Despite that, I waited...and waited...and waited. I was repeatedly told they would be with me "soon," but no one ever came. I finally left 45 minutes past my actual appointment time without being seen. I decided to give them another try and rescheduled. Today's appointment started off better. I arrived 10 minutes early, was called back on time for X‑rays, and the dentist was professional and efficient. No complaints there. But after that, I was sent back to the waiting room to wait for the hygienist. And once again, the waiting began. The front desk staff actually asked if I was waiting from someone receiving treatment. Really?! Eventually I was told the patient before me was taking longer than expected and that I would need to wait another 40-45 minutes. I declined. I understand delays happen, but this seems to be a pattern here. I don't pretend to know the inner workings of a dental office, but I do know I value my time and don't appreciate being kept waiting--especially after arriving early and scheduling morning appointments specifically to avoid this. At this point, I can't recommend Imperial Dental based on my experience with their scheduling and wait times.
