This lounge is accessible with Priority Pass membership. The lounge is spacious and has downstairs and upstairs seating spaces. Dining options include bar service, self-serve buffet, and a la carte ordering using a QR code at your table. It is at the end of the main A terminal, easily walkable from the B gates or a nice stop before taking a United commuter jet from the express gates (A1A thru A6F). This was a great (perhaps not excellent) lounge as it checked all the creature comfort boxes : it was clean, service was quick, seating was spacious, and there were plenty of nearby outlets. read more

This lounge finally reopened and it was worth the wait! It is the most beautiful lounges at Dulles that I've been in. The service is outstanding beginning with the person who checked us in who was very patient with my wife who didnt have her boarding pass or lounge pass ready (amateur traveler!). Even the guy who was refilling the food items was great, he explained what some of the items are and how ro best enjoy them with certain combinations. read more

This lounge is pretty new and one of the nicer lounges covered with the Chase priority pass! I got in without a wait, although it was pretty busy. They have a downstairs area with tables and dining seating and an upstairs lounge area. There's a full bar, a section with food/snacks/desserts that you can just grab, cold brew on top, and a full menu you can order off of. The food was decent but the space is what made it really nice. The WiFi was fast and they even have showers you can reserve. read more

Committed Turkish Airlines lounge-goer here. Came here around 3 pm on a Saturday and after being turned away from the Turkish Airlines lounge in concourse B due to full capacity, wandered over to concourse A where we discovered the Etihad lounge! How is this the first time I'm hearing of this lounge? David has the Chase sapphire reserve, which gets him complimentary access + 2 guests. This lounge also accepts priority pass which I have, but I think you only get 1 visit per year if you don't have the Chase sapphire reserve. Overall, definitely one of the nicer airport lounges we've been in. While not as big as we thought it could be, we couldn't complain as it is eons better than some other options in concourse A at IAD (Air France, Virgin Atlantic, etc). Bathrooms were clean, the free makeup wipes and feminine products were a bonus. The food: was just OKAY. There is a grab and go area in the back with cold bites (shrimp salad, burrata and pesto, pita and red pepper spread) as well as warm options (chicken tagine, curry cauliflower, lamb meatball). Each table also has its own QR code where you can order made to order burgers, fries, and kids options. Drink station was nice too (I'm a sucker for flavored water and they had a cranberry and mint infused "spa water" which I liked). But I have to say, I think I actually prefer the food at Turkish airlines. Don't come for me haters! I was able to try almost everything - was not a fan of the chicken tagine or lamb meatball (chicken was dry and lamb was too gamey and the sauce was weirdly too sweet?). The burger was okay although I have to appreciate the fact that it was a LARGE burger. And the fries were actually HOT and crispy so I have to give props for that. The tomato fennel soup was decent, although personally I didn't like the croutons in it because they were obviously mushy with the soup. As other reviews have stated, service was on point. Like the level that you would not expect at an airport lounge. We had staff checking up on us constantly, asking how we were doing, clearing our plates, and they seem like they're ALWAYS restocking food. Even repositioning the dishes so that they look nice. Lol like what?? The lounge did get pretty full. It was around 3-4 pm and there was not a spot open in the main seating area nor the upstairs area. We sat by the back area with the grab and go food and as we'd expect there were limited outlets, so we would've needed a spot in the main area by the couches probably however no seating became available during the 1.5-2 hours we were there. I'd definitely recommend this lounge if you're in IAD as it's a pretty nice option and you're probably more likely to get in here than some other priority pass lounges during rush times - praise Chase Sapphire Reserve! read more

we stopped by the lounge on November 11 2025 at around 8:00pm . we are priority pass members and also Chase sapphire members however the gentleman in the front desk was extremely rude and did not want to let us in and said to come back after one hour and his reason was because we were priority pass members. When we were asked the reason further he was very rude , even though we told that we would call and complain, he replied very rudely that he did not care and told us to go head and complain to whoever we want to. It was a very unpleasant visit to Etihad Lounge and we were very disappointed with the way of treatment. I hope somebody from management will read this review so they can train their front desk receptionist more professional and polite. I do not recommend this place at all and we are very disappointed. read more

