Exceptional Care and Professionalism…read more I was referred to Dr. Hatami by a coworker, and as a new patient, I was eager to find a dentist I could trust. From the very first interaction, she and her team exceeded my expectations. I called the day after a holiday weekend with a cracked molar and was able to get an appointment quickly. From that initial call through my office visit and cleaning, the team was not only attentive and professional, but genuinely compassionate--they understood my nervousness about returning to a dentist. When Dr. Hatami recommended tooth extraction, they referred me to a specialist facility that was just as amazing as they were. The extraction was performed the very next morning--an impressive turnaround that showed how seamlessly they coordinated my care. What made this experience meaningful is the context: my last dental visit was so traumatic that I didn't see a dentist for 15 years. But Dr. Hatami's compassionate approach helped me feel comfortable returning. Thankfully, my consistent at-home care kept major issues at bay, and with her help, I've now addressed the cracked molar. I can't recommend Dr. Hatami and her team highly enough. They restored my confidence in dental care--and validated my coworker's referral completely.

I truly can't imagine trusting any other dentists, because I know from personal experience that they genuinely care about your dental health and only recommend the most necessary and high-quality treatments. During my last visit, I needed to address cracks in several teeth. Dr. Yulia made custom onlays for me (I might not remember the exact term for this treatment), which were designed and produced the same day right in their office. For me, this was the most convenient solution, and after over six months, I've had no issues - it feels like having new teeth. The office also features modern dental equipment, and everything is designed to make patients feel as comfortable as possible - from the cozy atmosphere with a TV, music, and even a blanket to the caring and kind attitude of the staff. I can get quite anxious during dental procedures, but the calm, reassuring attitude of the doctor and staff, along with these thoughtful details, really helps me relax and get through the treatment comfortably. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to finally find their dentist and clinic. I had Invisalign treatment with the San Bernardino office from 2023 to 2024, and my experience has…read morebeen extremely frustrating and disappointing. In May 2024, I went in for a revision and was told I would be contacted when my new trays arrived. I never received a call. About two months later, my husband followed up in person and was told they had not received anything for me. There was no proactive communication or effort to resolve the issue. Around that same time, I was quoted nearly $1,000 for a crown, even though my insurance indicated crowns were fully covered. I later learned this office is not a preferred provider, which explained the high out-of-pocket estimate. I ultimately switched to another dentist where my insurance is properly accepted and have since received routine care without issue. After that, the level of service noticeably declined. For months, I tried to schedule an appointment to complete my Invisalign revision, but was repeatedly told I had to see a specific dentist who is only available in the San Bernardino office once a month. Every appointment I scheduled over a three-month period was canceled. I was eventually offered a May appointment, but I will be out of the country at that time. I asked to be seen at another location and went to the Riverside office, clearly explaining that I was there only to complete my Invisalign revision. Despite this, I was repeatedly asked if I wanted a cleaning, encouraged to get a deep cleaning (which I do not need), and even told I should have my wisdom teeth removed--something no other dentist has ever recommended to me. It felt like constant upselling rather than patient care. After clarifying multiple times that I was only there for my Invisalign revision, I was then told it would cost $2,500 to restart the treatment plan. This directly contradicts what I was previously told by the San Bernardino office--that I had until November to complete my plan. Overall, this office demonstrates poor communication, inconsistent information, and a clear focus on upselling rather than patient care. I would not recommend them, especially if you are relying on insurance coverage or expect continuity in your treatment.

I was very surprised that we were able to get a consultation appointment the very next day. The staff was very nice and friendly. Dr Silvers was going to try to do a partial root canal since my son is young, but she ended up having to do a full one because of the way his teeth are. He was having a problem with getting numbed and she had to redo it 4 times... through no fault of hers, its because his roots were so long. Each time he would flinch or say it hurt she would stop working, give it another try and wait. She was very patient and never seemed to be annoyed or anything like that. I really like that during the consultation and the actual appointment she talked to both of us. With him being a kid some Dr's and Dentists tend to speak to only me, or on the rare occasion only to him, as if I were only there to provide a ride for him! She addressed our questions and concerns and was very thorough when explaining things. She was very respectful to both of us, while being nice and humorous as well! I figured I would have to wait in the tiny waiting room while they did the procedure, but I got to go back with him. I was planning on putting my book on in my ear buds, but she had a pretty good Playlist going so I got somethings done while listening to good music!
