And I expected better from Bethany and the team. The reason behind this one star is I am going to come out as a Karen. The people came over, delivered and put everything together. Literally the first night, one of the screws on the bedframe was bent. Now this makes me wonder the person who was installing this was thinking "eh, they wont see this." Guess what....we saw it. So we called them to ask can they either send us a replacement part so we can fix it? No of course not. They needed a technician to stop by. That took 9 days. By the time the technician came, he fixed it under 5 minutes. Wonderful! But again, you could have just mailed it to us. We even showed them photos of what it looked like. So ridiculous. With the amount of money we spent on this, these team should have had an urgent need to take care of this ASAP. Not wait 9 days. I also checked with the owner of a comparable sofa who was quite happy with the feather and down filling--though she cautioned me about the need to plump up the cushions after use Unfortunately, the cushions that arrived with my sofa contained not a shred of down but were filled with a lumpy mess of cheap poly fiberfill with no dacron or down wrapping. It's hard to believe that I paid five figures for a sofa that is uncomfortable to everyone who has tried it out. The store manager has expressed willingness to correct the problem but it's been three months and I'm still stuck with an unusable piece of furniture.

So many phone calls and much time wasted. The "customer experience associate" was actually hostile- never been treated so badly as a customer- and they are 100% in the wrong here. Never again, they do not care about their customers just the initial sale. In addition to this issue with the buttons, we also had issue with the couch we bought-they delivered without the brackets that held it together and had to come back.

The salesperson spoke very highly of the quality and longevity of the couch and made us feel confident we were investing in furniture that would last our family for many years. By early August 2024, I had already contacted Jordan's about significant pilling we'd seen over the the last year of owning the couch. They sent me a Gleener, but it didn't help. I then purchased an electric fabric shaver myself, yet the pilling just got worse and more extensive. The couch also has significant sagging in one corner. Jordan's sent a technician who glued in extra foam. I immediately questioned the appearance and was assured the foam would flatten. It did not. I am now left with a large visible hump while the original corner is still dipping. Despite all of this, I have repeatedly been told the condition is "normal wear and tear." After escalating the issue as far as I could through customer service, Jordan's final offer was an $1,800 STORE CREDIT on a $6,648 purchase. That credit would require me to spend more money at Jordan's to replace the couch while I am still paying off the original purchase. I do not expect a couch to remain brand new forever, but I also do not believe extensive pilling beginning after less than a year, significant sagging, and a repair that created an additional problem should be considered reasonable deterioration for a $6,648 sofa. Jordan's talks about creating "raving fans" of its customers in it's mission statement. However, this experience has left me feeling quite the opposite. I strongly encourage anyone considering a large purchase here to ask exactly what Jordan's considers "normal wear and tear" and what recourse you will have if problems develop. Their claims department just denied our claim and tried to gaslight us, so they could be CHEAP and wiggle their way out of responsibility and liability for the damage they caused to our property. They claimed that the damage was due to "normal wear and tear" This situation has been infuriating. So the lesson here is, if you want to have your ORDER MISPLACED, then have the replacement DELAYED, have you PROPERTY DAMAGED upon said replacement, and then DENIED FOR REPAIR CLAIMS, Go with the Natick Bob's Discount Furniture.