I recently visited the renovated Etihad Lounge and it was a 10/10! The service was amazing from the check-in throughout the duration of our stay. The staff was extremely attentive and quickly addressed any questions or requests. The food was unbelievable fresh. The buffet had delicious lamb meatballs and fresh veggies and plenty of desserts. Custom order menu had an outstanding burger with fries that is a must try. My sister is expecting and the bartender made her a custom mocktail. I was put on a waitlist which would normally be fine, but the lounge was 50% full and remain that way the whole time I was there. Staff were pretty rude, would not let me sit at a table as a single person despite the fact I needed to eat and work on a computer, and 2/3 of the tables were empty the whole time I was there. I think it's a reasonable request to have access to a table when there are so many available. read more

This small lounge works for Sapphire Card and Priority Pass, plus maybe others. There are tables where you can order off a limited menu. They have burgers (beef and a veggie/mushroom patty), fries (super tasty), a noodle dish and some salad. There is also read made food to take off a tray. I'd say the food is not nearly as good as the Am-Ex lounge or other int'l lounges but the service is excellent, the staff is super friendly, and there was great seating. Only one shower I believe and a shared gender neutral bathroom. I'd give it three stars for food and bc it was small but the service pushes it up to 4 stars. read more

This is by far a five star lounge and not easy to miss from terminal A. Immediately upon entering the cleanliness of this lounge stood out, not to mention how organized it was. The desk staff were immediately greeting us and checking us in. The interior is two levels, more intimate seating upstairs but plenty of that downstairs as well. They do have a fully functioning bar as well. The couches and Lounge chairs spread throughout this lounge makes for a very relaxing environment. The food was not only a perfect variety of fresh fruits, breakfast foods, yogurts, muffins, etc. but everything was literally perfectly placed and appearance was impeccable. If you have access to Priority Pass look no further than Etihad Lounge at Dulles (IAD). Located in terminal A, it is by far your best option. They have two options for food, order at no cost off their menu or grab from a high end buffet. I would compare this to a United Polaris experience, because it is first class experience! Every employee makes your experience even better. The service was impressive.. I have never had this level of professionalism at an airport lounge and this is by far the best experience I have had from the Priority Club pass. The whole facility was far from crowded, they have two levels of seating with new furniture, bright views of the A gate and beyond. Not too loud as the area is broken up into three areas. If you want a private bathroom facility, they have 3 gender neutral bathrooms, one that is handicap compliant. The restrooms were very clean and modern. There is no doubt that if I have time before my next trip out of Washington DC, I will visit this amazing lounge again over any other selection. As the Air France lounge is being renovated, I had the opportunity to check out the Etihad Lounge. On thé plus side, it's spacious with an upper level. Otherwise it's pretty ordinary, which was a bit of a surprise. Expect several hot dishes, which is nice, but except then to have been simmering in the buffet for quite some time. The self service wine is nice as is the glassware and cutlery. The furniture feels a bit worn and, despite the spaciousness of the lounge, somewhat squeezed in together. Staff were friendly and efficient and the lounge was spotless. On the whole, nothing special but very adequate. read more

This lounge is for Etihad Business and First Class passengers and located close to Etihad A14 Gate at Washington Dulles. The lounge is top-notch and fairly large, free wifi and lots of seating and a shower should you need one.. They have a upstairs seatign area which was not open when I went there. Along with First and Business class passengers you can pay $75 and use the lounge. It may eb worth it if you intend to eat and drink for that amount. I was welcomed with dates. I opted to sit at the bar counter and had a Dominion IPA and ordered food. The service staff asked me if I wanted to eat at the counter or use the dining room. I opted for the dining room. Service was first class and very attentive. I could have waited in the lounge and boarded straight from the lounge that has a corridor to the gate, very similar to Lufthansa but I used the boarding area at the gate and boarded the flight. Etihad lounge is nice if you are traveling Business or First Class I would definitely use it, not sure if it is worth the $75 for other passengers. read more
