We used to go to kindred pediatric dentist and they were trying to give my son another cavity fixing, I came to Dr.Lee and he noticed that it was just shadow and my son did not need another cavity to be covered. Kindred pediatric unfortunately wasn't trustworthy especially since we were paying cash every visit. We visited at least 5x unfortunately I feel like kindred failed us. Dr. Lee is a safe space for my kids and my family, and my children are very excited when they go there.

They never make eye contact with you when you come in the front door, they don't acknowledge you, you you sit down to get out of the way of traffic coming and going from the front desk but they never call your name, the girls don't check you in, this has happened twice. There's no place to sign in and you're not even recognized until you say hey I'm here! What kind of customer service is this! This evening I called because I'm having problems with a Crown that the Lee, DDS delivered/ installed December 4th, 2025. The front office Nazi wouldn't make an appointment for me today, said she had to check with the Doctor, so that means that they're not going to honor their work. I'd like to think different of him but if I don't hear back I'll leave this review up otherwise I'll take it down once I'm seen. If your car breaks down after you have it fixed, you take it back they fix it, if your crown breaks your dentist should fix it! This crown never sat right and they were told this at my last cleaning! It always collected food and was hard to floss and now it's got a cracked or chipped, basically it's a piece of Crap after 5mo's. Beware!!! And also a little backstory on my experience with Dentistry, I had a brother who was a Dental Graduate from Georgetown University one of the best Dental Schools around and he ran a very profitable office in Orange County for many years in The last 5 years of his practice I assisted him and running his office and staff until he died of Cancer...So don't tell me I don't know Dentistry little Nazi! So just like last time when I asked her follow-up cleaning appointment and the computers were down and she said she'd call me, Let's see if she calls now!

The staff up front are very helpful and attentive. As soon as I walk in I get greeted and acknowledged! I also love how easy it is to get an appointment, I never have issues with scheduling. One area of improvement would be providing more notice as to which provider I'll be seeing. A lot of the times I schedule to see Dr. Park and I get a totally different doctor when I arrive . All of the dentists are pretty good, however it's kind of an unusual surprise each visit. Other than that, I like this office. I came in for a cleaning and gum maintenance and my doctor did a thorough job. Also, the dental tech was friendly and polite. She booked my appointment and worked with my schedule. The office is very clean and modern, I highly recommend it for people of all ages. Also, there's a kid's dentist next door which is amazing. It's nice to have specific offices for adults and kids.

They're always so welcoming and quick to check you in, Grace is the best! She and everyone else goes out of their way to help you out without needing to be asked. Edited to Add: I just left another office to get my tooth fixed and the dentist did not require…read morenumbing and it only cost $81. I would leave 0 stars if I could. This was honestly the worst medical experience I've ever had and I want to share my story with anyone who's willing to read it. I was a patient at this office for 3-4 years and initially had a very positive experience, particularly with Dr. Sydney Dawson. She repaired a chipped tooth with composite bonding and was transparent that it might need to be redone in the future. Since her departure, the overall experience has declined significantly. I've encountered multiple situations that felt like upselling, including a "deep cleaning" that did not match what was described by former hygienist Mia, as well as repeated recommendations for services I did not request or need. At a recent annual visit, I was encouraged by owner Dr. Sanaz Khaleghi to pursue Invisalign and replace existing amalgam fillings with more expensive ceramic options, despite having no issues with my current dental health. While recommendations are part of care, the level of persistence felt excessive and unnecessary. During my most recent visit to repair the same chipped tooth from three years ago, the experience escalated. Despite clearly declining more extensive treatment, I was repeatedly encouraged to consider a veneer or crown for a small chip. When discussing the composite repair with OM Vivian (or Hilda?), I was quoted $250 and told it would be treated as a cosmetic procedure. When I asked about my previous treatment, I saw in my chart that I had paid $88 for the same repair, with an original billed amount of approximately $1,200. A nearly threefold increase in out-of-pocket cost for the same procedure, without a meaningful change in treatment, is difficult to justify. When I calmly shared that the repeated recommendations were making me uncomfortable, the office manager reassured me that recommending a filling was not upselling and added that if the doctor HAD intended to upsell, she would have recommended a veneer. However, a veneer is exactly what Dr. Khaleghi recommended, which directly contradicts that statement and reinforces the serious concern with unnecessary upselling. When Dr. Khaleghi returned, the interaction became openly confrontational and it was only coming from her side. Instead of acknowledging the feedback, I was told there was an issue with "how I was saying things" regarding her recommendations and my concerns were dismissed. I was then told she was not comfortable proceeding without anesthesia, which I declined based on prior experience (because why would she need to NUMB me to replace a small piece of composite filling??), and the visit ended without care being provided. At that point, the issue was no longer about treatment. It was about how feedback was handled. Being challenged for respectfully expressing discomfort, rather than being heard, was both surprising and unacceptable in a healthcare setting. I shared as much with the front office before I left, who was apologetic. I do want to acknowledge that the front office staff and hygienists have consistently been kind and professional. Unfortunately, that consistency did not extend to the provider interaction that ultimately matters most. I have also noticed an increased push for patient reviews, which, in my experience, has not been matched by a willingness to genuinely listen to patient feedback. Asking for positive reviews while dismissing real concerns creates a disconnect that patients can clearly feel. As someone familiar with how dental organizations operate, I understand the balance between patient care and revenue. However, this experience felt far more focused on selling services than on building trust or providing patient-centered care. For that reason, I will not be returning.

Horrible quality of care…read more My husband had his front teeth shaved down and capped, and within just six months one of the caps popped off and chipped twice. Instead of taking responsibility for their own work, the staff treats patients poorly especially when it comes to finances. The way they speak to patients who need to adjust or restructure financial plans is completely unacceptable. Threatening people about their balance going to collections is unnecessary, unprofessional, and none of their business. Insurance pays this office well, yet they still treat patients with zero dignity. Their priority should be fixing the mistakes in their own dental work and focusing on their patients' health, not lecturing people about finances. This office needs to do better.
