I saved up my coins to splurge on myself and the service I got was subpar. The person who did my pedicure was Joyce and I had to keep telling her what to do and to do more of it because she was doing the bare minimum. I chose the top of the line pedicure and was not happy. I came home and looked at my results and was not satisfied. I'm very disappointed. I paid so much money and my feet do not look good. The bottom of my feet should feel like a baby's bottom for $51 but it's feels exactly the same as before I got the pedicure. Now I have to go scrub them myself....shameful.

I've been a longtime customer of this establishment, and one thing I can say is that the quality of…read moreservice is consistently good. However, over the past year, I've noticed a recurring issue with appointment wait times. Typically, I make appointments in advance but still end up waiting around 30 minutes or more for my preferred technician. I completely understand that they're in high demand and can get busy, but my time is valuable as well. If it looks like a service won't begin within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment, I believe customers should be notified so they can decide whether to wait, see another technician, or reschedule. During my most recent visit, I arrived 15 minutes early and checked to confirm if my technician would be available at my scheduled time. The receptionist mentioned they should be finishing up with a walk-in client shortly. Unfortunately, I wasn't seen until nearly 30 minutes after my appointment time, resulting in about a 45-minute wait overall. Had I known there would be such a delay, I could've easily stepped out to run an errand and returned without issue. A little more transparency with timing would go a long way. That said, I still enjoyed my visit and would recommend this place. My advice for anyone on a tight schedule is to be proactive and assertive when confirming your appointment time. A major perk: they offer 20% off main services for medical staff (Monday-Thursday), teachers (Monday-Tuesday), and students (Wednesday).
