Very kind and friendly. Took my grandmother there, and she was well taken care of. The moment we walked in Angie was so very kind, sweet and welcoming. And Adrianna explained to us all the options we had and emphasized the ones that really would be most beneficial. The dentist too was very kind, gentle and thorough (Dr. Ortiz). We will be back again. The room to was all very welcoming, clean. And I loved the fact the were playing a really good movie on the television while waiting. WASTE OF TIME!!! Came here two times work SCHEDULED appointments and still had to wait for at least and hour to be seen. The first time I came, they didn't help me at all and didn't even greet me when I came in. I just stood there waiting for help, with not even being acknowledged. Once they finally helped me, I filled out paper work just for them to tell me they could not see me because of my insurance, which they did not bother to check for when I explained to them the plan I had . So I rescheduled, and the second time I came, I waited for more than hour, with other people who came in after me be seen first. They told me exactly what I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO THEM on my first visit and they act like I don't know anything. RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. WASTE OT TIME. read more

We just moved to Banning and this office was close we ignore reviewed and tried anyways. Big mistake. No matter what time your appointment is, even if you have filled out paperwork or anything ahead of time, you'll still be waiting about 30 minutes. We had two visits so far. First visit the lady who did X-rays looked annoyed and barely spoke to words to my kid. Then, the doctor ran in rushing looked for 1 minute and said "looks great". Then you can totally over hear the assistant and the girl doing X-rays saying "what insurance do they have? Medi-cal I assume". Completely rude and uncalled for. There is nothing wrong with medi-cal but don't assume people are poor or beneath you. Very unprofessional. A child should never feel like you're ready to go home and rushing. Even if you're tired or upset, have courtesy for customers especially nervous children. read more

