I love getting my nails done with Tina and her crew. They give the best pedicures! The hot Rock massage is awesome. The hot wax treatment is perfectly Devine !!! I love the powder nails. They are always beautiful! I like to stick to pink or French but when Tina makes me venture out, I love it! They give great massages and it's a blissful experience to have all the words of encouragement on the walls. I see Tina and her crew every week or two without a miss. This place is very basic. It's ok, but nothing special. I got a pedicure and some facial waxing. I was really surprised that the lady did my waxing while I was in the chair, which made me feel uncomfortable. She also didn't do a very good job of cleaning off thewax. The pedicure was pretty nice - I got the deluxe. The ambiance is nothing special, your usual massage chairs and, oddly, lots of Bible verses hanging on the walls. If you're looking for a good eyebrow threading, this is not the place. I usually go to Brow 23 in the Galleria, but decided to try Eternity because it is closer to my home. I will not be coming back. The threading technician tweezed more than she threaded, which I could have done myself at home. She also left all these rogue hairs behind in the uni-brow zone. And when I asked that she clean them up, she tweezed more off one eyebrow than the other, leaving them both uneven. Ugh! I went straight to my car and fixed her mess. She must have learned threading on the internet. With the lack of skills, care, and not to mention the pain (my goodness, the pain!), I'll head back to Brow 23. They leave a clean, well-threaded (not tweezed!) brow, without any of the pain. I cannot comment on nail work, I did not have that done. read more

When I go get my nails done I look for not only clean and good service but also calm and quite atmosphere. My daughter recommended me to try this place 3 years ago and since then I was not able to go to any other salon. I live in Kingwood but do not mind driving long way to get my mani/pedi. I really like the way they do my nails and how clean this place is. They are always very friendly and calm. Also, I like the fact they they offer free bottle of water and even wine! Nice clean place! Color selection is definitely lacking if you like variety. I had a great hot stone leg massage during my pedicure, and I am very delicate with the temperature of stones and the massage pressure. I have no complaints! This place used to be amazing, but I don't recognize anyone in here anymore. My nails look horrible and I paid 40.00 for them. The shellac is messy and on my skin. I even asked three different strangers if they thought my nails looked nice. I was told that it was a crappy job by two of them, and the third said that she didn't want to be mean. I went here after seeing good reviews on yelp. Ever since I moved out of Montrose area I can't find a nail place I love as much as my old one. I paid $50 for the deluxe and I am not happy with the results. I did not feel relax and the massages were a little weak. My nails got cut a lot short than I asked. The place seemed decently clean and they used packaged tools. I will have to continue to cross 59 to get an affordable, relaxing mani pedi I love. read more

I agree with the positive reviews given by the two others. The place is clean, prices were great, technicians were very nice. I've been trying to find an alternative to isle pedispa because that place is crazy expensive. Even with a few minor issues--massage chair did not work and callous work was too aggressive--this might be the place. Except for one MAJOR issue. This is a Christian salon, meaning religious sayings up large and in your face and non stop Christian music. That might be the reason it was so empty on a Friday afternoon. I went here for the first time today. Everyone was friendly and the place was clean and quiet. The pedicures are very reasonably priced ($25-$35). Shellac manicures are $25. If you get both there is a $5 discount. When I move to the area I will def become a regular here. read more

I recently bought a groupon for a full face wax and redeemed it today. The salon itself is fine - a little dated, but it seemed pretty clean. I was taken to a small room in the back w a small bed. Tina waxed my face and did an exceptional job. I'd never done threading before, so she let me try it. I preferred the speed of waxing, so we did that instead. She was very friendly and we had a lot to talk about while she waxed me. It was not painful and the wAx was honey based and did not leave a noticeable residue (*she did rub a tiny amount of Vaseline all over my face to pick up any sticky remnants. I wasn't crazy about that, but I just washed my face when I got home so it was no big deal). Overall, I am extremely satisfied w the services rendered. I have olive skin and thanks to my Italian and Spanish ancestors, I have A LOT of hair. Tina went over my face w a fine tooth comb (not literally) to make sure she got all the tiny hairs I always miss. She also trimmed my long, unruly eyebrows before and after waxing them. If you don't care about having a super fancy spa experience and just want your hair gone, try this place out! read more

I went in for a manicure and pedicure. The manicure was ok, but the pedicure felt rush and wasn't good at all. I got them both done at the same time and when I looked at my feet there wasn't enough coats of polish. The owner asked me a question and answered it at the same time..which was how was everything. I told him I didn't like my feet because my the polish looked thin he said it was ok and then said next time. It really changed my opinion of this place and the service. read more

I had been using this nail salon for more than a year for regular manicures and pedicures. The first week of December I went in and had Tina apply "Solar Nails" for me for the holiday season. When I went back to have them removed, 6 or 7 weeks later, [I had to have them refilled a couple of times during that time period], there was a large ridge on all of my nails about a 1/4 in. above my cuticles. Tina said "oh, that's just the powder, you'll have to let it grow out". I went back in a second time a couple of weeks later and complained about how bad my nails looked and she again said "oh, just powder I used". Well 4 months later my nails are still growing out and another salon took one look at my nails and told me she had ground down my own nails! At this point I still have another 1/4 in. to go for my nail beds to grow out completely and the past months I've had to keep my nails cut as short as possible because the grinding made my nails weak and they keep splitting or chipping. It has been difficult to do many normal activities as I've had to be extra careful not to rip my nails back to the quick. I don't appreciate a shoddy job and I really don't appreciate being lied to about what really went wrong! read more
