As we were walking in, a salesperson was attempting desperately to keep another woman from walking out. The poor shopper kept saying, "Yes, there's a lot of pieces I'm interested in that I think we will like but we want to make sure that when we do choose furniture that it's something we can afford." This was a bad sign off the bat. We hastily made our way around the store, but seeing nothing we liked, much less in our modest budget, we high-tailed it out of there before anyone managed to say anything to us. read more

Ethan Allen is certainly not the company it used to be. I am so disappointed - I have purchased many pieces from them over the past 30 years and so has my mother. the quality of their furniture now is terrible compared to what it used to be and their sales team is taught coercive and dishonest sales tactics. Beware of what you sign, especially when they come to your home and encourage you to sign without adequate counsel. I have taken my business elsewhere and have advised my mother to do the same. BUYER BEWARE! Please make sure and you read all the documents you sign before you purchase any furniture from them. If you are ok with paying a premium for new furniture that has to be repaired then go ahead with your purchase. On your receipt you give Ethan Allen to right to repair or replace defective furniture. Here is the long story. I ordered four dining room chairs at the beginning of July 2017. It was considered a custom order (almost all of their furniture is considered custom). I get a call at the beginning of September 2017 (yes it took 2 months) for delivery. I have to pick a day that I am available all day and they will set a time to drop off the chairs. Let's say you select a day and then when they call to schedule the time and it does not work, you are charged a $100 change fee. Be careful in selecting a day you will be available. You get a recording with the time (mine was 11-2, not very convenient). My Saturday is waiting around for the chairs. The chairs are delivered and right away I see two chairs with issues. I told the driver who I believe is an employee of Ethan Allen and he says no problem. I will let the company know and they will be calling you to fix these. The back of the wood frame was broken on one chair and the other chair had something stuck under the leather seat. I'm disappointed that I have to deal with this however mistakes happen. The way Ethan Allen handles this situation is not acceptable. A girl calls me and wants to set up a four hour window to have a repair man come look at the chairs. I am shocked!!! She states that the repair man will come out in his four hour window inspect the chairs and either fix them or order new ones. Let's say for the frame if it is broken he will order a new frame and I will need to wait another three hour window to have the frame delivered and they will attached the seat at my house when that frame is delivered. I am still at a lost because I paid a lot of money to have new furniture not broken repaired furniture. Also I have two small children and I don't want a man/women in my house with tools to repair the furniture and try and keep my kids out of the way. I say this is unacceptable and I am told by the lady on the phone this is my only option. I call the store manager at the Tustin location. I state I am not going to be waiting around my house for two days to meet people to fix my chairs. She states this is their policy. So she agrees that I can bring the chairs to the store and have the repair man fix my chairs there. So even though I paid $100 delivery fee I am packing the chairs up in my car and bringing them to the store. When I drop them off I explain that I would like two new chairs that I paid a lot of money not have new chairs not broken repaired chairs. She said she would talk to management. In the meantime I email the only email on the website and explain my situation. Great customer service I get a response 2-3 days later saying sorry and that it seems like this situation has been fixed. It has not and I respond with an email that I am still not happy with the service. There has never been a follow up email. After pleading and pleading they fixed my two chairs and brought them back. I am so upset about this I ask if I can return all four chairs or at least not pay full price for two repaired chairs. The manager of the Tustin store said that they would not be discounting my furniture and I can not return it because it is custom order. For my inconvenience they will give me an air freshener. I have put in a call to corporate and it has been over 5 business days and have not had any response. I have tried and tried to get customer service and give them a chance to fix the situation however nothing has been done. I would suggest you look for another furniture store. My family has purchased several rooms full of their furniture and I am shocked that they would deliver broken furniture and clearly they do not have quality controls in place. read more

As an interior designer, I have to say how very disappointed I was overall with Ethan Allen. The sales "designer" I worked with was very slow in responses and then suddenly readily available whenever we wanted purchase additional items. My client's spent well over $100K and I don't feel she did anything exceptional; just basic service which is disappointing. The biggest frustration is the constant delays in delivery. Many pieces arrived damaged/soiled. Follow-up was like pulling teeth, and the communication went in circles between me, sales, "customer service," and delivery. Basically, a lazy staff member who can easily go the extra mile, but wants to shove it off onto customer service. And vice-versa. The overall quality of Ethan Allen pieces is above average. However, not sure it's worth the price tag unless you take advantage of their sales. In addition, it was not worth the overall wait time. I'm giving two stars for above average quality. Customer service is way below par. Delivery time was unacceptable. I do NOT plan on bringing future client's to Ethan Allen ever again. read more

