The outside of the office is modest and not too showy- but the inside is maintained well and is very comfortable and clean. The dentist himself is very patient and listens thoroughly to your concerns. After a visit to a dentist who wasn't so gentle, my husbands nerves were shot. The previous dentist took an hour and a half to remove a wisdom tooth with little or ineffective numbing medicine. She also failed to provide aftercare for the resulting dry socket. Dr. Carpenter removed my husband's other wisdom tooth in 7 MINUTES. My husband DIDN'T EVEN FEEL A THING. He was so amazed at how good he felt- he even cleaned out the garage when we got home. Needless to say, I'm convinced! Oh yes- and it was only $97. (If the tooth needs to be cut from the gum, it is $160)

I have always had significant anxiety when it comes to dental procedures to the point that I needed medication to calm my nerves even for simple appointments. Dr. Bitar has such a calm and reassuring demeanor. He is thoughtful, patient, and genuinely kind. From the beginning, he made it his mission to get me to a place where I could come to the dentist without needing medication for my anxiety. I honestly wasn't sure that would ever happen, but it did. I no longer need medication for my dental appointments, and that says a lot about the level of trust and comfort he has created for me. His entire team is part of that experience. From the front office staff, who have always been patient with me when I've needed to reschedule, to his hygienist, who is excellent at what she does, to the dental assistants, who are always patient, kind, and reassuring. I have had such a positive experience with everyone in the office. The best thing I can say is that I refer my friends and family to Dr. Bitar because I trust him and his entire team. For someone who has struggled with dental anxiety for years, finding a dentist I feel this comfortable with has made all the difference.