First time patient here....Started off on the wrong foot from the first appt. Came in on short notice since I broke an existing bridge. Was scheduled at 1030 for a consult with one dentist concerning my smile ect. With an appt at 11 immediately followed by the other dentist for my bridge. Was given forms asked to fill everything out paid for an additional cancer screening $30 on top of my regular check up. Got X-rays and skipped the first appt was seated for the second dr. We discussed my bridge replacement and a cavities that needed fillings was given a price tag of $6000. I opted to pay for the service was told I could get it all done same day. Paid in full (STUPID ME, CASH PATIENT) was fitted for my bridge. But did not do the fills as I was told. Was instructed to come back in 3 weeks when bridge comes in. I reminded the lady at the front they did not do my fills and she told me they would do them at my next visit. That Sunday evening my temporary came off. Monday I was able to get it replaced. The day before my apt I get a call my crown did not come is as expected. Reschedule me for two days later I show up and the dentist claims he already did my two fills in the front. I told them no they did not. Then they said oh sorry it's written in the chart that they were done. They ask the office manager and she clarifies they did not do them yet. So they do the fills and place my bridge. What a nightmare the bridge was way too tall and way too fat for my mouth. The doctor spent two hours trying to reshape and grind it down. Claimed the lab sent it too big. Mind you this is after they remodeled me 2 times on my original visit. They ended up using the one they sent as a temporary, even though it didn't fit my mouth properly. I was told they put a rush order on it and to come back in two weeks. Two days later, I had to go get store-bought cement for the tooth because it had come off. Went back when they opened on Monday and they re-cemented it with a better glue and they also had to fix my fills they did. They were left so jagged and everything was getting snagged on them. Was told see you in a few weeks when your tooth comes back in. The day before my appointment I hadn't heard anything from them so I called to verify we were still on and was told oh sorry it didn't come in. Was told by the office manager that she would call me back the same day to verify when it would be coming in. She never called me back so the morning of my supposed appointment I called as soon as they open she told me I'm so sorry it's gonna be another three weeks. What the f!!! I was so mad I couldn't believe that they put me on the back burner for this. I ordered my tooth January 27th and I had been waiting almost 2 months now for something I was told takes 3 weeks. Was told they are so sorry. They don't want me to think they don't care. They were going to see if they could rush it for me with the lab and I would get a call back. A week goes by a no call or anything when my phone finally rings and it's the office manager again very apologetic offering me a free teeth whitening or a discount. I told her straight up. I will not be using your services after this so I wanna refund we agreed that I would be coming in the following week to get my bridge installed when it arrives. And she would write me a check for the inconvenience as a refund for the delayed bridge and the cancer screening they never did. The day comes I get my bridge installed and everything seems to be OK. She tells me she will be sending my refund and if anything is wrong with my tooth, please just stop in. Well it's three weeks later. I still have yet to get any kind of refund or acknowledgment. They overcharged me for the cancer screening they DID NOT even do, which she also said she would give me a refund for and my tooth is super high that my TMJ is acting up now absolutely ridiculous. My gum has horrible bruising still and I have a bump on my gum I never had before. The part of the bridge where I'm missing a tooth feels like stuff keeps getting caught under it. Which never happened with my old bridge. The first time he took an xray to make sure the gaps were filled. But this last time he did not do that so I feel I have a gap on the gum line. I work out of state, the office manager is fully aware I work out of state and their lack of service prevented me from leaving to work. So now that I'm gone as soon as I get back, I will be stopping by and taking care of this issue once and for all, I also intend to report these people for bad dental work as well as over charging. Save yourself the hassle and bad experience go elsewhere. Unprofessional. I've used other locations and have never had a problem. If I could give zero stars I would. Also, they have you sit around if your appointment is at 9 the dr casually strolls in at 920 doesn't bother to say sorry nor do any of the staff while multiple patients wait. What a waste of time. Adrianna the office manager was absolutely no help. I was told my daughter needed to see an oral surgeon prior to braces. The appointment was made. When we got to the appointment the referral was not sent. When I called Adrianna she said there was miscommunication and an oral surgeon was not needed prior. We took time off of work for this appointment and my daughter out of school early. She said my next step was making an appointment. I told her I'd much rather go to a place that has their act together. Don't waste your time on this establishment. But is our feedback taken seriously, Charlotte? The first time we went here it was an ok experience. Then we went for follow up appointments because my daughter ended up getting braces. After she got braces and we had to continue going. It went down hill. First they told me I couldn't go back in the room to wait with her I had to wait in the waiting area. Then her tooth wasn't even big enough they put a bracket on her tooth it immediately fell off when we got home. They replaced and it fell off again. Continuing down the line it was time to get her braces removed and they accidentally drilled a hole in her inner lip! How? I understand ppl make mistakes but come on now. The hole was pretty deep too. I finally thought we were gonna be done but now have to go back again because my daughters retainers got lost. Now have to pay $400 for top and bottom retainers. My brother also went here for a filling on a tooth it popped off a week after it was done, so he went again today for temp fill and that popped off again. He hadn't even eaten when it popped off again. Need less to say once my daughter is done and gets her retainer again we won't be going back. I don't recommend coming here. I'd rather drive to another place than bring my children here. read more

One of the worst experiences at a dentist. The lady (Adriana) at front desk is condescending, and not professional at all. I was told that the procedure that I needed would be covered under my insurance so I agreed to have it done. Then a short time after I received a bill in the mail saying I owed. I called on it and Adriana said it was a clerical error on her part, not surprising and she said she'd give me a call back. Not surprised again I never received a call. I called my insurance and they said they never received the resubmitted claim that Adriana said she submitted. This process went back and forth for a year now without a resolution. I finally decided to just pay the balance but it seems a bit unfair considering I made sure the procedure was covered multiple times and I was charged unfairly at the end. My advice, avoid this place. Worst customer service I have ever received! read more

