Dr. Lee is the best. He answers all your questions, he isn't very chatty but he is very good at what he does and gets it done. My children have been going to him for 2/3 years now. We used to go to kindred pediatric dentist and they were trying to give my son another cavity fixing, I came to Dr.Lee and he noticed that it was just shadow and my son did not need another cavity to be covered. Kindred pediatric unfortunately wasn't trustworthy especially since we were paying cash every visit. We visited at least 5x unfortunately I feel like kindred failed us. I don't know what happened to this office but ever since the DDS changed out his original staff this Dental office has gone downhill especially with the front office staff! They never make eye contact with you when you come in the front door, they don't acknowledge you, you you sit down to get out of the way of traffic coming and going from the front desk but they never call your name, the girls don't check you in, this has happened twice. There's no place to sign in and you're not even recognized until you say hey I'm here! What kind of customer service is this! This evening I called because I'm having problems with a Crown that the Lee, DDS delivered/ installed December 4th, 2025. The front office Nazi wouldn't make an appointment for me today, said she had to check with the Doctor, so that means that they're not going to honor their work. I'd like to think different of him but if I don't hear back I'll leave this review up otherwise I'll take it down once I'm seen. If your car breaks down after you have it fixed, you take it back they fix it, if your crown breaks your dentist should fix it! This crown never sat right and they were told this at my last cleaning! It always collected food and was hard to floss and now it's got a cracked or chipped, basically it's a piece of Crap after 5mo's. Beware!!! And also a little backstory on my experience with Dentistry, I had a brother who was a Dental Graduate from Georgetown University one of the best Dental Schools around and he ran a very profitable office in Orange County for many years in The last 5 years of his practice I assisted him and running his office and staff until he died of Cancer...So don't tell me I don't know Dentistry little Nazi! My crown broke and tried making an appointment, they can't seem to figure it out. Very frustrating that they send to a 3rd world country dentist with technology. They broke my and was going to fix, but since I was Dr Lee's patient apparently I'm not. I've never heard of a dentist not wanting to help their patients. I think 2 days is reasonable to talk to a dentist for an appointment. Btw they do root canals, but didn't want to do mine and made me jump hoops. More X-rays and several appointments. I'm leaving a two star review because the dentist himself was nice, but the staff at this facility is not the friendliest. But, that's not primary reason.. the lasting memory I have from this facility is how the front desk receptionist is rude, demonstrating lack of professionalism with absolutely no sense of care. Each time I was assisted by her there (which was 3+ times) there was no sense of emotional enthusiasm or care. She always seemed bitter to be there and I sensed that she truly doesn't care for the type of work she's doing. It's one thing to just be short and unenthusiastic, but it's another thing when your entire body language and attitude speaks for itself. I don't care where you work, your energy speaks volumes about you and I don't care to be around people that don't truly value how they impact the lives of others. I'm one of those people who is terrified of the dentist. I had a tooth that had broken off almost at the gum level and there was very little to get hold of. Dr. Lee was able to extract the tooth with no pain. During the procedure, I was so nervous that I got very cold and started to shake and shiver. Dr. Lee and his assistant brought in two blankets and a portable heater to warm me up and make me comfortable. I have since had my teeth cleaned, a bridge replaced, and a filling put in. Dr. Lee is very gentle and explains what he is doing as he does it, this is very reassuring to me. His staff, from his office to his assistants, have all been very nice, friendly and efficient. Haven't been to the dentist for a few years, and it was time to get things done. First I had my teeth deep-cleaned, no problem. Today I had two fillings done - I have to say, I was a nervous wreck!! It was a piece of cake! Dr. Lee and his helper were wonderful! He only did a shot for one of the cavities, and the shot he gave me, well, I barely felt it! Medi-cal Referal out to a "specialist" for my first ever root canal. The "specialist" was a chop shop and left my roots exposed without a replacement after charging me $100 for special imaging to see if my tooth calcified which they said would need another Dr. after I forked over the money, of course the image came out clear. They said that the dentist needed to take care of the tooth replacement, I called this dentist who I have been seeing since 2021 back and asked them about this and they said, " imaging may take up to a month to get to them." By that time I could have gone septic. This is dangerous, I reported both dentists to the CA board. Please do not go here. read more

They will charge $40 if you don't cancel an appointment in time - which I understand. But I went, I was on time, and they would not clean my teeth without Xrays. I was NOT told this ahead of time and they did not ask for past records. They sent me home to see if it had been long enough since my last Xrays so that insurance would cover it and to call back and make a new appointment. I came here to get a second opinion for the work I need done on my teeth. The staff and dentist are all very kind and gentle on the mouth. They did a full exam with X-rays and gave me pricing. I have insurance but I have an HMO and they only take PPO. But even without using any insurance, they were cheaper than Beaumont dental with my HMO insurance. I had them do my tooth extraction and the dentist was gentle and did a great job. I am sending my husband over to Dr. Lee and my niece. Very happy with their services. read more

