Bought a 2022 2038R and a variety of implements here. The axle has fallen off, the ECU failed, the…read morePTO switch has gone out, and the starter has failed. Deere has covered some of these costs, but every time it has been a fight to get them to either fix it to begin with or not take the easy route. For example, their tech said they'd just add a bunch of loctite to the wallowed out holes of the broken axle and it would "probably be fine". The POWER Take Off of course isn't included in the "POWERtrain warranty". I contacted the regional store, Tangent, and they said they'd cover diagnosis. They then tried to charge me $1650 to replace a $20 part where they just had to remove a fender and a wheel. After another fight, we widdled it down to $550. I was told by their tech to park it inside (which I always have) to avoid water damage (apparently a spritz of rain is all it takes to corrode the wiring system), but park it out in the sun and remove paneling when not in use to avoid mice. Now they won't call me back about buying a bumper-to-bumper warranty from them. It has all just been ridiculous. They fight you and complain when you ask them to stand behind their products. Tangent started better but ended just the same. I don't feel I'm being unreasonable to want my $35,000 investment to function. Go buy a Kubota or at least don't buy from Pape.

I did not have my model number, but he was unwilling to try and the part in my hand. I am buying a small tractor with a bucket very soon and will not buy it there. I called the manager and he was not only unapologetic, but told me I was rude he hung up on me. It is easy to see that their attitude comes from the top down. I am glad business is going so well they can afford to run off business. Do not buy or get service there..

I dealt with Reynolds Electric a couple times over the last week, and it was a great experience. My…read morefather in-law originally called them for me, so I had no choice in using them or an opinion. But to be honest, I wouldn't have known who to call myself. They showed up within an hour of my father in-law calling to do the estimate. We lost power to a solid 50% of the house, and desperately needed it fixed. Doug was the electrician who came out, and quickly figured out the problem. He talked to us and explained it all. Although electricity isn't my specialty, so I'm not sure exactly what he did. Which is fine by me too. Lol. He fixed the problem, and that's what I care about. They had to do some digging, which is a different company and billed separately. But they have contracted companies they use for digging, plumbing, and a couple other things, as I understood it. So they take care of that for you and coordinating schedules, and such. This makes it easy for the homeowner to skip dealing with that. Electrical issues are stressful enough, and them handling the additional contractors is just an extra weight lifted. My *only* complaint is it took time to schedule the digging company. But honestly, it wasn't bad. Waiting any length of time just sucks when you have no stove or hot water. So a few days feels more like a few years. Plus patience is not one of my strongest personality traits anyway. Diggers showed up and they were also great. Super nice, personable guys who didn't mind questions, conversation, watching, nothing bothered them. Once the digging was done, and the actual electric work started, it only took a few hours. Doug stuck around so I could test everything once it was done too. He really made a stressful time just a little bit easier, and there is always something to be said for that. I have to say that I really appreciate the organization and patience. My in-law's were paying for everything, but my husband and I own our home, and I was the only one home. So they ended up calling and texting three different people about everything and handled it well. They seem ridiculously expensive when getting the estimate, I won't lie. There was some definite sticker shock there. But after seeing the work actually done first hand, and experiencing the customer service provided, it was absolutely worth the price. It's rare I'm proved wrong like that, but it definitely happened in this case. After this experience, Reynolds is the only electrical company I will call as long as I live in Eugene/Springfield area. They made a legit impression, and I'm really happy with their work. Review 27 of 2025.

They failed to pull permits, dropped my high end whirlpool and broke it, burned my walls and floor, did not center fixtures properly, reversed hot and cold, and TWICE offered BAIT AND SWITCH LOAN TERMS through a company they recommended and referred called, "Service Finance Company". I would NOT recommend these companies to ANYONE!!! They are dishonest, and never keep their word!!! The absolute WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