Husband had extractions of teeth and was overcharged by $1,249.10 on 10/05/2022. The discovery of being overcharged was noted in March 2023. Per Bright Now Dental (BND) they noted the error and resubmitted the claim. BND continued to harass us with collections calls and notices which is stressful as we care about our credit. We were told by BND Beaumont office manager to tell the collections office that our case was "under review". Each time we received a call from collections, I called the Beaumont office for an update and was continually told they were working on it or that it was "under review". There have been multiple attempts on our part to reach out and seek status updates and we rarely receive any update on progress. On 10/23/23, I went in person to speak to the office manager regarding the refund and was told that it was all being sent again for review and insurance would be called that day (10/23/23). There was no follow up. 12/26/23, I contacted the office manager at BND Beaumont for an update and was told that there was no update but that the office manager would get back to us by the end of the week. We were never updated. Multiple call attempts have been made and the office manager is out of the office or with a patient and I have been assured calls back regarding status update and resolution, but I have yet to receive a call back. This is stressful to our family, this causes distrust with Bright Now Dental, and may cause dental health issues as we have not scheduled with them for annual check ups and dental work that is needed because they have handled our case without care for well over a year. Even after filing a complaint, the business responded formally that they would "reach out to the client" and even that was not done. read more

Beaumont Office on 2nd St. I found this dental office while taking my significant other to have an extraction and the technicians and dentist were so competent, positive and professional the extraction went smooth and painlessly. In fact so well that I scheduled my mom (in her late 80's) to get her dental work and dentures done there. While waiting on my mom I decided to have a checkup, which Adrianna accommodated that same day. The X-ray technician and the dentist Alejandro were pleasant quick and efficient unfortunately I needed more than I had anticipated. Extractions, fillings, cleaning and dentures top and bottom so on the first day molds were taken and I was scheduled to come back in 3 weeks (ended up in 2 weeks) for extractions and cavity repairs and both top and bottom dentures. Cleaning was scheduled for 3 weeks in the future to give the gums time to repair. Five star due to the staff accommodating my needs for certain scheduling of dates and times. Also all of the staff, technicians, dentist and hygienist (Dean) performed all of the work with attention to our comfort, providing professional care ensuring an excellent end result. In all of the procedures from start to finish in comparison to other dental services I have been to this was the most painless and pleasant office overall, I have recommended them to all of my friends (my family now goes there also now). The office and technicians all work to meet your needs and be as flexible as possible. The denture adjustments were just a walk in with no appointment necessary and they will keep at it until the dentures are fit properly and comfortably. read more

HORRIBLE!!! New orthodontist every month! Nobody knows what's going on or how to do their jobs. My daughter had ELEVEN broken brackets in under a year and they tried to charge me $40 per bracket. When it was their fault they were placed wrong. I got into an argument over it and they were EXTREMELY unprofessional and then discharged my daughter with incomplete ortho care when we paid in full cash upfront! I have been looking for a new dentist since I moved to Beaumont a few months ago. I called an office in Redlands that was booked months out, so after getting a flyer for Bright Now! in the mail, I thought I would give them a try. I filled out all the paperwork before my appointment and took it with me. When I arrived I was not greeted with a "hello," or a smile, or even a nod. Someone (I'm honestly not sure who) just said, "please go outside and come back with a mask on." I was taken aback by the abruptness of the order, but I complied. I have masks in my car, so it was not a problem. When I came right back in, I was asked in rapid-fire if I had an appointment, what time, if I brought my paperwork, that she (the receptionist) needed my ID and insurance card. I handed all that over -- still no eye contact nor a "hello." As she took my paperwork and laid my paperclips on the counter, she told me to fill out the form on the clipboard. It was a COVID-19 questionnaire. I filled it out and gave it to her; she took it with no thank you or acknowledgment. The lack of any personal, welcoming reception was an eyebrow-raiser to say the least. I sat down to wait. Then I remembered that I had called my previous dentist's office to have them email my dental x-rays to them. I went back to the front desk to ask about them. The receptionist and another person were in an animated conversation, and I waited politely. One of them asked if I needed something, so I asked about the x-rays. The receptionist said she had nothing in my file and nothing from my previous dentist and shrugged. I guess I just had enough. I asked for my paperwork, my ID, and I left. I can't believe that this dental office keeps any clients when they treat them with such disregard. After I left, I felt like perhaps I over-reacted, so I called my previous dentist's office to confirm the x-rays had been sent. They confirmed they had emailed the x-rays and the date they were emailed. If this is how an appointment STARTS and how care BEGINS, how on earth will it end? No one likes going to the dentist, but to start an appointment with a new dental office stressed out in what feels like a hostile environment makes it so much worse. The Dentists may be great. What a joke. I made an appointment to get a cleaning for 2:00PM today 8/2, as I was looking over pre paper work to fill out, I noticed an email that stated I may have to come back for a cleaning. I called this morning to be sure I'm going to get a cleaning, and the receptionist stated they try to squeeze new patients in as they have other patients with appointments, and I will probably have to come back because they are short staffed today. Excuse me, but don't I have an appointment? I made the appointment two to three weeks ago. I'm glad I found out before I wasted my time coming in today. Why do I need two visits to get a cleaning done? Just a way for the office to make extra money I guess. Never have I had to have two appointments to get my teeth cleaned, and I have gone to the dentist religiously for the last 35 years for cleanings and check ups. read more

