Johna not only educated me on post waxing care but she gave me a Vagacial with ingrown hair extraction, and provided me with a post waxing kit! Not to mention a glass of Rosè!!!! The kit included serum and a special vaginal scrub to prevent future breakouts and ingrown hairs. The decor of her studio is so luxurious and relaxing. It makes you feel like you're on vacation on a beach. On top of the amazing treatment she provided, she also has a traveling mobile center to come to you!!! She is also intriguing and well versed in different cultures seeing that she has lived in many different countries.

I was relaxed and not nervous at all, mostly because the tone was set so perfectly. The room was impeccably clean and the decor was cute and spunky! The price was about average- $50 for a brazilian. I love how I felt afterwards, but there were quite a few hairs that were missed, to the point where two weeks later I'm on the verge of shaving again. It was uncomfortable for me near the end, especially when she started tweezing, but I would've rather bit my tongue and suffered through that than have some fuzz one to two weeks after the wax. It was also my first time getting a wax, so there was a lot more hair to deal with. If i do get a wax again, I'd still come back.

Unfortunately, my experience today, August 9, 2026, with the front desk associate, whom I believe is named Kim, was extremely disappointing. This is not my first interaction with her, and I have consistently found her demeanor, communication style, and overall approach to customer service to be noticeably less welcoming and professional than the other team members I have encountered at this location. During today's visit, I inquired about the five-day touch-up policy. I was told that I could not receive a touch-up and that doing so would be considered an "abuse" of the policy. I found both the statement and the manner in which it was delivered inappropriate and unnecessarily accusatory. If a five-day touch-up is an established company policy, a customer attempting to utilize that policy should not be characterized as abusing it. If there are limitations or additional conditions associated with the policy, those should be communicated clearly and respectfully. Having worked in customer service for more than 15 years, I understand that policies sometimes require explanation or clarification. However, how that information is communicated matters tremendously. Customers should feel welcomed, respected, and comfortable asking questions not as though they are doing something wrong for inquiring about a service or policy available to them. I want to emphasize that this feedback is not a reflection of the entire location. Yemi and Abigail have both provided exceptional service, and their professionalism is a large part of why I have continued returning. However, today's interaction was disappointing enough that I am now considering taking my business elsewhere. I am sharing this feedback because I believe management should be aware of the experience being created at the front desk. For a business centered around personal care and repeat clientele, professionalism, courtesy, and respectful communication should be consistent from the moment a client walks through the door.

My first visit to this location for a…read moreShellac pedicure was stellar and I absolutely enjoyed it, though the pinky toe polish did chip off completely within 1 to 2 weeks. I figured that was just a fluke, so because this location is close to work and convenient for my lunch break, I came back today to treat myself for my birthday ahead of my upcoming vacation. I explicitly told the technician I was there for my birthday and planned to spoil myself with a manicure right after. This second visit was a completely different story and one of the worst experiences. There wasn't even a callus where she was working, but she scraped the area so aggressively that she cut completely through healthy skin, leaving me bleeding. She tried to pretend she didn't see it, even though it was incredibly obvious and right in front of her face. I am not one to make a scene, so instead of yelling or demanding the manager, I pointed the injury out to her directly, and she looked shocked. The manager did come over and appeared to question her about it, but nothing was ever said to me. Honestly, I probably should have stopped the process and walked out right then, but I was just ready to finish up and get out of there. When we finished, she asked if I was ready for my manicure, and I politely declined. There was no way I was letting them touch my hands after that. To make matters worse, she didn't even offer a Band-Aid for the bleeding and expected me to just put my shoes back on over an open cut. I had to ask for the salon's disposable slippers just so I could get back to my office to clean the wound and patch it up myself. Despite the injury and the complete lack of accountability, I still paid full price for the service and even left a small tip just to exit gracefully. Now I'm left hoping this injury doesn't ruin my beach trip to Mexico this weekend. I will absolutely not be returning to this location.
