The woman at the front desk told me I could just text them the information because it's "much easier" and so I sent a photo of the front and back on November 10, 2025. Fast forward to March 2026 I receive a missed call and voicemail from their office telling me that her insurance is terminated and do I have any other insurance? When I went into the office, I asked if they had my current insurance info and they still had my old insurance in the system. I asked Azusena (the lady at the front desk) how could that be..she said, "let me go into the texts....oh it looks like we just didn't download the images." Well now we've done x-rays and are ready to be seen by dr. Ted Im who we've never seen before so I thought he would at least look into his patients files before seeing them. He was surprised to see that my daughter wear Invisalign (thank you dr. Larson-Riverside specialist!!) and Dr. Im went into a ten minute lecture with an upset tone about how she needs to wear them everyday or her teeth will be messed up, she needs to brush better, maybe I should get her a water floss so she can be more consistent. So I asked "does she have cavities?" Because in my mind there must be a reason he's saying all this and he's response was "nope, no cavities " and then just walked out. After he walked out his assistant Karla said she would be doing the cleaning and used red toothpaste. As she's cleaning she is shaking her head and smacking her teeth like she is upset. She looked up and asked me if my daughters gum bleed a lot because she is seeing a lot of bleeding. I said that all I saw was the red toothpaste...she goes "well yes it is red but I am telling you she needs to brush better- there is too much bleeding" After that, I didn't even bother to make another appt. From the front desk not updating what only took ten minutes to verify (and that's upsetting because that would've been $357 charge straight to me) To the Dr. and assistant just being rude for no reason.

The first appointment I had for a cleaning was over an hour and half wait and I ended up leaving because they didn't know when this new dentist would be done with the previous client. Showed up for next cleaning appointment and now I know why this dentist has destroyed the integrity of this place. They took me in and sat me down for x-rays - which I quickly explained that I was only there for my 6 month cleaning and had no sensitivity or concerns. She then went out and came back and said: "she said your x-rays are free!" HUGE RED FLAG and that's when I should've left. Dentist comes in and lists off all the problems with my teeth and that I had to have 2 crowns done that night (I came in at 4:30) and a Sealant for a total of over $4,000. I was thrown off and unfortunately agreed to 1 of the crowns - she said the old filling had expanded and had caused damage to my tooth - but if you read my chart I have old cracks from a car accident 40 years ago. I was starving and had to go out to Starbucks (mouth full of Novocain) since I was there for 4 hours!! I also noticed that the old office staff were gone - and no longer giving a bag upon leaving with a new toothbrush and they even had a snack. No more. I have already switched to a different provider and will never go back. It's all about money and not the integrity of necessary dental work.

He is very personable, he will write down details about you so that he can ask you at your next visit. Dr. Feliciano will also hand me a mirror to show me what he's referring to while explaining what I need. I find this to be really transparent. I've never had another dentist literally show me what they're doing or why. I've also noticed that when he has to use a needle to administer anesthesia he will simultaneously add pressure/wiggle to the surrounding area to make it less painful. It's a small gesture but it just shows that he cares. He's also very knowledgeable and if you really care to know he will explain in depth. Let's face the facts: -Most dentist offices in California are not even dentist offices, they're Retail Stores with really bad salespeople, who are only interested in swindling money from you and your insurance company (this is why insurance prices go up). They bring people in with perfectly white, straight teeth, then tell them their teeth are bad and try to sell them procedures that aren't necessary. They lie to you about your insurance covering you for the procedure, then you get stuck with the bill (true story with my wife at another dentist office that is part of a chain). This place is not at all like that. They don't try to "sell" you anything you don't need. I had x-rays done, with a check up and cleaning. I was in and out in 45 minutes, so I could get on with my day.