Today I experienced the best service EVER from the dentist Michael White (Dentist) and his assistance. I came to dentist with a lot anxiety and bad past dental experience. Dr. White extracted a tooth pulled it out and I got a flipper. I recommend everyone to the go see the dr. He is AWESOME talk you through everything tells you what he doing. I've been here 3 times and each time the wait for my scheduled appointment was insane. The first time, I was a new patient that just came in for a cleaning. My appointment was scheduled at 9:00 and I didn't even get called back until 9:45. They took X-rays and then I sat in the room waiting for the dentist for over an hour until I finally said sorry I have to leave because I had to get back to work. I rescheduled for 8am for my next appointment figuring it would be quick since no one would be in front of me and nope... still didn't get called back until almost 9:00. The third time I came back was for fillings. Again scheduled for 8am thinking no one would be in front of me. I got there at 7:50 and office wasn't open. No big deal until 8:00 rolled around and there was the office admin AND a dentist waiting outside for someone to get there with keys. Someone got there at 8:04, which I guess is no big deal, but again my appointment was at 8:00. I was the only one there and didn't get called back until 8:30 again. This office is amazing! I was able to book an appointment within a couple of days of submitting my online inquiry. I had my very first appointment today and everyone was so friendly and informative. From the office manager to the dentist, everyone I was in contact with treated me with respect. The office is brand new and everything is clean, bright and inviting. Every procedure was thoroughly explained to me and I genuinely felt like the dentist was providing me with the best care and plan for treatments. Not just to make money off of me but to do what is best for me. I look forward to future visits with them and HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give them a call. read more

Went for an ortho consultation, the ortho saw me for less than a minute and then they wrote me a referral to LOMA Linda university - who isn't even accepting new patients. I just wanted braces and they handed me off, didn't fax the referral, didn't tell me in the office I needed to (which is fine, I'll do it - but tell the patients it's on them). Saw the Gen dentist after my ortho app and he saw me for less than 30 seconds before walking away. The referral I got from them was rejected for being "too vague" and now I have the Hassel of trying to get a better referral in another week to possibly but not likely be seen by the place they tried to refer me to and they won't move forward with me until I get an opinion from the place they referred me to so now I'm just stuck back at square one looking for another place to go to. Membership canceled. They want your money, they don't actually care about helping you. read more

I will have to call my insurance Co again to get any results. I wish I can give this place a better rating but what happen to me is just unprofessional. The dentist do a great job but they really screwed me financially. So around June 2021 I went in and to get to the point they told me I needed a procedure for my gums that was gonna cost just over 1.1k. They tell me that my insurance would cover $600 and some change and I'd only have to pay $550. I paid what I had to pay and not till MONTHS later I fined out my insurance never approved for the procedure they just assumed it would be covered. They said they tried contacting me but I went in 3 months in a row to make the payments on the $550 and not once was it brought up. Now what really upset me is I've been calling almost 3 months now trying to figure it out and when I call they say there busy and will call me back and not one time did they ever call back. Maybe I should checked myself with my insurance but I dislike being told my insurance is covering something it's clearly not and the poor customer services just makes it worse. Being with the headache I just decided to pay the balance before it goes to collections since they couldn't even assure me it wouldn't, I'll allow you guys to make your own judgement but this was my nightmare of a experience with this place. read more