I bought a bed frame and night stand from Ethan Allen last year. I was told and shown something completely different from what I got. I ordered a vintage style bed frame and night stand, when they showed me how it would look in person and in pictures it was beautiful, however this is not even close to the over priced wreck I got. The store is gorgeous. The showroom is full of inspiration and fresh ideas. Every product is very high quality. My designer, Lisa, worked tirelessly with me to come up with a workable floor plan for a very challenging room. She came to my house, took photos, measured, then put together a power point presentation to illustrate various concepts for me to consider. Lisa never felt pushy; in my view, I had the feeling she really enjoys working as a designer. She knows which trends are dated versus which ones are more contemporary. Something as baffling as the formula for determining the size of a chandelier, for example, has changed in recent years; she was able to guide me in the right direction for my dining area. This was a critical component in updating a room that was outfitted in the 1970s. Delivery and set up went very well. I have zero complaints! I am happy with the ultimate selections. That said, there is nothing cheap about this store. It offers well-designed, solid, attractive, quality furniture that you can pass on to your children. read more

MOTHER EFF!!!!!!!!!! so i have to call ethan allen ONCE AGAIN!! plus by now i dont even want my mom dealing with this shit but u know ethan allen has a NO RETURN policy only exchanges... BEWARE of what you get!! or have to pay for that you get "0" or inferior quality. We ordered a leather sofa in May, 2015 and put over 50% down ($3050) on the total cost of the sofa ($6,028.67). The sofa was finally scheduled for delivery on September 4, 2015. When it arrived, we inspected it as soon as the delivery guys unpacked it but before it was taken into the house. There was a huge L-shaped mark right in the middle of the front of the sofa on a back cushion (approx. 6 inches down and approx. 5-6 inches across). There were scrapes which had removed the top layer of leather in various places across the top back of the sofa. There were some other scraped places on the front of the sofa. We refused delivery and took pictures of the damaged condition of the sofa. Very disappointing after waiting so long. WHERE IS THE QUALITY CONTROL? We were contacted multiple times by multiple people (with all saying they were not responsible that we needed to talk to so and so) and finally told that they would "repair" the damage. We told them we were not interested in paying $6,000 plus dollars for a "repaired sofa" and we wanted our money back. We had paid the balance due two days before the sofa was delivered. We filed a dispute with American Express and Ethan Allen replied that they had tried to contact us but were unable to do so. Ethan Allen then refunded the final payment of $2978.67 but would not refund the original deposit. Based on Ethan Allen's response American Express closed the dispute. We opened another dispute for the original deposit $3050 but Ethan Allen refuses to refund the deposit. I called the Warranty Service department this morning and left a detailed message for Rosalyn Brooks. She returned my call and left a message that she did not handle this and I should call the Tustin Design Center Manager because they would be able to help me. I called Rebecca Katsampas who said she is the manager at the Tustin store. She and I discussed the issue back and forth. She said that it was a "custom Order" and it had been inspected prior to delivery which I said obviously it had not been or it would not have been delivered in that condition. She said it must have occurred during the time it was being delivered. Really!!!!! It came packaged in a big cardboard box that I watched the delivery guys cut open. For sure the big "L" mark in the cushion back was on the leather when the cushion was upholstered. No one inspected the sofa before delivery or it would not have been delivered. Rebecca then told me that according to the back of the invoice that we were given when we made the purchase that Ethan Allen is entitled to the deposit because it is a "custom order" and they had repaired the sofa and we refused to come and inspect it because we told them we were not interested in a "repaired sofa" for the $6,028.67 that we had paid. Rebecca then told me that they were preparing a response to the dispute today and it would be done by Melinda Bond. She then told me my only recourse would be to call the Warranty Department which I spoke with earlier and speak with Christina Dean. Keep in mind that the Warranty Department was the department that Rosalyn Brooks works in and she said they did not handle this. A VERY DISAPPOINTING WAY TO DO BUSINESS AND THE CONSUMER SHOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM ETHAN ALLEN who I thought was a reputable company. I think not!! After standing there for about a minute, with NO ONE ENGAGING US, and feeling like a fool i decided to ask for help. I asked "to be shown their selection of couches" and was then humiliated along with my father as we were returned by an uproar of laughter and some asshole (who I am not sure worked there) saying "what a great opening line". Only after being completely put on the spot did one of the people working there decide to approach us and let us know that "we order here", meaning they tailor everything from top to bottom or you can buy from "off the floor room". I have bought many things from Ethan Allen over the years. A design consultant will offer to come to your house and advise you on what furniture you need and where positioned. My husband I were amazed how we were never offered water when we were in their showroom although we spent thousands of dollars. In fact once in the Laguna Niguel location we were told there was a Bev Mo next door and we could get a cold drink there. The negatives are this: you will pay a Delivery charge regardless of how much you spend. If you don't like what you receive it doesn't matter. They make you sign " I accept the terms" on each purchase. You will be charged a restocking fee and pick up charges so you will pay a major price for returning anything if you're allowed to return at all. They have some nice things that I have enjoyed but I will say I'm finished. I purchased a rug and when it arrived I was less than thrilled. Jeinny my designer came to my house as I requested. She said to me I wish you had chosen the other one. The rug that we had purchased was the first one she showed us telling us it would go with the leather chair we also purchased. Then she proceeded to give us tips to accessorize the room. When I asked again about the return policy she said I thought we had solved the problem. You will pay a premium to go to Ethan Allen so I would expect better customer service and a better return policy. Let the buyer beware. read more

