she could only print it. I asked if she could print it, scan it, and email it to me, but she repeatedly insisted that "the system wouldn't let her," even though printing and scanning are two separate processes. There didn't seem to be any effort to help or offer an alternative. At that point, I had lost confidence in the office and asked to cancel my cleaning appointment. Instead of helping me, I was placed on hold and no one ever came back. I hung up, called again, and someone answered immediately and canceled my appointment without any issue. Overall, I left feeling like the focus was on selling expensive dental work rather than providing the preventive care I originally scheduled. The lack of transparency with the pricing and the poor customer service made me decide to take my business elsewhere.

The atmosphere in the back wasn't nearly as warm or welcoming as it used to be. Although I smiled-they just turned their heads. Our assigned dental assistant came across as snooty and spent much of the appointment talking to my child about their teeth as though she were the dentist. The 'real' assigned dentist gave a similarly stuffy impression. While examining my child's teeth, this dentist seemed more interested in looking me up and down than simply saying hello or asking if I had any questions. It left me feeling unwelcome. Since there is no post visit survey, I felt compelled to leave this review with hopes that it will help improve our customer experience. Most of us work hard to provide dental insurance for our kids, pay the premiums and extra costs, and trust you with their care. As for many of the newer dentists-while everyone has to start somewhere, bedside manner is just as important as clinical skill. A little warmth and connection go a long way.
