Went here just a little over 2 years ago at the end of 2022, for a lot of work to be done:…read moreimplants, root canal, deep cleaning, etc. Had to go back on 3 separate occasions to get "cleared" for the actual implants after the anchor points were done, because someone there couldn't chart worth a dang. They lost the molds for said implants twice, only ended up doing part of the work. Got fed up with "oh you'll have to come back for that" being said to me at every booked appointment (so they could milk my insurance) so I told them I wasn't going to pay for work not rendered. Fast forward to early 2025, try to give them the chance to correct the root canal that is now failing. Booked the appointment, got insurance squared away, had to wait until end of the day to see them to get told "oh you still owe us money, we can't see you." Mind you, I have 3 separate dental plans. No offer to fix their mistake. Wasted my time. Cherry on top? They were telling people in the lobby and the wait line at the end of the day they would have to reschedule appointments because they "were short-staffed." One gentleman in the front row had already been there for FOUR HOURS WAITING. So even if they weren't squeezing me for money, they would've reschedule anyways. Why accept appointments when you know you can't fulfill patient needs? Why not call people to warn them not to come in versus wasting their time? Place is an assembly line to "get 'em in, get 'em out" for quick money making. Was warned this place was a scam. Now I see why. Sharing this on all review platforms.

I can't say enough amazing things about this dental office! From the moment I walked in I felt…read morewelcomed and completely at ease. The entire team is professional, kind and genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Kaur is absolutely outstanding and thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. You can truly tell she cares about her patients health and experience. Shay and Lisa are wonderful as well! They're friendly, attentive and make the whole visit smooth and stressfree. From check in to treatment everything feels organized and efficient. And I have to give a special shoutout to Hilda she is AMAZING. Her patience, and positive energy completely made my visit. She goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and informed and her kindness really stands out. She's one of those people who makes you actually look forward to coming back! If you're looking for a dental office where you feel valued, cared for this is the place. Highly recommend this for anyone

Edited to Add: I just left another office to get my tooth fixed and the dentist did not require…read morenumbing and it only cost $81. I would leave 0 stars if I could. This was honestly the worst medical experience I've ever had and I want to share my story with anyone who's willing to read it. I was a patient at this office for 3-4 years and initially had a very positive experience, particularly with Dr. Sydney Dawson. She repaired a chipped tooth with composite bonding and was transparent that it might need to be redone in the future. Since her departure, the overall experience has declined significantly. I've encountered multiple situations that felt like upselling, including a "deep cleaning" that did not match what was described by former hygienist Mia, as well as repeated recommendations for services I did not request or need. At a recent annual visit, I was encouraged by owner Dr. Sanaz Khaleghi to pursue Invisalign and replace existing amalgam fillings with more expensive ceramic options, despite having no issues with my current dental health. While recommendations are part of care, the level of persistence felt excessive and unnecessary. During my most recent visit to repair the same chipped tooth from three years ago, the experience escalated. Despite clearly declining more extensive treatment, I was repeatedly encouraged to consider a veneer or crown for a small chip. When discussing the composite repair with OM Vivian (or Hilda?), I was quoted $250 and told it would be treated as a cosmetic procedure. When I asked about my previous treatment, I saw in my chart that I had paid $88 for the same repair, with an original billed amount of approximately $1,200. A nearly threefold increase in out-of-pocket cost for the same procedure, without a meaningful change in treatment, is difficult to justify. When I calmly shared that the repeated recommendations were making me uncomfortable, the office manager reassured me that recommending a filling was not upselling and added that if the doctor HAD intended to upsell, she would have recommended a veneer. However, a veneer is exactly what Dr. Khaleghi recommended, which directly contradicts that statement and reinforces the serious concern with unnecessary upselling. When Dr. Khaleghi returned, the interaction became openly confrontational and it was only coming from her side. Instead of acknowledging the feedback, I was told there was an issue with "how I was saying things" regarding her recommendations and my concerns were dismissed. I was then told she was not comfortable proceeding without anesthesia, which I declined based on prior experience (because why would she need to NUMB me to replace a small piece of composite filling??), and the visit ended without care being provided. At that point, the issue was no longer about treatment. It was about how feedback was handled. Being challenged for respectfully expressing discomfort, rather than being heard, was both surprising and unacceptable in a healthcare setting. I shared as much with the front office before I left, who was apologetic. I do want to acknowledge that the front office staff and hygienists have consistently been kind and professional. Unfortunately, that consistency did not extend to the provider interaction that ultimately matters most. I have also noticed an increased push for patient reviews, which, in my experience, has not been matched by a willingness to genuinely listen to patient feedback. Asking for positive reviews while dismissing real concerns creates a disconnect that patients can clearly feel. As someone familiar with how dental organizations operate, I understand the balance between patient care and revenue. However, this experience felt far more focused on selling services than on building trust or providing patient-centered care. For that reason, I will not be returning.