What do you get when you pay a lot of money for their furniture and delivery? Not your furniture because they have such limited delivery times!! This place is ridiculous and if they want to reply that it's because the delivery company they use has limited times, then let me say that maybe they should hire additional delivery people! It is unacceptable to have to wait a month for delivery after the furniture is ready. They call with a very limited number of delivery dates, then they can't give you a 3hr timeframe until a day or two before, at which time it might not even be acceptable for your schedule! We told them when making the appointment initially that we could NOT do a morning delivery, and they said they would note that even though they couldn't guarantee it...my wife even called back a second time to confirm and ask that the note was added. Friday we get the confirmation call for a Tuesday delivery and the automated message stated that the time would be between 1 to 4pm...perfect right? NO!! They called back eventually and left a message saying that the correct time was actually 8-11am...basically the time we told them we could NOT accept delivery. When we we called back to ask Wtf they said "oh we don't see any note about not being able to do a morning delivery"....well that's conveniently inconvenient isn't it?! Only one of three things possibly happened: 1- they are illiterate and mistakenly thought note asked for a morning delivery so they changed the afternoon delivery to morning after the fact, 2- they had a late addition of another delivery that bumped us which just means that someone else is getting their furniture instead of us, 3- ethan allen is no better than the cable guy and knows they have received their payment already so they don't give a shiiet if they make our schedule revolve around theirs. They then proceeded to provide 3 dates in the next 3 weeks that they "would be back in the area". Ummm....how about you get your ass back in the area sooner because we PAID your stupid delivery fee...paying two guys minimum wage, gas, and trucking/insurance expense is more than covered by what we've paid you in total so suck it up and inconvenience yourselves in order to deliver on the product..do not inconvenience your customer who is furnishing a brand new empty house. Tustin EA Store Sales Associates make shopping at Ikea look better. Went into store to find specific pieces to match existing pieces from EA at home. Helped by half-distinterested employee/ sales associate Sue Henderson who made mediocre impression on me. Later drove at Sue's suggestion to another EA to look at pieces on the floor that were supposedly those I wanted. I drove 2 hours (round trip) to the other EA only to discover the pieces were on floor but not in the correct colors. I subsequently called the Tustin EA store back to follow up. Sue was not there, so I asked for another designer. I explained to a male sales associate (Paul) what I needed. Instead of answering my simple question about color availability on a particular product, he wanted to take all of my information and have someone else call me back (i.e., kick the can down the road). EA used to offer great customer service. Now I'd rather shop anywhere else for the money. read more

