The chain store down the street would have tried him on for size, upselling him some O' Reilly sourced calipers, new rotors and possibly wheels and tires as well- all for complaint of a little pulling. I myself was getting snows installed, not a huge job- but one they got done very quickly and at a great price- something that while meaningful isn't the end all, be all of something as safety sensitive as tires.

Specifically I was trying to burn a few CD's for my American mom, and the burns failed, so now I have a bunch of coasters! Mom thinks the software had some kind of encryption parameter switched on, or perhaps the music I have is copyright-protected with a DRM, but I told her that it's actually a hardware failure! When I called, Mike answered the phone, and he seems like quite a sweet guy! I explained my situation to him, and he informed me of the possibility that I may need new DVD/CD Rom drives. He says that when it comes to reading and writing CD's and DVD's, drives and burners can fail after a short amount of time, as these machines aren't built to last like they used to be! Fast forward to this afternoon. I went to Eugene Computers with my provider, Karry, and they actually had the right kind of DVD/CD Rom drives for me! And better yet, they let me recycle the old ones that I brought in! I brought the new ones home, and by the way they're brand new and sealed, for which I paid $37.00 a piece (not a bad price at all!), and when I opened them up and plugged them into my machines, they actually work wonders! Cody came out and pointed out what the permit was requiring and followed up with the inspector to confirm. Cody took care of the issue (adding a backwater valve to the drainage piping and replacing some PVC with proper T&P piping) and followed up with the inspector, getting the work approved within a day.
