I've been to twice last year 2025 in late March, and again April 24 2026, I had called for a…read moreappointment last year and specifically started that I'm a senior and I'm using my Medicare insurance,I also informed them that I already know that I needed a lot of dental work done due to a prior dentist that took X-rays and needed,a root canal extraction, new bridge, a crown or detail implants, being on social security, and retirement,I couldn't afford the $2800 quote that was given, at Beaumont dental I explained I couldn't afford any additional out of pocket expense and wanted to make sure they would qualify me for just a exam and they basically gave me a similar quote after taking X-rays, at that time I didn't even get a cleaning, nothing,so this year they had all my information including X-rays,, and I started I didn't want the X-rays, and just needed a cleaning,they insisted or they would not service me the dental cleaning, after a very frustrating experience,I explained I was there for my dental benefit and didn't want nor could afford additional out of pocket charges, low and behold,I received a letter from my insurance that the X-rays were not covered, what a disservice to senior citizens using their insurance and go to these dental offices,it like going to a used car lot SMH,I would stay clear of this dental office, especially if you're a senior citizen using your Medicare insurance, SMH ,I would never recommend them, and they should improve their ways of talking care of senior who just want to use their benefits without going out of pocket for just a simple cleaning, buyer beware.

The entire process was smooth, from insurance to monthly payments everything was explained clearly and handled easily. What really stands out, though, is the level of care. Every single visit, I was welcomed with a smile and genuine conversation. Being asked how my day was and actually feeling like they cared made the office feel like home. Dr. Han, you are truly great at your profession, and the team you have beside you is just as amazing. I'm going to miss all the conversations with Inez, even when she would jokingly scare me by saying something was going to hurt or that a tooth needed to come out! Somehow, I always looked forward to my ortho appointments. They explained the fees and made sure any questions were answered. Again explaining everything before proceeding. A week later she broke off a bracket and was scared to go in. I started treatment in 2022 I had braces on for 3 1/2 years throughout those years I was seen by 4 different doctors one of them being Dr Partovi. One year later after starting treatment Dr. Partovi requested I had my two bottom first molars removed. Treatment continued my braces came off in August 2025. Not once was a mirror offered for me to see my results I felt something was off, I went home started doing my research and realized I had been botched.. I made an appointment for a reevaluation with the last Dr. I was seen by toward the end of treatment. I explained my concerns he pretended to evaluate my bite, which hadn't changed from two weeks prior when braces came off. He said he would be back, left the room and didn't have the kindness to return and explain the next steps instead he sent in the manager. A few weeks later they called me and said in order to keep me happy Dr agreed to put me back on braces for 9 months to fix my bite somewhat but to completely correct it I would need jaw surgery and with the condition for me to remove my pictures from another review my sister posted. I've had other opinions some say there's no fixing. I found one Doctor Who said they can fix it but how much we won't know until my teeth start moving. this has affected me so much.. please go elsewhere to get your braces DO NOT come here..