This review is for their customer service and not for their products. I recently ordered a bed from them and they told me that the estimated delivery date is May 2nd. Since I will be out of country in March, I told them if they can add a note in the order that I wont be available that time. They immediately sent me a document stating, that for the month of March I have to pay a storage fee of 2%. If your estimate delivery date is May, why on earth am I paying a storage fee for a product that is not even ready. I did not sign it, but even to send this to a customer shows that they are looking for every possible to take money away from customers. I came into Ethan Allen having done my research--I'm not sure if it comes from having spent several years in Manhattan, but I've seen it all--from the most high end furniture (Design Within Reach, Maurice Villency, and beyond) to Crate & Barrel, Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, One Kings Lane, all the way down to Ikea and Home Goods. That being said, I entered Ethan Allen with my guards up, ready not to be too easily wooed. I knew deals could be had, and that there were plenty of options out there at all price points. My husband and I had decided that we would start being more intentional with our furniture purchases, and that we'd slowly transition away from the more disposable furniture we were used to. We weren't ready to buy a house full of furniture, but we were looking for some key pieces. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Brooke, who warmly said hello and left us to freely browse. We approached Brooke when we were ready with some questions, and she was SUPER HELPFUL. She took the time to listen to what style we liked, and from then on, helped us put together a plan for our living room that both my husband and I LOVED! She even came out to our place to get a feel for things and draft a full plan. She understood we wouldn't be able to buy everything at once, but gave us a great floorplan to work with either way. Not for one second did we ever feel pressured to buy! I've never received such helpful, comprehensive service, furniture store or other store. Even my husband, who is as "guy" as it gets and could care less about furniture, was very enthusiastic about the whole process. In an ideal world, every Ethan Allen offers the same level of expertise and warmth, but I really do think that this location in particular is the best (and yes, I've been to other Ethan Allen locations on the east coast and in California)! Consumer Beware! Whatever reputation Ethan Allen once had no longer exists. The service technician arrived to address the collapsing cushions of our new sectional with a bag of loose fill to stuff in the corners. It was embarrassing and a complete failure. He left after attempting the repair on two cushions. I think he was embarrassed as he knew the repair was a waste of time. He returned again after reviewing the issue with the factory and came back with more fill to wrap the cushions. This modification also failed. This sofa is less than six months old and looks like it is old and needs replacing. Rebecca, the design center manager never followed up on either of the failed modifications and only responded to about every third email. Her last email stated that the sofa met their factory standards and said they were closing the matter. The next step for us is small claims court and I have plenty of back to support my claim. Beware of this company. Their quality and service is completely misrepresented, and if you have a problem with a defective item they will not take care of it. They will string you along for months, inconvenience you with wasted service calls and then claim the problem meets industry standards. Their pricing certainly isn't industry standard - they are way over priced and have substandard quality. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere. read more