My husband and I went to Dr. lee in March 2022 for an annual exam and cleaning. We were out in put separate exam rooms. After "diagnosing" my husband Dr. Lee proceeded to give me the exact same diagnosis which would require six monthly deep cleaning sessions with total costs of approximately $2k for my treats and $3500 for my husbands. He said I needed a crown as one filling was corroding. Neither of us have ever had any issues with dental care. I also don't believe the dentist knew we were husband/wife as I am not sure how we both could possibly have the same results and need the exact same treatments. When I called the office manager and expressed concern and frustration with "sales tactics", she said doctor would call. Never received a call and I will never go back. So why write a review? Because we found a new dentist in Redlands that did the same exams, X-rays and gum measurements. The Redlands dentist said everything looked great. Gum were good. No need to immediate replace any filling. No need for monthly deep cleaning sessions. In summary dental exam was great. Our experience was great. He did not know back story of our experience with Dr. Lee but we appreciated that he was not looking at bilk our insurance company with unnecessary claims. Get a second opinion!! read more

I verified I called the correct number and she proceeded to tell me they were closing early that day. So I made a drive there for nothing. I understand there may have been a system error but she offered no accommodation. She was also very rude and condescending. She asked if I wanted to reschedule. Ummm why would I if you guys totally didn't book my appointment the first time. It was my 1st time here and my last. I went there for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. From the time you walk in you are greeted warmly and the entire staff is very nice. The dental staff is fantastic and Dr. Lee, the new owner, takes time to listen. I would heavily recommend Dr. Lee to anyone who dislikes, fears, or has delayed, going to the dentist. I have spent a lifetime avoiding dentists as much as possible because of dental anxiety and embarrassment. Dr. Lee is so thorough and explains every step of the way; what he is going to do, what to expect and when you tell him your terrified, he really gives you comfort. I went to Doctor Lee for dentures and while going through this process it was a very unfriendly environment, you have the front office girls who talk about the patience and think you don't hear them along with one of the dental assistance she was really unprofessional. When the dental assistant didn't like what I had to say about my teeth she would walk out with attitude and the doctor doing the same. When you are paying 2500 to 5000 dollars for teeth you should be able to talk about how they feel in your mouth and how they look. These teeth look like bucky beaver teeth my smile will never be the same. I have had three sets of dentures in my life time and these are the worse. I would not recommend my dog go to this dental office to be treated like your comments don't matter all they want is your money and don't care what you think about the product. I am having a hard time chewing with these teeth do you think they care. I will follow up with my insurance company. Because this doctor cannot say how they feel in my mouth and the look is disgusting. Even with all the pictures he took he cannot say how something fits or feels in someones mouth. I had a couple crowns done at this location a little more than a year ago. Recently one of those crowns came off while chewing on food. This incident cracked the crown and chipped another tooth. After calling this place and telling them about the incident they said the only thing they could do is to check and see if my insurance would cover a replacement. I paid out of my pocket a little more than $2600 for a crown that didnt stay in place. I will never do business with this place again. And i will not recommend this place to anyone i know. I took my 93 year old mother to Dr. Dae Lee. I am so happy to report that he and his staff were amazing! They were all professional and competent. Dr. Lee is more than a regular dentist. Foremost, he is a compassionate person. He will evaluate your mouth health. He will honestly evaluate your personal situation. He will tell you the procedure needed. He will answer all questions and let you decide. My mother needed a cleaning, one filling and four crowns. She was having anxiety over the cost, the time, and the dreaded anticipated pain. Dr. Lee explained the pros and cons of what he could do. He showed her the X-rays of what to expect. He gave her time to think it over. After talking to his professional staff of Receptionists, Hygienists, Insurance and Dental Assistants, mom decided she felt comfortable to start the process. I was with her at her 8 appointments. I am pleased to say, she never once had any pain! And, Dr Lee's mastery, on the crown procedures, eliminated her to replace her existing partial. Therefore saving her time and money. She did have some insurance coverage, some covered payment and some didn't. Yes, she had to pay some out of pocket. The office staff tried their best and talked at length to the insurance companies to pay, ... but insurances seem to never cover all. I would recommend Dr. Lee and his outstanding staff to anyone for dental procedures. Ask your questions up front. Know the process and cost.