I placed an order that had an estimated 10-14 day delivery window. When the delivery window period passed, I inquired about the status and was told that the order was being processed. A month passed and still no update! This is totally unsatisfactory. Especially considering how proactive other similar businesses are and at competitive or better pricing! This was my first time ordering anything from Ethan Allen. I worked with Nikea to order my beautiful headboard. She was wonderful to work with and wasn't a saleswoman who pressured me. Nikea was patient and thorough, which I really appreciated. Also, the two delivery guys (Ignacio and Javier from Ros. V Inc.) who delivered and put my headboard together with my bed frame went the extra mile. I am very happy with my purchase and am so glad I went with Ethan Allen. A few months ago, we decided to update our dinning room and returned to a competing design / furniture retailer where we have worked with designers and purchased furniture over the past decade. As a result, we visited Ethan Allen where designer Theresa Gomez immediately approached us. Theresa was professional and consultative, gaining an understanding of what we were considering from competitor and our personal interests. Theresa extended an offer to come to our home and provide a no obligation design recommendation for our project. After a thoughtful visit to our home where Theresa asked more questions than offering solutions, we met with Theresa in the Tustin Ethan Allen store to review her recommendations. Theresa's business acumen, design skills, and most importantly customer insight and intuition created an outstanding recommended design plan. Making no adjustments to Theresa's recommendations, we purchased 100% of her recommendations extending our initial project from a dinning room update to a complete remodel with Ethan Allen furniture, lighting, art work, furnishings, etc. for the dinning and living rooms. Armed with a plan and most importantly the excitement of completing the vision Theresa had created, we quickly became the "General Contractor" managing electricians, painters, carpenters, and flooring experts. Furniture might be decent, but!!! 1) IT TAKES THEM OVER A MONTH AND UP TO THREE MONTHS AND LONGER TO MAKE YOUR FURNITURE. The idea of having your furniture hand made is OVER RATED. 2) The people at delivery are rude, and don't deliver at the time they say they will. 3) Things were delayed more than once. 4) The ladies there are little snooty ... You can buy GREAT furniture in many other places where you don't have to wait so damn long to have your furniture made, and where the service is much better. Maybe this place might be good for people who are rich ... but for the average folk -- this place doesn't cater well to your needs. I have spent a large amount of money at Ethan Allen since 1998. I recently had to use my product warranty that I purchased with my Sadie desk and and custom chair. A knob broke apart on the desk. I took the knob back to the store. I had to climb under my desk after I returned home to send them a picture of some code. I was told it was ordered. I have not heard back. I went into the store today with the broken knob again. My original sales person was there, but not the one who ordered the knob. I ask for my original sales person whom I heard her voice while I was in the showroom, and she did not come forward. A very abrasive woman, after much interchange, didn't even check to see if the know was ever ordered. But she did say she would go look in the back room. I walked out and requested to the brand new receptionist (the receptionist said "I don't know anything, I am new"), that the abrasive woman call me if she found the knob, and to tell her that she did not need to be so "fricken rude." My original sales person who was there at the time did call me,( and she told me this over the phone) she had looked up my account!!!! What was her incentive to call me back? I had a mixed experience here. Meddy was my designer and she was very helpful and accomodating. I came here not really knowing how much furniture I wanted/needed to buy, but having a vision of what look I was going for and what collections I was interested in. After sitting down with her and her design team, we came up with some pieces for my living room (a settee and two chairs). Everything is custom-made, so it's a little unnerving going into it and putting down a 30% deposit without knowing how the final product will look like, especially since lead time ended up being over 3 months (I ordered over the holiday season.) It was a little frustrating that they kept delaying my pieces (they were promised to be ready 2 months before they were actually delivered), but once they arrived, I had no problems. I know some friends who ordered from EA who said their furniture came ripped/torn/dysfunctional but my couches were all fine, and are still holding up great! I would definitely recommend working with Meddy. She was very helpful and patient and had a good eye for interior decorating :) read more

Wish I had done my homework before doing business with Ethan Allen. We ordered a living room set, and rugs. Our rugs were defective so we asked for a warranty exchange. they took our rugs back and after 4 wks, we called to inquire. We were told they decided the rugs would'nt work for us so they were going to give us credit for them. HUH? They made us come to the store and pick out new rugs, which it took 3 more wks to get pricing / availability info, only to find out they can't make the rugs they said they would. HUH? To summarize, the manager Rebecca is horrible. They NEVER communicate with you...just read the FB reviews and comments. I always thought this company was high class and reputable. GO to living spaces, you will save a ton of $$ and be treated better. Don't take my word for it, read reviews and do research for yourself. read more

I am a long time fan of Ethan Allen furniture. My first purchases were over 20 years ago, then about 15 years ago we moved into a larger home and added more pieces. I have been very happy with the quality and style of my furniture. A year ago, we started a remodel of our home after our children moved out of the house. I consulted with Theresa Gomez and she came out to the house. I told her I wanted to keep most of the furniture that I had, but that I wanted to UPDATE the look and to complete the areas that I never finished. I took Theresa around the home and shared some of my ideas. A few weeks later she gave me a presentation, I LOVED everything. She understood the look and feel that I wanted and I was able to relax and trust her with the design. With a plan, the remodel project went very smoothly. Theresa helped me pick paint colors and new fabrics and carpet as well. We added several pieces of furniture to UPDATE the rooms, lamps and light fixtures and some new window treatments. When all the major pieces were delivered and installed, Theresa came out and helped me accessorize with artwork and floral arrangements. The small details really completed the project. Just this week I picked up the last floral arrangement. It has been such a pleasure working with Theresa this past year. She is always professional, so easy to work with, very patient and understanding. Especially since our project had many stops and starts due to our schedule. My husband and I are so happy with the look of our home. The final result is more than we ever dreamed of. read more

We shopped around for two Mission recliners with leather. We finally ordered exactly what we wanted from Ethan Allen. We picked what they claimed was the most durable, not the softest, leather. They we expensive but we assumed with their reputation that they would be high quality that is made to last. Not so. Within a few months we noticed the leather starting to peel and the wood arms were blemished. We don't have kids and are not tough on our furniture. The chairs were under warranty so they took them one at a time to work on them. The repairs took forever, meanwhile I sat on a lawn chair in my family room! When we got them back the first time, the wood looked ok, not great, but the leather seemed to be fixed...until it began peeling elsewhere. They worked on the leather a few times, trying to do spot repairs, rather than replacing the inferior leather. I have never seen anything like it. It seems to be a coating that cracks and peels off. We find pieces of brown stuff all over that peeled off these expensive chairs. Did I mention they were expensive? Now it has been more than a year and the warranty has expired. We are now screwed as they won't do anything to fix the inferior product they sold at top dollar. Did I mention they were expensive? Next time I will spend a couple hundred instead of a few thousand so I won't be disappointed when they fall apart. read more

I purchased several items from EA, including a dining room table and rug. The rug took six months to arrive. Within a few weeks it showed every stain and it did not take to spot cleaning. We do not even walk on the rug very oten but it absorbed everything. The sales person told me it was silk but it is a synthetic. I am surprised the fabric is so prone to staining. The sales person also told me the rug would wear well and was resistant to stains, which was simply not true. Within four months I had to have it deep cleaned, at a cost of $250, in order to remove the stains. It was also infected with moths. I do not know if the moth eggs were in the rug when it was delivered but I wish I had known to Inspect it first. We have also had several problems with the table. The entire table had to be replaced because it was speckled with white spots that were not part of the finish. The next table was also defective because the leaves were a completely different stain than the top. I discovered this at a holiday dinner. The tablle with the leaves looked like a cheap patchwork quilt. At first EA's quality department told me this was normal. After the designer and another rep saw the leaves, they agreed it was defective and the leaves were refinished to match the table. After this table was delivered, I then found after only a few weeks that the table absorbs food stains permanently. I asked EA to remove the stains. I explained that we always use placemats but that food does get on the table and if it was finished properly should not leave permanent marks. They refused and said stains are accidents and not within the warranty. I explained that the purpose of a dining room table is for eating and that food gettkng on the table should not be considered an accident. They have adamently refused to fix the table. $2700 later, and I have a table with permanent food stains that I now need to refinish. It is less than a year old. In addition, if anyone rests their feet on the trestle, and they are wearing black shoe, this marks the trestle. I do not recommend EA products based on their very poor quality and the store's unwillingness to resolve problems. The furniture looks nice in the showroom but does not stand the test of even a very short time with reasonable, if not minimal use. read more

Don't buy any pillows. We purchased 2 pillows for $169 each. Every day I am picking up feathers from the floor. They were pretty in theory but awful in practice. Jill suggested that we buy 8 pillows and picked lovely fabrics! I can't imagine the mess and disappointment if we had followed her advice. read more

Although I had purchased a couch and some chairs previously from Ethan Allen, I had never gotten much help in putting things together, and since I really don't have any talent for design, my lack of expertise showed. The pieces were lovely but didn't seem to go together with the pieces I already had, like a dining room table, hutch, Bombay chest. etc. that all came from my grandmother. Then one day when I was looking for a lamp, I had the good fortune of being assisted by Goff Christian. All I did was describe the room and he steered me to a completely different lamp that was MUCH better. When I told him about my previous purchases not really going with what I had, he came out to my house and showed me exactly how to work with all my existing rugs and furniture so that everything actually DOES work together. He skillfully blended old and new so that it looks like it was all meant to be. He was amazing! He also gave me advice on kitchen colors and shelf heights. He didn't suggest any new purchases; just recovering a couple of dining room chairs in a different fabric and color to blend with what I already had. He measured everything and gave me a floor plan showing how I could turn my elephant of a piano in such a way that it works with my living room instead of against it. ditto for the hutch. I thought I needed to replace it with something more modern but just by moving it to a different wall, stacking instead of displaying the dishes, changing the chair fabric, and moving a rug from the living room to the dining room area, the dining room became a completely different place. I am purchasing a beautiful area rug and ottoman for the living room that he selected that tie everything together, although just his suggestions alone were like magic. He also showed me how to update the fireplace and told me what paint colors to use that would be better for the kitchen and living room. (I'm no good at choosing colors, either). I strongly urge anyone who is thinking about making over a room or a house to see Goff. Clearly, the designer with whom you work makes all the difference in your experience and in your satisfaction with Ethan Allen. I could not be more pleased. read more
